I wanted to write a book about dealing with pain and how sometimes, you can let your life and your pain consume you. I wanted to share my belief that if you find something in life that you care about more than yourself, your life will inevitably be enriched and prosper. Sometimes we focus so hard on our own lives and our own struggles to the point of missing out on everything that is happening around us. In this book you had a chance to experience this journey with Nina. I plan on writing two more books in what I have dubbed “The Universe Series.” One will be based on Lola and Drake’s relationship and the other will be Toni and Nick’s story.
