  “Yes, Lady.”

“sissy, while he’s fucking you, jerk off until you come, do you hear me?”

  “Yes, Lady,” he answered.

John inserted his cock into Tim’s ass, as Tim grabbed on to his own cock and slowly started to jerk it, in rhythm with John’s thrusts.

Sydney covered the black dildo that was designated for use on John, with the lubrication. She handed it to Paxton. “Fuck his ass with this, my pet.”

  “Yes, Mistress,” he smiled.

“But put your ass in the air,” she kissed his forehead.

“Yes, Mistress,” he leaned forward and inserted the dildo into John’s ass. He did it slowly and soon all three of them were in a perfect rhythm.

Sydney lubricated the flesh-colored dildo and inserted it into Paxton’s ass, and slowly fucked him with it. She was no longer scared that he was gay or craved that type of sexual activity. She could give it to him and he gave her what she always wanted. Love and devotion.

Tim slowly came, as John released himself in his ass. Paxton slowly pulled his dildo out of John’s ass as Sydney pulled the dildo out of his ass.

She took the dildos and put them in the basin. “All three on your feet, and face me.” She walked over to John and Tim and removed their nipple clamps, after which she sucked on the nipples to help cool the burning the release of tension added to each one. She walked over to the bed and lay on her back. “Join me,” she opened her arms.

Paxton lay on one side of her and the other two men lay on the other side of her. She wrapped her arms around the men as they wrapped their arms around each other, slowly breathing in the scent of her warmth.

  Twenty Three

Paxton walked into his office and set his briefcase on his desk as Evelyn followed in behind him. “Is Mr. Reynolds in yet?”

“No, sir,” she said. “Is your wife really moving to the appellate court? That’s a big deal.”

“Well, she was appointed and she’s thinking about it. The article was a little premature, so we’ll see. I know it’s still early but do I have any messages?”

“No, but you have an appointment at nine. Mr. Donnelly requested it personally.”

“Oh, probably has to do with the Matthew’s case. I just need some coffee,” he smiled.

“I’ll get you some. I’ve made a fresh pot,” she smiled. “Sir, you seem happier.”

“I am. Oh, uh, my wife and I are going to renew our vows at the end of the months. So, if you get calls for flowers or wedding stuff, it’s not a wrong number. I told my wife I’d take care of our plans, she has so much other stuff on her plate right now.”

“If you need help with that, let me know. I planned my own wedding when I got married two years ago and I’ve also helped my sister.”

“Oh, thanks. That would be great. When we got married the first time, we had a small ceremony, with what was left of our family. Now, we only have each other and our friends.”

  “Where will it be?”

“I was thinking our estate. The rose garden. She loves that area and its where, well, it’s where I fell in love with her all over again.” He smiled.

“That’s wonderful,” she smiled. “I’ll get your coffee.” She left his office and returned with his cup. “Mr. Donnelly is here now.”

“Fine, send him in and offer him some coffee.”

Mr. Donnelly walked into the office, holding a cup of coffee in one hand and a leather folder in the other. “I apologize for being early.”

“Please, have a seat.” Paxton extended his hand.

Donnelly set his cup on the desk and shook Paxton’s hand. “Mr. Carlton, I hope you don’t mind the sudden appointment. I know I just became Matthew’s lawyer last week, but it’s been a little crazy lately.”

“I understand,” Paxton sat down. “Mr. Donnelly, what can I do for you?”

“Please, it’s Sean. I know that your office offered Matthews a deal of 20 years in exchange for his telling where he buried the three bodies.”

“Yes, and he refused the deal. He was representing himself but even his assistant counsel couldn’t convince him that 20 years was better than 60. I’m ready to go to trial with the evidence that we have.”

“About that,” he sighed. “Is that deal still in place?”

  “He refused it.”

“Yes, but he has since come to his senses, I guess. He gave me the information that the police need to find the three bodies, in exchange for the 20-year deal.”

“Well, we didn’t go in front of the judge yet to set a trial date. We were going to but then he hired you, so it’s been delayed with all of your motions.”

“I made those motions so I could try to convince him to take your deal. If he goes to trial, even without the bodies, he’s going to jail. It’s just a matter of for how long.”

“You’re a damn good lawyer,” Paxton smiled. “All right.” He opened his desk drawer and pulled out a file folder. “I still have the deal in writing. Get him to sign it and we can proceed.” He handed the folder to Donnelly.

“Will do.” He opened his binder and handed him a sealed envelope. “I know what’s in it and it’s the location of the three bodies. I guess they are buried together. Open it as soon as you get my fax with his signature.”

“Will do,” he smiled. “So, that was easy. Thanks for stopping by.”

“Uh, there is something else, but it’s personal.”

“If this is about Friday night, your personal life is your personal life.”

“No, it’s not about that. I only mask myself at the club. I’m not in hiding or closeted. I’m a totally out in the open gay guy. I mask myself at the club because it’s the last place I want prospective clients to find me or seek me out.”

“Oh, no problem. What is it, then?”

“I need to apologize for Bishop. I released him as my sub and I talked to Devlin. He was banned from the club for one year.”

“I know. He showed up at my home on Saturday. He blamed Syd for it. He got pissed because she never fucked him or took him on as a sub. That’s why he’s going to try to ruin my career and that of John’s.”

  “John?”

  “Her assistant.”

“Oh, right, Jessica,” he smiled. “I know him as Jessica. Sexy guy if you ask me.”

“Well, yeah, he and my boss are our subs, and they are also involved with each other. Bishop is gonna continue to cause trouble. I may be outed when it’s not even true anymore.”

  “I don’t understand,” Donnelly said.

“Well, you might as well hear it from me,” he said. “I lived my life as a gay man in hiding. That’s why Syd and I married, so I could be gay in hiding but straight in public. I was afraid.”

  “And now?”

“I’ve fallen in love with my wife. Funny, huh. A gay man falling in love with his wife … a woman. My fucking best friend.”

“Well, if you’re happy. Have you ever felt love for a man before?”

“Never. I only ever loved my wife, and now, I love her more. We’ll be renewing our vows at the end of the month.”

“Well, congratulations and if you need help with Bishop, let me know.” he stood up and extended his hand.

Paxton stood up and shook it. “I think my wife has a plan. Keep your eyes and ears open. I’m sure it will definitely shake up the courthouse.”

“I look forward to it,” he turned and left the office.

  Twenty Four

Tim walked up the steps to the New York State Supreme Courthouse, as John walked down the steps and met him on the landing between the two sets of steps. “Your called sounded urgent,” John sighed. “What is it?”

“I didn’t take you away from Judge Carlton, did I?”

“No, she’s been in closed-door meetings all day. I had to reschedule her upcoming trial until next month.”

  “Closed doors?”

“Yeah, probably this crap with Bishop or it could be just her appointment. I don’t know. She w
as quiet this morning.”

Tim looked John in the eyes. “I wanted you to be the first to know,” he sighed as he pointed to the white marble bench and the two men sat down. “I asked Janice for a divorce last night.”

“You did? What happened?” John took his hand, not even thinking about it, just out of instinct.

“Well, after I left your place last night, I drove around. I thought about our entire weekend. You know, spending it with you, being with Syd and Paxton, and then being with you at your home. Last night was incredible. We can be men who sleep together, or we can dress up for each other and for them. It’s amazing. It’s as if I can be whomever I want when I’m with you. I can be myself.”

“I know the feeling. There’s something about being with you that makes me feel different than I’ve ever felt before. So, what happened with Janice?”

“She agreed. I offered her a fair settlement in the divorce, and she’s free to be with whoever she wants. I know she’s been seeing this woman who works at the South Burg Shelter. I don’t know how close they are now, but they don’t have to hide anymore. John, I don’t want to hide anymore. I’m not going announce to the world that I’m gay or that I want to be with you, but I don’t want to hide.”

“Neither do I,” he smiled. “I don’t want to hide. I want us to date, go out in public, but we don’t have to broadcast it on the news either.”

Tim held John’s face and pressed his mouth against his, his tongue invading John’s mouth, and John’s returned the dance. Tim slowly pulled away and waited for John to say something, but he didn’t.

John embraced him and then kissed his mouth softly. “Dinner, tonight?”

“Yeah, how about Amore’s Ristorante. They have great Italian food, and then…” he smiled.

  “Dessert at my place?”

“Yeah, because my place is now a suite at the Hilton.”

  “You had to move out?”

“Well, the Brownstone is my wife’s. I moved out and filed for divorce this morning. Judge Lewis will put everything through quickly, so in about a month or so, it’ll be over. I just had some suitcases and I let her keep all the furniture. I just have to find a new place to live and I haven’t had time.”

“Well, I can help you find something,” John said. “And yes, I’d love to have dinner and dessert with you.”

“Great,” he kissed his cheek. “I have to get to the office. I’m running so behind right now. Six? I’ll meet you there?”

“I’ll be there,” John watched as Tim hurried down the steps of the courthouse, and then cross the busy street to the county building. “I’ll definitely be there.” He stood up and turned toward the building, and took a deep breath as he walked toward the two men who were smoking a cigarette outside the door. He nodded nervously at the two clerks for other justices in the building. “Scott, Edward.”

“Hey, you’re dating the DA?” Scott asked.

  “Uh, yeah, why?”

“No, that’s cool. Does your boss know?”

“Yeah, she knows.” He smiled. “Tim Reynolds is a good man.”

“I thought he was married,” Edward remarked.

“He was and now, he’s mine,” John smiled.

“Way to fucking go,” Edward patted him on the back.

“I better get back upstairs,” he pulled open the door.

“Oh, we heard something,” Edward said.

“About what?” he turned toward them.

“Your boss, Judge Carlton,” Scott said. “Just so you know, the judges all have been talking about her.”

  “Oh, talking as in bad?”

“Nope, good. They are on board with whatever choices she made. I guess Bishop is trying to cause trouble or something,” Scott said.

“Yeah, I heard,” John said. “Well, he can’t use me against her anymore. I don’t care who knows that I’m gay.” He headed into the building.

“He’s got balls, doesn’t he?” Scott said.

“Yup, and it’s cool that he supports his boss and she obviously supports him,” he put his cigarette out in the ashtray.

John sat down in his office that was attached to her office and the corridor. He looked up as she knocked on his door. “Ma’am, I thought you were in your office.”

“I was but I have to go downstairs for another meeting,” she sighed.

“Uh, Mr. Carlton called for you. He said he’d be home by six.”

“Oh, good. I hope I am. John, you look different.”

  “Different, Ma’am?”

“I don’t know. Happier or whatever. I know you’ve been working your ass off all day to keep up with these damn meetings.”

“Oh, it’s personal, but something good happened.”

  “You and Tim?”

  “Yeah, how’d you know?”

“You think I’m the only one people gossip about in the courthouse?” she chuckled lightly. “Your kiss with Tim is the talk of the courthouse. Everyone thinks you’re lucky to land such a hot guy as the county DA.”

  “Seriously? I thought … I mean, I was afraid.”

“I know. I’m not saying that you won’t run into haters or bigots, we know the world is filled with them, but it will never be used against you. Now, I know it’s early, but I hope you two fall madly in love with each other.”

  “I hope so, too, Ma’am.”

“And it may not always be love at first sight, but it can be love at first bite,” she snickered.

“Hmm, I’ll keep that in mind,” he licked his lips.

“You can head out at four. I’ll be downstairs,” she smiled as she left his office.

  Twenty Five

Sydney walked down the corridor and took a deep breath when she came to the closed door labelled Justice Conference. She knocked strongly on the door and a woman answered it. “Oh, Judge Carlton, they’re waiting for you.”

“Thank you, Amanda,” she took a deep breath and entered the large room.

At the front of the room a panel of six men and three women, who were dressed in black justice robes, sat behind a large table on a platform. “Judge Carlton, please have a seat,” Justice Maxwell pointed to the table with the lone chair, positioned in front of them.

“Thank you,” she sat down at the table and folded her hands on top of it. “I appreciate you all meeting with me on short notice.” Her eyes scanned the panel.

“We’re here to listen to what you have to say, Judge.” Maxwell nodded. “Please, go on.”

“I’m not going to presume to know what you are or are not aware of, so I’m going to start from the beginning.”

“Very well,” he nodded, as the others nodded but kept quiet.

“Last week, Justice Harold Bishop left a folder with my law clerk indicating that it was information about my appointment to the appellate court. The information within the folder was indeed details about the process of the appointment, such as critical background checks, case confirmations, and appointment hearings. It turns out he appointed me through official channels before he asked me.”

“Uh, Judge Carlton,” Judge Washington spoke. “You were not informed before the official channels?”

“No, ma’am, I wasn’t. I didn’t know it was an official appointment when I had brunch with Judge Bishop on Friday. That was the first time I realized it was official.”

“What happened at the brunch? You had an issue with Judge Bishop, didn’t you?” Maxwell asked.

“Yes, Sir, I did. Bishop told me to take the appointment, and sit in his chair once he retired in six months. But then, he told me I needed to drop my husband and my current law clerk.”

“Was it an ultimatum?” Washington asked.

“I believe it was. I told him I would not leave my husband, though, we have had marital issues in the past we are working on our marriage.”

“Why would he tell you to drop your clerk? He’s a law student, isn’t he?”

“Yes, my law clerk is in his final year and graduates next year. Judge
Bishop thinks that he has some secrets about my husband and my clerk, and thinks I should drop them. Now, I don’t wish to go into details, but both my clerk and my husband would rather have their secrets revealed then hurt me. I, however, do not wish my husband or my clerk to be harmed.”

“I appreciate your honesty with us,” Maxwell said. “On Friday afternoon, you pulled your appointment but it was still released to the paper. Do you think this is a result of Bishop’s actions?”

“It may be. He came to my home on Saturday, and finally revealed why he wanted me to get rid of these two men in my life. He was angry that I didn’t have an affair with him.”

“Did he ever offer himself to you?” Washington asked.

“No, never. He decided to do this as blackmail when he heard a private conversation between my husband and my clerk. I will say that Bishop has some secrets of his own but I’m not looking at retaliation and won’t reveal them.”

“We wouldn’t ask you to. Judge, are you looking to formally file charges against Judge Harold Bishop?”

“Not at this time,” she sighed. “I would like to officially request that my appointment be reinstated but only if it were supported by another justice.”

“We will take that into consideration,” Maxwell said. “Judge, you’re aware of the in-depth background check of not just you but your spouse, and any other family member or member of your staff.”

“I understand. As you all may or may not know, my husband is my only family. My mother was killed in a car accident, and she was a major contributor to several charities, including those who support firefighters, and police officers. My father was also a family court judge with the county of New York until his death,” she explained. “My husband and I had some rough times, but we’re better than ever, stronger than ever and in two weeks, well on the twenty-ninth, we’ll be renewing our wedding vows. Judge Lewis has agreed to preside over our nuptials. My current clerk will remain my clerk until he graduates and then passes the bar. The personal lives of my staff is irreproachable and the fact that my clerk is a homosexual doesn’t influence his job.”
