  Nadia noticed too.

  “What’s happening?”

He replied, “She’s dropped her perception filters, not sure why yet.”

  Nadia asked, “Can’t you help?”

He shook his head, “I’m the inventor and engineer. She’s the ship and security, if she’s run into trouble, like an enemy A.I. or something, I’ll just make it worse if I try to help.”

Two seconds later the enemy ship blew up.

  “Fucking bitch!” Chrystal cursed loudly.

She took a deep breath, “Launching two new shuttles.”

  Nadia asked, “What happened?”

She sighed, “Enemy A.I. And not a nice one like the ones on Mars. She was good, but I had her beat. She managed to trip the self-destruct before I wiped her out of existence. But only because I didn’t know where it was in the system. This time I’ll isolate that system first so her sister ship can’t trigger it.”

The two new fighter ships arrived at the second enemy vessel, the remaining two enemy ships were almost on top of him and opened fire, but he wasn’t worried about that. Just two couldn’t overload the shields, even if they managed ten strikes relatively close together. The shields dumped the energy almost as fast as it absorbed it, so for the weaker strikes to get through, there would have to be a whole boatload of ships, or he’d have to fire and give them an opportunity to breach at the more saturated points.

Which he wasn’t going to do.

Still, he opened up the command interface since Chrystal was busy, and set the ship to maintain the current distances. If they managed to ram him, that might actually take them out.

Chrystal froze again, mere seconds after the ships breached and disappeared into the hull. A few moments later, she smiled, and then the enemy ship blew up. This time, the two little ships were just fine and flew out of the wreckage.

  “What happened?” he asked.

She replied, “It was a lot easier to beat their A.I. the second time around, I knew the system. Once I got the database, I sent the command to self-destruct in two seconds, and then powered up the shields on the ships. That’s why the first two died, I couldn’t get a hard connection to their data network without lowering the shields.”

He nodded, “Take out the last one please?”

She looked at the display and a huge chunk of the vessel was torn away by the gravity weapon, and then the two fighters flew in and cut up the ship in slices with a low powered beam until it exploded.

Chrystal said, “Heading for the planet,” and waited for him to nod before activating the course.

He opened a channel to Dahlia, “Dahlia, skies are clear and we’ll make orbit in ten minutes, if you want to play in the sand.”

Dahlia laughed, “Thanks Mike, we’ll be ready.”

He closed the channel, “So do we know anything good?”

Chrystal shook her head, “This race makes Earth look like a place of peace and harmony. They are very violent, and the reason they never respond to our hails or attempts at communication is it would be a breach of standing orders to either talk or surrender to food. Even if they wanted to, the A.I. would stop them, and in the case of mutiny, or disobeying orders, would self-destruct.”

Nadia blew out a breath, “That’s insane.”

Chrystal said, “I also found out where they come from, Andromeda. There are also only nine more ships in the taskforce that haven’t been accounted for yet on our side. Which means three more worlds, so maybe your father will have another for us once we wrap this up.”

He nodded thoughtfully. He hated the idea, but he didn’t see a way around it, if they didn’t go after these guys where they lived now, they would regret it later. This new information just convinced him more, that the enemy race was a nightmare. Hopefully the empress and senate would see that, but he’d have to wait and see.

Nadia said, “Want to grab a bite Alyndra, during the wait. I’m starved.”

Alyndra nodded, “Good idea, I could eat.”

They both got up and left, and the door was barely closed when Chrystal was on his lap kissing him passionately. He was shocked for a moment, and then returned her kiss with a fervor. Her hands roamed his chest, and she tore his shirt over his head.

He gasped as she kissed him and ground down on him, and pulled his zipper down on the pressure suit.

“Is in here a good idea? They could come back at any moment.”

She stood up and stripped her own shirt off with a sultry look on her face, and unzipped her suit as well. She pulled the sides over and around her breasts, which pushed her breasts together and slightly up.

“You should have thought about that before you turned me on like that.”

She grabbed the material of his suit and pulled, and he lifted his ass slightly so it slid down his legs and body, freeing his rapidly hardening cock. She dropped to her knees and stared up at him with heated lust, and started to lick it like a lollipop, and then she swirled her tongue over it and moaned in pleasure.

He gasped, “That feels so good Chrys.”

Her eyes were so intense as she slowly made love to his cock with her mouth and tongue, never once breaking their intense eye contact. She was practically worshipping his cock as she moaned and sighed in pleasure, as if she were the lucky one and not him. He thought she would go for a quick and dirty blowjob to get him off before they got back, but it seemed she was doing the opposite.

She took her time and held him on the precipice, but kept pulling him back from it by licking his balls, and giving him little breaks from the intense pleasure of being in her hot mouth and throat.

She spread her spit with her tongue and hand, and then started to jack him as she pulled back a little.

“Do you have any idea how wet and horny you make me. I love you so much I’m going to show you.”

She thrust her hand down her own suit, and collected her liquid arousal on her fingers, and then rubbed it on her cleavage. She then moved forward, and wrapped her tits lovingly around his hard length.

He gasped at their warmth, and their supple softness was like velvet along his cock, as she started to stroke him slowly with her tits.

“Do you like this love, me pleasuring your big cock with my slutty tits?”

His cock twitched at her words, which made her smile.

She ducked her head down, and sucked in the head of his cock, and started to slather her tongue all over the tip, as she continued to stroke his base with little movements of her breasts.

“Oh fuck baby, that feels so good.”

She moaned at the praise, and sucked harder, and circled his glans faster, while she started to stroke her tits up and down even quicker.

“You want my cum baby?” he asked as he got close.

She moaned in needy desire, and started to bob her head a little farther down, still managing to keep him wrapped in the warm soft flesh of her breasts.

That was it, he couldn’t hold it anymore, and he pushed up against her body and deeper into her mouth as his balls tightened, and he shot into the back of her throat, and then his cock pulsed again as he got lost in the pleasure of her attentions.

She continued to suck and jerk his cock between her breasts to milk every last drop she could.

He sighed, “I love you baby.”

She looked up at him as she released him, and stuck her hand down her suit, and barely grazed her sex and exploded into ecstasy in front him, her eyes were glazed with bliss and never looked away. It was the most erotically hot thing he’d ever seen, and more proof if he’d had any doubts, that worshipping his cock with her mouth had gotten her close to the edge.

She shivered in pleasure as she came down.

  “I love you too Mike.”

He smiled, “I just hope you don’t expect this would in any way convince me not to flirt with you on the bridge.”

She giggled, and zipped up her suit, and pulled on her shirt before she stood.

He got up and fixed himself too, and the
n he sat back down and pulled her into his lap for a loving, lingering, soft, but passionate kiss. He wanted to take her so bad, but it had been fifteen minutes and the second round of the shuttles was in progress, and Alyndra and Nadia were coming back any minute.

While the thought of those two catching him and Chrystal fucking on the bridge was almost appealing, he dismissed the idea. Mostly for Alyndra’s sake, he figured Nadia might just join them, but the former would be awkward as hell.

  If also a turn on.

  Chapter Twenty-Five

Nadia and Alyndra came onto the bridge, and covered their eyes from the bright golden light.

Nadia asked, “Why is Chrystal glowing like a sun, and why does it smell like…” she trailed off and blushed.

“Never mind. Stupid question,” she muttered as she took her seat on his other side.

He replied, “Most A.I.s choose a look, body type, and stick with it, forever. Chrystal had to be a bit more adaptable as a ship that could be a little scout one day, and then the battleship we’re standing on. That adaptability leaked over to the appearance of her android, think of it as the ultimate makeover. She said something about a redhead, we’ll see when she’s done.”

He also realized that’s why she tit fucked him, because she wanted to try it before she changed.

  “Has the battle started?”

He shook his head, “They’ve all landed just a minute ago, but they seem to be planning something with the Turuhm who came out to meet them.”

Nadia turned and looked at the display.

The display was set up much like last time. There was the city, with the red dots of the enemy closely grouped in one area under their shield. They’d moved under cover when their three ships were taken out. Like last time, they seemed to be preparing for a ground attack.

The blue dots on the outskirts of the city were the Mirosians, and this time there were green dots as well for the Turuhm forces which seemed to match the Mirosians numbers. Unlike the peaceful Feilia, he had a feeling the Turuhm would have taken their planet back themselves if the invaders hadn’t held the orbitals.

Above that general overlook was the more detailed immediate area around Dahlia, including the Turuhm who seemed angry and more than ready for revenge. He hoped the enemy, who they now knew was named the Kascorix, they’d found out thanks to the database they’d stolen, wouldn’t button up the shield. He knew he would have.

The golden light blinked out, and he took a look at his life mate.

Her hair was a dark auburn, and her eyes as she’d promised were still amber. Her face was a little thinner, but still heart shaped, and very recognizable as her. Her skin was a little lighter in tone, and she had a cute smattering of freckles around her nose.

She’d stood up and spun for them, and he could tell she’d kept her same height of five foot six, and her perfect hourglass body. Neither athletic nor voluptuous, but right in between. Her breasts did go up that cup size though, she looked beautiful, alluring, and as enticing as ever. As far as her sensitivities and what she liked in bed most, he’d have to rediscover that later.

Chrystal asked, “So, what do you think?”

He replied, “I love it. You’re gorgeous.”

She smiled at him, and then looked over at Nadia, who was smiling.

Nadia said, “I love that hair color. You do look gorgeous, does it feel different?”

Chrystal nodded, “It does, but no more trouble to adapt to than going from a small ship, to a large one.”

Chrystal sent, “I love you. I have to admit I was nervous about your reaction, but the look in your eyes says it all.”

  He replied, “Lust and anticipation?”

Chrystal sent, “Love and appreciation. But yes, those other ones too.”

He winked, and then turned back to the status hologram.

It looked like they were moving, he wished he’d been in on the planning, or could have listened in, but he’d done his part, they were the ground warriors and knew what they were doing. He’d finally figured out why they’d rushed the enemy like that the first time, if they’d held back the enemy might have buttoned up when their losses mounted.

As it was, they’d been in their camp among them when the enemy had finally realized they were screwed. At that point it’d been far too late.

He knew they could tunnel, but he imagined the enemy would have a better chance of defending against those choke points. He wondered just how many Mirosians had died to make that work on their home planet, and then shook the dark thoughts out of his mind.

He had the full spectrum of human emotions, but he knew he couldn’t afford to hate this enemy so much that it blinded him to facts, or drove him to mistakes. Unfortunately, that was easier said than done, there was much about the Kascorix species that garnered disgust and hate.

As they got close they fanned out and while not quite surrounding the enemy they were in a semi-circle around the enemy camp. Suddenly, the screen blanked white for a moment, and came back while the Mirosians and Turuhm were in a charge.

He winced as the plasma turrets took out a few before they were neutralized, and then frowned at the enemy who were shooting randomly out of their camp, half of them missing completely, and none of them combining targets to overcome the Miroth shields.

Then the Mirosians jumped over the energy shields, and killed them all quickly. It was even a worse slaughter than last time.

Nadia asked, “What the hell just happened? I mean, obviously good, but…”

Chrystal tilted her head, and the hologram wavered, and then hundreds of little yellow dots appeared below the enemy’s camp.

“Those yellow dots are small tunnels, just two inches wide, I’m guessing the large flash of light was part of a modern flash bang, hundreds of them all at once to disrupt the enemy. There must have been more to it than that though, the enemy’s armor should have compensated for just light and sound. The Turuhm must have a dampening technology, because I still can’t find what made those holes, so the enemy didn’t see it coming either. We only lost fifteen this time, although twenty-three Turuhm also died from the turrets in the charge.”

Nadia grunted, “Good. Less deaths I mean.”

Chrystal frowned, and the hologram wavered to show space again. Four ships had just appeared from nowhere.

“We’re being hailed. How the hell can they do that, cloaking from my scanners shouldn’t be possible.”

He tried to keep amusement out of his voice as he replied, “Put it on.”

She glared over at him, he guessed he hadn’t succeeded, and then a Turuhm appeared on screen.

“This is Captain Jeran, we wanted to thank you for your timely arrival. We lost most of our fleet, but the four of us managed to disengage, cloak, and contact the Xaran.”

He nodded respectfully, “Greetings. I’m Senator Mike Stedman of the A.I. world Mars. We, and the Mirosians, are assisting the Xaran in pushing back these invaders. It was our pleasure to help.”

The captain replied, “We extend you our hospitality, although we understand if urgent business pulls you away.”

He replied, “Thank you captain, if we can we’ll take you up on the offer, but we may have to defer to another time? I’d be honored to visit in the future.”

The Turuhm captain said, “Very well, I look forward to it, Jeran out.”

  The connection was dropped.

He shook his head, the conversation was a bit awkward to prevent offense, but understandably so, since the captain probably had no idea of protocol with A.I.s, not that there was any, but Jeran hadn’t know that.

  Chrystal muttered, “Impossible.”

  “What is?”

Chrystal scowled, “They might be able to hide from passive sensors, and even cloak visual light frequencies, but how would they hide from energy and gravity sensors as well? The damn things has mass and power, it should be impossible to hide.”

He chuckled, “Maybe they’re using an anti-mass shield? Not sure
how their disguising their power emanations though. Wait, what would happen if the active scanning particles suddenly had zero mass?”

Chrystal tilted her head, “Anti-mass shield? It would take care of both issues. It would occlude both our scanning particles, their energy emissions, and of course the mass of their vessel.”

He nodded, “My father theorized anti-mass particles twenty years ago, but since gravity shields, and subspace shields were better for defense it never went anywhere, but for cloaking it would hide its mass. An application never thought of. See if you can detect any abnormal absences of stellar dust, I imagine a shield putting off anti-mass particles would blanket a large area, although they aren’t cloaked right now.”

Chrystal frowned, “No need, I can review the earlier sensor data. And there it is. It’s like a large hole in space where no matter or energy exists at all. Thank you love.”

He said, “Update the sensor filters to recognize that, and send it to the A.I. fleet? Just in case an enemy figures out that trick.”

  Chrystal nodded, “Done.”

The Mirosians were already headed back to the ship, since the Turuhm were more than capable enough to handle cleanup operations. Time to call his father again.

  Chapter Twenty-Six

“Dad, Vun-Turuhm has been cleared of the enemy, and the Mirosians are returning to ship.”

Ted grunted, “There were three more incursions since we spoke, got one more in you?”

He nodded, “Yes, and that should be it.”

Ted asked, “How could you know that? The world we need you at is the Jazuno by the way.”

The Jazuno were the ones that looked like the grays.

“We succeeded in grabbing a database, there were only forty-eight ships sent here from Andromeda, so sixteen worlds which are now all accounted for. They’re called the Kascorix. Claws, razor sharp teeth, very muscular humanoids with fur patches on their faces and bodies. Their society is very might makes right, and the crews of the ships are under threat of death from their own A.I.s if they step out of line. I plan to distribute it at the senate meeting after their invasion force is destroyed. Right now, both Chrystal and Mia are working up a psychological profile for the species, I think it would be a mistake not to go after them where they live.”
