Mark pats Brody’s shoulder and in a deep solemn voice, he says, “My son, never doubt a man of the cloth. I have taken the necessary online courses to be ordained by the State of California and I printed the certificate. It’s in my pocket, do you want to see?”
Brody laughs and shakes his head. “I’m good, Twilight.”
“Hey, Reinhardt, you might want to check the authenticity of that certificate!” Dylan hollers.
“Pipe down, Lincoln!” Mark bellows.
Laughter echoes behind us and I don’t know if my heart can take anymore. I have my family, my best friends, and a new family. This is more perfect than my wedding catalog or dream.
I tiptoe on the balls of my feet and whisper in Brody’s ear, “I have a feeling we may need to get married again.”
“I’ll marry you a thousand times, Dorothy,” he says and presses a kiss on my cheek.
“Brody!” Daxton hollers. “You can call her Lulu.”
Brody’s smile grows and he salutes my brother.
Mark then begins the ceremony by saying, “Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today, with the beautiful sunset, to join Brody Reinhardt and Delilah Marshall in holy matrimony . . .”
My heart is about to burst as tears slide down my cheeks. Brody takes my hand and slips the diamond wedding band on my finger and I do the same. Then he cradles my face with his hands, pressing a kiss to my lips. The hoots and whistles roar and drown out the sound of the crashing waves.
As Brody pulls me closer to him, wrapping his hands around my waist, all I can think about is that this man lost me, found me, lost me again, and finally rescued me.
“I love you, Delilah. And I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life chasing sunsets with you.”
“And I look forward to capturing every sunrise with you.” I frame his chiseled jaw with my hands, pulling him closer so he’s inches from my face. “Since you are full of surprises, I have one for you too.”
“Oh, yeah? What’s that?” He wiggles his brows and I know he’s thinking about tonight and possibly using that blindfold in his back pocket.
“Do you want a boy or a girl?”

Acknowledgments
This was such a challenging book to write. I needed to dig deep within my heart and soul to make it as authentic as I possibly could and yet keep the fiction part. The experiences my characters endured are real for many people and I don’t mean any disrespect in any way at all. In fact, I know a few Delilahs who endured verbal and physical abuse. In a perfect world, there would be no abuse of any kind, but unfortunately there is. I hope and pray the women that are going through such pain, will find the courage and strength, just as Delilah did.
A quote I read I thought was fitting: Some women fear the fire, some women simply become it. (R.H Sin) and Turn your wounds into wisdom. (Oprah Winfrey). Always remember, you are beautiful, strong, resilient, and no one can ever break down your spirt!

Thank you to my family for believing in me. I know you all think I’m crazy when I talk about these characters as if they’re real. News flash – they are! And they will be coming over for Thanksgiving dinner! We are going to need a bigger table!
Paul: You are an amazing husband! Thank you for spoiling me every day and surprising me with my Author’s Oasis and Creative Cloffice Space to get my imaginative juices flowing.
My Munchies: Thanks for making me so proud of you! This year has been a crazy one!
To my “L” Squad: Leta, thank you for letting me use your name! Lizard, Liz, and Leigh, we are a bunch of non-stop cackling hens (Paul’s words)! Love you girls! Lainey, thank you for being an amazing PA and friend! There were a few close calls and you managed to talk me off the ledge (you can add therapist to your qualifications).
To the awesome Salvation Society Authors: You are all amazing! I am honored to be on this journey with you. Someday, we will all meet each other and celebrate your accomplishments! Keep writing, one letter at a time, one word at a time, one chapter at a time! Never, ever give up! XOXO

About the Author
Michelle Fernandez lives in Southern California with her husband and children. When she’s not writing, she loves spending time with her family, laughing it up with her “girl-squad” or simply relaxing with her two pups.
She loves to read contemporary romance and romantic suspense. She’s always been passionate about reading and impressed by the influence it has on people. Which is why she started writing in the first place. It started as a hobby. One chapter turned into ten, then a novel was born. Till I Found You is her first book. It’s all about the swoon, sexy, and a sprinkle of suspense when it comes to her novels. Strong willed heroines and protective alpha gentlemen with broken pasts are who she loves to write about and hopes readers will utterly fall in love with them just like she has.
