To my sprinting partner Ilsa Madden-Mills, a lot of this book wouldn’t have been written if we weren’t competing against each other. Even though you wrote Very Wicked Things way faster than I wrote mine. I looked forward to your instant messages and your encouragements along the way. I’m so glad I finally got to meet you after a year of talking to each other by instant message and phone. I love ya to pieces.
To Emmy Montes, my other sprinting partner, you’ve helped me from the beginning when I started my first book and you are still helping me today. I love that we’ve grown closer and talk like old friends. I can’t wait to meet you next year so I can give you a big hug.
To all of my Author friends from Author Support 101, I love you guys and all the support that is shared. Without you I’m not sure where my sanity would be.
I’d also like to thank the Lazari’s at the Double L Farm in Loxley, AL, where I worked when I was fifteen. This book wouldn’t be what it is if I hadn’t had the experiences I did working on the farm. That also includes the creepy mexican guy that sang Elvis to me. Yes, that really did happen. Lol

About the Author:
J.M. La Rocca was born in Chicago, IL. At an early age, her family relocated to lower Alabama where she began her love for writing. She currently resides in Pensacola, FL with her husband and twin sons. As a stay at home mom, La Rocca was able to pursue her love for writing. It was always an unrealized dream to write her own books. With the love and support from her husband Tony, family, and friends, she set forth and fulfilled that dream.
Aside from writing she also loves to read, listen to music, drink wine, indulge on chocolate, chase her little ones around, and spend time with her family and friends.
