  “You’re here,” William said with a grin.

  “I am. What’s up?” Terrence asked.

  “I wanted to bring you back to my suite. I wanted to tell you something. Something that’s been a long time coming,” he told Terrence with a smile.

  Terrence blushed at the way the other smiled at him. He then grasped William’s hand, and soon, they made their way over to where his hotel was. William did have a mansion as well, but if he was in town, he tended to stay nearby. When they got there, William pressed the button for the penthouse suite, and when they got there, it was decorated in the fanciest manner.

  “You did all of this?” Terrence asked, looking at how romantic the candles and everything were.

  “Yes. I did it myself. Funny how people don’t take me for a hardworking man because I’m rich, but if my partner likes stuff like this, I’m more than happy to oblige,” William said with a purr.

  Immediately, Terrence blushed. He followed William inside, and soon, they went over to the balcony attached to the room. There, he had a wine and cheese plate set up, ushering Terrence to sit down. Together, they sipped the wine and looked out at the skyline below.

  “Fuck this is gorgeous. I never would’ve thought I’d be here,” Terrence told him.

  “Why?” William asked.

  “I mean, you know of my past. You’re the first one to not judge it. I mean, I’ve always been wary about letting people know that I’m from a poor family, and a poor lifestyle. But I made a name for myself, and you took a chance with me. So thanks,” he told William.

  William leaned in closer, pressing his lips to Terrence’s cheek.

  “You’re welcome. That actually brings me to my next point. I want to take our relationship further,” he told Terrence with a serious face.

  Terrence looked at him with a surprised glance. “What do you mean?” he asked.

  “What I mean is simple Terrence. I want to be with you. not just as a boyfriend, but as something more. I did run the PR piece, and while I’ve gotten some criticism, mostly because people wanted me to be with some high-end fashion model and shit, most are supportive. But that’s not all Terrence, I want to be something more with you,” William admitted.

  “What I mean is simple Terrence. Have you ever felt an affection for someone that is far larger than anything you’ve felt in the past?” William asked him.

  He caressed William’s face. For the first time ever, he felt a sort of rush of feeling in his heart. He was so similar to this man, the type of guy who never seemed to get close to anyone. While the initial encounter was one based on lust and slight feelings for one another, this was something else.

  “I love you too William. I’ve wanted to tell you as well. But I was scared. Scared of what might happen. I’ve never fallen for a person before, and the fact that I’m just now feeling this way is something magical. I want to continue feeling this magic,” Terrence said to the other.

  William then pulled Terrence closer, smiling at him as they looked upon each other.

  “I want to feel this magic too. Because I love you Terrence. I don’t care if the tabloids have a field day with this, I want you. I want to be with you. I want to support you, and most of all, I want to love you for the gorgeous man that you are, and the man who changed me,” William uttered.

In a sense, this all felt perfect, and for Terence, it was the start of a new life for them, a new existence, and he knew that no matter what people said, he would enjoy this, because he did love William to death.

  His career as a basketball player only got better from there. People supported him, and while some didn’t fully accept the fact that he was in a relationship with a man, he managed to get them to realize that they were working with the player, not with his sexuality, and he soon had a huge fan base because of his actions as well. He did feel like the king of the world in a sense, and he felt like no matter what the heck happened next, he would be okay.   William continued to support the team. Casey didn’t win the case, because they found quite a lot more dirt on him, dirt that got him arrested and put in jail. He did vow to get revenge on both of them, but that proved to be fruitless. His threats were idle, and neither of them had to really worry about any of that. William continued to be one of the best shareholders, and the team continued to win again and again. It was obvious that this was the start of a new life for the team, and Terrence took the time to not only get better, but to actually have his mind and body put into the right sort of place.

  After all of that was said and done though, after every single game, it was obvious that the two of them would have each other. For William, he knew that he could come home to Terrence every single night, and Terrence did the same after every single practice. Both of them were in love and happy with one another, and it was the first time that both of them honestly felt that way. For them, exploring love and being with others was more than enough, and for both of them, they knew that this was the beginning of it all, the beginning of the future, and the beginning of everything that was about to happen for them. They would make it, no matter what the odds, and both of them knew that their love knew no bounds.
