Training Drew
Page 7
He made it sound so easy. Just stay, he said, as if every day he picked a clueless little nobody out of the crowd and gave her the sexual education of a lifetime. For all she knew of him, maybe he did. Maybe he did this all the time – teaching the wayward submissives of Washington DC and then sending them on their way to find the perfect Dom for them.
But what happened when the perfect Dom the student wanted was the teacher himself? Drew was about to find out, because she could no more walk away from him now than she could forget how to breathe. God, she hoped this didn’t end up being the biggest mistake of her life, which up until now had been the home perm she’d given herself in high school.
Her stomach clenched with want. “I have work…” She had some vacation time saved up, or maybe Bas would want to meet in the evenings or something. How long did training take? And what did it entail, she wondered.
“Give me today and then give me your nights. For how long is up to you. How far down the rabbit hole do you want to go, little one?” He brushed his knuckles along her jaw, the touch sensual and tender at the same time.
Without really thinking, she blurted out the only answer in her. “All the way.”
It was the right answer. She knew by the way Bas’s expression turned all proud and pleased. She found she was beginning to crave that look on his face – the one that said she’d done right.
“Good girl.” He tipped her chin up and took a soft, almost chaste kiss from her lips. “Now, lesson number eight – don’t start something you can’t finish.” He nodded to the counter with a wicked smile. “I believe we were in the middle of something.”
That quick she went back to full on arousal, almost embarrassingly wet with desire. She blushed and moved past him, hopping up onto the counter again. She hesitated just briefly, then took a deep breath, pushed past her inflated sense of shyness and spread the shirt open again, bringing her feet up to brace on the edge of the counter as her thighs fell open, baring her entire body to him. Oh god, it was such a shocking, mortifying feeling…so why did it turn her on so much?
She didn’t know, but she thought Sebastian had the answer. He seemed to know her body better than she did, or maybe he just knew women’s bodies in general. Some selfish part of her hoped it was hers in particular he was attuned to. Juvenile, maybe. Naive, certainly. She didn’t care. He was her wildest fantasies come true and she had the breathtaking chance to live them all at once. She damn well intended to.
“Right about here, you mean?” she said teasingly. “Is this where we left off?”
Bas’s eyes got all hooded, the intensity making her shiver. His gaze dropped, and her breath hitched, wondering what he was thinking when he looked at her there. Did he think she was dirty, being so wet when he’d barely touched her? Did he like it, maybe? Did he think she was pretty all splayed out like that on his counter? Would he remember her there when she was gone back to her real life and left this incredible fantasy behind?
He didn’t answer her question because it didn’t require one. This was exactly where they’d left off and Drew waited now…waited for him to stop looking and start touching. He didn’t, though, not right away. He looked, he admired, he came closer and leaned in close enough that she could feel his breath on her skin, but it wasn’t until she thought she’d pass out from the breathless anticipation that Bas finally gave her what her body was silently begging for.
His big hands slid down the inside of her spread thighs, thumbs skimming tauntingly close to her pussy, but never quite connecting. It was maddening and when she shifted her hips in hopes of getting the contact she craved, he took his hands off her completely!
She gasped indignantly and shoved up onto her hands. “But…”
Bas’s lips curved and he lifted one brow. He didn’t say a word, yet she knew why he’d stopped.
She sank back onto her elbows and gave him a sulky look. “You didn’t say I couldn’t fidget.”
He snorted. “You weren’t fidgeting. You were trying to make me touch where you wanted me to touch. Lesson number nine – unless he’s ignoring your needs, unless he’s broken one of your agreed upon rules or has hit a hard limit you didn’t know about, obey your Dom.”
Drew knew he was right. She was being greedy and pushy. It wasn’t really her fault when he was so close and so sexy and made her feel all these things she couldn’t really control. Still, she wanted to make sure he didn’t regret choosing her the night before. He didn’t think she was a bad sub and she so badly wanted that to be true.
“Sorry.”
“Sir.”
She bit her lip. “Can I not?”
“Not use Sir? Of course. Why, though?”
She wrinkled her nose. “It makes me think of principals and teachers and having to be respectful even if I didn’t really respect somebody, just because they were older.”
Bas seemed to think about it for a few seconds, then nodded. “Alright. No ‘Sir’, then. Just Bas.”
She smiled, relief and a sense of calm blooming inside her. He was very different than Chad. Than most men, really. Most men she knew sulked or got mad when they didn’t get their way. They didn’t bother to ask why they were being denied or take anyone else’s perspective into account, they just wanted what they wanted and damn everything else. Not Bas. He listened and he’d considered and that made her respect him even more. That was how a man earned respect – by listening. He seemed more and more perfect by the minute.
No one was perfect, though…not even excessively hot Viking Doms. But she wasn’t going to go looking for problems – this was just temporary, anyway. He didn’t have to be her perfect forever – just her perfect right now.
Chapter Seven
She held her breath, eyes widening as Bas took a slight step back from the counter and then reached behind his head to tug his shirt forward and off, shaking back his hair. His body was freaking insane. Broad shoulders, narrow hips, defined muscles everywhere she looked but none of that overdone, bulging nonsense. Lean and strong and golden. Like the guys from that 300 movie – he looked like he’d just stepped out some graphic novel. And he was hers.
Well…she was his, actually, a slight but important difference. Still, she got to have him for the moment. That was more than good enough for her. Drew didn’t really know how a girl like her – odd and too small and awkward – would handle a man like Sebastian for anything other than a short time. He overwhelmed her on so many levels, it was sheer bravado keeping her from just bolting and never looking back.
Bas didn’t seem to catch on to how internally flaily she was, thank god. Because he just smiled at her and stepped up to the counter, between her thighs, and leaned down to kiss her like she wasn’t completely out of her depth. Like he thought she belonged there – in his apartment, in his bed, in his life. She must be a better actor than she’d thought.
Despite the jitters going on inside, she couldn’t not respond to his kiss. One hand came up and curled at the back of his neck, her lips parting under his without hesitation. He slid his hands around to her back, arching her toward him, then one sliding up into her hair to hold her for his kiss. As if he worried she might pull away. Not a chance.
The kiss broke and she sucked in a much needed breath as Bas moved his mouth down along her neck. Then he started talking and she didn’t catch on at first, until he mentioned safewords. That perked her up and she opened her eyes, trying to focus.
“Do you remember your safeword, Drew?”
“Yes…green.”
He lifted his head to meet her eyes. “When do you use a safeword?”
He wanted her to think? Apparently so, and she didn’t want to disappoint him, so she made herself stop focusing on how close he was and how much she wanted and instead listen to what he was saying and be present. “When I want you to stop.”
“When might you want to stop?”
She let out a soft sigh, desire pooling in her belly as his teeth scraped lightly along her collarbone. “Never,” she
breathed.
He chuckled, the sound rumbly and sexy. She liked that he laughed at her silliness and didn’t make fun or roll his eyes or get mad she wasn’t paying attention. It made her warm inside. “Never is a very long time, little one.” He lifted his head and those incredible blue eyes met her gaze. “Alright, I see you’re not in the mood for talking – do you trust me?”
She nodded, panting a little. Was he going to stop talking soon? She could think of so many better things to do with his mouth. “Yes.”
“Then safeword only if you hurt. Whether emotional or physical, and trust me to take care of you otherwise. Can you do that?”
He’d done a really good job so far, always seeming to know what she meant when she got all fuddled in her head, and when she didn’t know the word for what she was feeling, stuff like that. She trusted him to keep her safe. “Yes. I trust you, Bas.”
His smile made her insides wobble. It really ought to be against any number of laws for a man to just…walk around looking like that. “Good girl. Now, close your eyes.”
She obeyed immediately. The good stuff was coming now and she was going to come out of her skin if he didn’t hurry up and touch her.
He did touch her then, with his mouth, right where he’d left off at her collarbone. His tongue slid slow and damp, soothing where his teeth had gently raked her skin, and she let out a breath, fingers curling against the cool marble of the countertop. He’d laid her out like his own personal buffet and it seemed Bas liked to savor, not rush. God help her, she could hardly breathe and he’d barely touched with anything more than his mouth. His delicious, talented mouth.
But she didn’t move, didn’t wriggle to try and get his mouth other, more sensitive places, not wanting another reprimand. This was harder than she’d imagined when she’d spent her nights up late reading and looking at pictures and even videos. None of that could have prepared her for the absolute torture of Sebastian’s slow, sensual touches when she’d kill for something rough and hard and demanding. Like last night up against the glass.
He lifted his head a minute later and the corners of that mouth twitched up. “You’re being very patient,” he murmured.
She was panting with the effort of that patience, teeth catching her lower lip. “You’re being very slow,” she muttered. Bas laughed again and Drew couldn’t help but laugh a little, too. “Well, you are.”
One hand swept up her naked side, thumb skimming oh so very close to her nipple. “Do you want to know why?”
Oh, she didn’t know if she did, really. They were just gonna have sex, weren’t they? The wicked look on his face said Oh, foolish girl, you think that’s all? Oh dear. “Um…oh boy, I don’t know.” Might as well be honest, Bas hadn’t seemed to mind so far. It occurred to her a little too late that if they were just going to have kitchen counter sex, he probably wouldn’t have felt the need to talk about safewords and limits and stuff. She gulped. “Yes?”
He smiled. “Are you nervous?”
Drew nodded. “Very. Is that wrong?” She really didn’t know how to stop it, but she could try, maybe.
But Bas shook his head, hand slipping down her body, fingers trailing a path that left shivers like sparkles along her skin. “No. It’s honest. I like how honest you are.”
She let out a breath, relieved. “Oh good. I’m not any good at being, um, coy or anything…” As if he hadn’t already figured that out in the past twelve hours. God, had it only been that long since he’d bought her? The reminder that she’d been purchased sent a fresh wave of desire through her.
“Close your eyes.”
Drew frowned, but obeyed, eyes sinking closed. She’d really rather look at him. Maybe he didn’t realize how gorgeous he was. Hell, just looking at him long enough might be enough to get her there. She conjured up an image of him behind her lids, then, all naked and golden and sexy. Unf.
“Now touch yourself.”
Her eyes flew open. “What?”
Bas’s brows lifted. “Eyes, Drusilla.”
Ugh , did he have to use her whole name? Still, she obeyed, eyes closing again. “No, but really…what?”
“I know you heard me. Now obey me.” His voice had that authoritative tinge that sent shivers ricocheting down her spine.
Her cheeks heated and she was probably bright red and unfortunately this time there was no dark of night or shadows in an unlit apartment to hide it. Nope, right then the midday sun blazed through the abundance of windows in Sebastian’s loft and she was sure he saw everything. Including the blush to end all blushes.
“Is there a reason you’re hesitating?”
Oh, maybe if she gave him a good one, he’d change his mind because she really didn’t think she could lay there on his kitchen counter and masturbate. Oh god, did he really want her to do that? She thought so. She bit her lip, mortifyingly conscious of the fact that the whole time they were talking her legs were spread wide, her pussy still wet with want and she could practically feel his gaze on her there.
Finally, she had to concede. “I just…I don’t think I can. I really don’t. It’s so…” She turned her face away, exhaling hard. “It’s embarrassing.”
Bas didn’t say anything and the silence was almost a physical thing. She wanted so bad to open her eyes as it ticked on, second by second, but she was pretty sure if she did she’d get more than just a warning this time, she’d get a real punishment. She wondered how he’d punish her.
She really shouldn’t be turned on and intrigued by the idea, either.
“Bas? You’re not saying anything.”
“I’m waiting for you to obey me, little one. Embarrassing is not an acceptable reason for saying no. Are you going to safeword out based on a little embarrassment?”
Drew let out a hefty sigh, annoyed because she knew he was right. But ohhhh, her hand shook when she slowly lifted it from the counter. She squeezed her eyes shut tighter, as if she could pretend she wasn’t really going to do what she was totally about to do. Just as her hand inched down between her thighs, Bas pressed a soft kiss to the inside of her knee.
“Now open your eyes and look at me.”
She froze. “Bas…”
He gave her skin a light nip. “Look at me.”
She shook her head adamantly. Nope.
He chuckled a little, hand sliding up her side to her breast and giving her nipple a sharp pinch. “Look at me.”
She whined under her breath, but finally obeyed, squinting one eye open. He had an expression on his face she couldn’t quite place. Amused, aroused…a little smile playing on his lips and heat dancing in his eyes. Oh, he could look at her like that for always. It was lovely.
“Why so shy? I don’t recall all this modesty being present last night.” He grinned wickedly and leaned in to nuzzle her mouth, teeth scraping her lower lip. “Where’s the wild little wanton I fucked up against the glass with all of Arlington watching?”
Drew’s breath hitched, panting softly against his mouth. “I think…I think she only lives in the dark.” She pulled back and gave him an apologetic look. “Now it’s so…out in the open. You can see me.”
His gaze skimmed down her body and then back up. “I can. And I like very much what I see. Don’t you?”
She shrugged one shoulder, doing her best to not try and hide herself from him. “I guess. I mean…I have really small breasts and I’m not all…leggy and tall like some of those girls at the club. Like that woman, Freya? Gosh, she’s so beautiful.”
Bas smiled. “She is. But so are you. You’re a delicate little pixie to her Amazon woman. One’s not better than the other.” He slid his arm around her waist, hauling her forward against his chest, hand slipping under her to support her weight as he lifted her off the countertop. “I happen to like how small you are.” He gave her a teasingly lascivious grin. “I can put you however I want you, pin you and restrain you with or without rope. You’re at my mercy, little Drusilla. I like that very much.”
Her stomach pitched wi
ldly and she wrapped her arms around his neck. “I think I do, too,” she breathed, gasping when a split second later his mouth covered hers. She’d never been with a man who could make kissing nearly as satisfying sexually as the act of fucking. When the kiss broke, she found herself back on the kitchen counter, Bas looming over her, his eyes intense.
“Touch yourself,” he demanding in a soft, authoritative, shivery tone. She couldn’t refuse that demand.
She stared up at him, and he stared down at her, his eyes never leaving her face as she slid her hand down between them and stroked her fingertips over her clit, the flesh slippery with arousal, firm and tender. Bas nodded slowly, their faces so close together she knew he couldn’t see what she was doing, but somehow him watching her react to her own touch was more erotic – and less intimidating – than if he were to just lean back and watch her fingers pleasure herself. It was so much more intimate. It made her shiver.
“Good girl,” he murmured, his hand coming up against her cheek, his fingertips brushing her skin ever so lightly. It was almost like she could feel his touch in place of her own, and her eyelids fluttered on a moan. “That’s it, good girl…you know how to touch, how you like it. Soft at first, I think…light little circles making you weak?”
Drew nodded, breath panting as she touched herself exactly that way, faint flicks of her middle fingertip across her clit. “Yes…tapping a little…” She did tap a little then, body jolting and a moan escaping her. “Like that…”
“Just like that, yes.” His mouth brushed hers as he spoke, fingertips tracing her jaw. “Now a little harder, a little faster, down to dip inside, then back to the clit?”
Her head tipped back as pleasure washed over her. “Yes, yes…sometimes both hands so I can…so I can…” She couldn’t say it.
Bas understood, though, because a second later two of his big fingers sank inside her and she cried out at the deep, full penetration, her fingers on her clit working faster. “Like that?” he asked.
