“ 'But Charles, we belong together. Is a house still a home if it’s lacking the warmth and love of a family? When have you ever seen a bouquet of dead roses being adored? What good is a picture frame without a portrait of loved ones? Can’t you see, Charles? We belong together! Without you, my heart has no reason to beat on. It has no purpose. You and I are one. I’d die if you leave me, Charles! I’d die!' "
I surprised myself as I shed a lone tear. Leaning towards Dennis for the kiss, I imagined that the actor was the man I had been waiting on my entire adult life.
My vision of Ezra’s tall muscular build dressed impeccably in a tailored Givenchy suit was suddenly replaced with Isaac’s short build, long locs, and hairy face.
"Yes! Yes! Yes!" Ava shouted. "That kiss is giving me LIFE, honey!”
“Encore! Encore!” The stadium is suddenly filled with rows and rows of paying customers.
“Ivonne! Ivonka!” A familiar voice cries out, stirring me from my long over due nap.
“Hmm?” I mumble, wanting to go back to dreamland for an encore.
“Ivonka, get up. I need a ride to the hotel.”
My eyes flutters open to find Isaac’s handsome but stern face right above mine. Our face is so close, the warmth of his breath flirts against my cheeks.
“Are you up?” He whispers.
My heart rate quickens.
“Did you hear me?”
On impulse, I grab Isaac’s collar and pull him towards me for a kiss.
To my surprise he pulls back and takes a couple of steps back.
“Ivonka, as much as I would like to, we cant. Especially not here. What happened earlier, shouldn’t have happened.” He explains in a hushed whisper while glancing at the open door.
I sit up to bury my head in both of my palms.
“I know, I know. I don’t know. I’m so sorry.”
Humiliated, I keep my face pressed against my palms until I hear the door close.
I open my eyes expecting to find myself alone but instead Isaac is heading towards me, and away from the now closed door.
“Ivonka..” He whispers before planting his full soft lips on top of mine.
With his mouth hungrily devouring mine, he climbs on to the bed. I feel a strong grip on each side of my waist pulling me down until I’m laying flat on my back again.
Then we’re like animals as hands desperately grab at one another, mouths suckle on body parts, legs and thighs position themselves, and clothes are thrown on the floor.
His knees pry my thighs apart even further then they already are as we commence the unthinkable.
“I… need… you.” Isaac grunts with each thrust of his pelvis.
My hips crashes into his in response.
I claw at his broad shoulders and back relentlessly as my green eyes roll upward.
He cups a hand over my mouth when I’m no longer able to stifle or control the rolling waves of pleasure.
Over and over, I break through the clouds and ascend to the heavens as his manhood dives deeper inside undiscovered magical places; all the while desecrating the seventh commandment.
That is, until we both hear the unmistakable sound of the bedroom door.
Followed by a sharp gasp.
Jolted from our utopia, Isaac immediately jumps and is so alarmed, he falls off the bed and lands on our clothes.
I hastily hide my nakedness underneath the soiled sheets in an attempt to cover our unthinkable sin.
“Rookies.”
KoKo stands behind the closed door in a shiny blue leather dress with her arms crossed.
Her large wild afro moves from side to side as she shakes her head in disapproval.
She looks to me, then Isaac, then back to me again with an amused smirk strewn across her slender face.
“If ya’ll two nerds are gonna sneak around, at least be fuckin’ smart about it.” She says nonchalantly before reaching over to lock the door.
