  In Kentucky, at least, schools would be funded by parents who formed cooperatives through their churches or communities on a voluntary basis. Welfare would be the business of the church or other community organizations.

  Voting in the Coalition was a privilege. Those who wanted to be involved in selecting leaders had to take a test and prove they had a rudimentary understanding of history, economics and government. Men and women had been forced to take a test to prove they were competent enough to drive a car for over a century, but something as sacred as selecting the nation’s leaders had been open to the most ignorant of men. In the end, it was the low-information voter that destroyed America.

  Matt would be careful to teach his child the importance of being faithful to God and defending liberty. He would be sure to teach his child the dangers of an obese central government. Matt’s child would learn the words of George Washington, “Government is not reason; it is not eloquence; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.”
