Three Times The Trouble (Corin Hayes Book 3)
Page 25
“Right,” I said, startled.
“I suggest you not be here when the security forces eventually arrive, Mr Hayes,” the voice said and the hand let go.
I staggered, balance failing, and reached out a hand for the wall. It was where I had vaguely remembered it being. I gulped in air and on unsteady legs started to move away. I glanced back once, No-neck was still there, hatchet buried in his skull, but there was no sign of the three men from Hai San or Child-beater.
“Fuck. I need a drink.”
Afterword
So Corin Hayes book 3 is done but his story is not. There is a lot more of the world to explore and lot more trouble out there in the deeps. I hope you enjoyed this one and will look forward the next.
If you’ve read The Stone Road and the rest of the Forbidden List, I’d be really interested in your thoughts and theories.
Also, if you get the chance, please leave a rating and a short review on the website you bought the book from and Goodreads too. It really does help me out by raising the profile of the books and encouraging others to give them a try.

Acknowledgments
You can’t end a book without thanking some people. So here and now I am going to thank all the members of the Treehouse – my little fan and helpers group – for all the feedback, assistance, encouragement and thoughts along the way. I hope I did you justice.
Special thanks, as always, goes to Julia Sarene. Germany’s best book buyer and someone who is always there to encourage, beta read, pick out the problems and let me know exactly what they are. She is a wealth of information and experience. The books would not be the same without her.
I’ve got to add another thanks here to Darren Young, fellow Mod on Fantasy-Faction, for the feedback and picking up on the leftover typos.
