Ingredients:-
2 (9 inch) deep-dish pie crusts, frozen
1 tbsp. of green bell-pepper, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 (4.5 oz.) can of mushrooms, drained and finely chopped
6 eggs
2 cups of heavy cream
8 oz. of Monterey-Jack cheese, shredded
8 oz. of Swiss cheese, shredded
12 oz. of ham, cooked and chopped
½ tsp of vinegar
1/8 tsp of dry tarragon
1 pinch of garlic powder
1 pinch of ground nutmeg
1 pinch of dry parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:-
Preheat the oven at 350 F and pre-bake the crusts for about 10 minutes. Set them aside for cooling on racks.
In a skillet, sauté onion, mushrooms and green pepper till onions become translucent and soft. Remove it from the heat and keep aside.
In a bowl, combine cream and eggs together. Add shredded Swiss and Jack cheese, sautéed vegetables and chopped ham. Add vinegar and season it with garlic powder, nutmeg, tarragon, parsley, pepper and salt. Divide the filling into 2 baked pie-crusts.
Bake them in oven for about 55-60 minutes, or till filling sets and crusts become golden brown.

2 tbsp. of olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 cup of heavy cream
3 eggs
½ tsp of dry oregano
1 (9 inch) pie-crust
½ tsp of dry basil
1 tsp of salt
½ tsp of ground black pepper
¾ cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
¾ cup of Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:-
Preheat the oven at 375 F.
Heat the oil in the skillet on medium-high heat. Add the onion; sauté till soft for about 3-5 minutes.
In a bowl, beat cream, eggs, basil, oregano, pepper and salt together.
Spoon onions into pie crust. Pour egg mix over onions. Sprinkle with shredded cheese over top.
Bake it in oven till toothpick inserted in center withdraws cleanly, for about 30-40 minutes.
Let it cool slightly and serve.

8 oz. of Muenster cheese, sliced
2 (10 oz.) pkg. of chopped spinach, frozen, thawed and drained
1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
Garlic powder, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 oz. of Muenster cheese, sliced
Directions:-
Preheat the oven at 350 F.
Line a quiche dish with 8 oz. of slices of Muenster cheese. Carefully squeeze out water from spinach; place in a mixing bowl.
Add eggs, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder salt, and pepper; stir well. Spoon the mixture into the pan; top it with remaining slices of cheese.
Bake it in oven for about 35 minutes; allow it to set for about 10 minutes prior to serving.

1 pinch salt
½ cup tapioca flour
1 cup coconut flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup coconut sugar
2 large carrots, shredded
1 cup coconut oil

½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ - 1 cup chocolate chunks
Directions: -
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the coconut sugar,
eggs, vanilla extract and carrots to a large bowl and mix well.
Now add the tapioca and coconut flour, salt and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well until combined and stir in the chocolate chunks.
Using a tablespoon scoop and arrange the cookie dough into balls onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten the cookies using your fingers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 - 40 minutes until cookies are cooked all the way through. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
