  Ingredients2-pound Velveeta cheese

  7 oz ground beef

  1 chili pepper

  ½ cup water

  1 tablespoon taco seasoning

  1 teaspoon salt

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  Directions:

  Put the olive oil in the skillet.

  Add the chopped onion, ground beef, salt, dried dill, and taco seasoning.

  After this, chop the chili pepper and add it to the meat mixture too.

  Close the lid and cook the meat mixture for 10 minutes or till is it totally cooked.

  After this, put the meat mixture in the slow cooker.

  Add water and Velveeta cheese. Stir it gently.

  Close the slow cooker lid and cook the dish on HIGH for 2 hours.

  When the cheese is melted – stir it gently again.

  Directions:

  Place the canned tomatoes in the blender and blend them well.

  Add the sliced garlic clove, salt, cilantro, and sugar.

  Chop the basil and add it to the mixture too.

  Stir it gently and close the slow cooker lid.

  Cook the sauce on LOW for 5 hours.

  Meanwhile, combine the onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric, ground black pepper, ground pork, and ground beef together.

  Stir the mixture.

  Beat the egg into the mixture and mix it up well.

  After this, make the meatballs from the meat mixture.

  Place the meatballs in the slow cooker and close the lid.
