Then she fell over the edge.

Her nails curled into my back and her jaw unhinged in silent pleasure. I sucked her lower lip between my bottom teeth and raked myself across it. Her pussy held me tightly, coaxing me to a climax I wasn’t ready for yet. Sweat dripped onto her chest and trickled between those beautiful breasts and I knew then and there I never wanted to let her go.

I knew I had fallen in love with Grace.

Her back collapsed and I hovered over her, my cock still throbbing inside her body. I kissed her lips and nipped at her neck, helping her come down from her high. She was panting. Heaving for air as her bosom fell and rose against my chest. I smoothed her hair out of her face as a healthy blush crept over her cheeks, painting her entire body that salacious little color.

  Fuck.

  She was beautiful underneath me.

I slid from her body and flipped her over, my heart racing for what was coming next. Her body was trembling as I rose her hips in the air, my hands massaging her ass cheeks. She looked perfect, with her hair mussed and her face planted in the pillow. Her hands were already curled in the sheets, waiting for the assault I had to deliver.

And I wasn’t going to disappoint.

I grabbed my cock and slid it into her dripping pussy, watching as goosebumps ricocheted across her skin. My hips sank to her ass and my hands gripped her hips, then slowly I pulled out. I slid back in, listening to her moan with helpless ecstasy before I slid myself back out again.

Then I inched my way back in, watching as she wiggled around in my hands.

I set a slow, torturous pace. Allowing her pussy to build up its tolerance to me. I wanted her like this every day. All day. At my mercy with her body leaking with want for me. I couldn’t stop staring at our connection. At the white streaks that painted along my cock. Thick strokes of arousal made just for me because her body wanted me. Needed me. Would’ve done anything for me.

That was why I wasn’t ready to stop.

She deserved more than just a couple small orgasms.

I slammed into her and she lurched up the bed. Her hands reached out and pressed against her headboard, then rocked herself back into me. I watched her ass roll and it made me bite down onto my lip. Holy hell, this woman was a goddess. She slammed her ass into me again and I watched it jiggle. I watched her curves jump and her muscles clench as her body begged for me. I slid my hand down her back and wrapped my hand in her hair, then pulled her face from the pillow.

  “Hayden,” she said breathlessly.

“Tell me what you want,” I said.

I slid my cock out and slammed it back in and her cries of passion were music to my ears. My balls were soaked in her, dripping with cum as I fucked those tight little walls of hers. Faster I went, slamming against her as quickly as I could. The bed was rocketing against the wall and the frame was creaking and the mattress beneath us was soaked. Grace had descended into nothing but groans and whimpers, and my head was spinning with the smell of our sex as it permeated the walls of the room.

I wanted her to smell us for days.

“Shit, Grace. You have no idea… how beautiful… you are. Fuck, you should see yourself. This body. Your hair. Your… fuck!”

My hips began to stutter and my hand released her hair. I couldn’t contain myself any longer. Her pussy was too good. It tightened around me as her feet wrapped around my calves, clinging to me anyway she could. My hands smacked against her milky skin, watching as a redness appeared on her ass cheek. The sight was all too wonderful and I smacked it again, listening as Grace cried out for me.

“Hayden! Holy shit… do it again.”

I grinned as my cock was pulled into her body. With each smack I delivered to that beautiful behind of hers, she clamped down onto my dick. Sucking me deeper. Harder. Further than I’d ever been inside a woman before. I was losing my balance. Losing my place. Losing all coherent thought as I delivered smack after smack. I massaged her ass cheeks open and found that puckered little hole, and the animal inside of me finally snapped.

“I’m so close. So close. Just… Hayden. Please. I… I need to-.”

I stuck my finger in my mouth before I traced my spit around her tight little hole. I felt her body clench for a second, clinging to my cock as if it were its last hold on reality. I groaned as my hand fell to the small of her back, supporting myself as I slowly pushed a knuckle in. Grace whimpered, but she didn’t protest, and soon I was two knuckles deep into her virginal hole.

And after a bit of adjusting, I slid the rest of my finger inside of her.

“Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Move. Hayden, for the love of fuck… move.”

I crooked my finger in her asshole and slid my cock out. My legs were shaking and my body couldn’t take it any longer. My balls were hanging low with want, coated in the arousal running from her pussy. I slid back into her and Grace called out into the room. A cry laced with nothing but animalistic urges and ecstasy.

It sent me into a frenzy, and I fucked her senseless until I felt her cumming around my cock.

“Hayden! Yes. Fill me up. Let me have you. Cum. Cum for me, Hayden. Don’t stop. Don’t stop. Please! Don’t stop, Hayden!”

All I could hear was her voice. All I could see was her body. Her face cocked to the side and crying out for my body. Her asshole flexed around my finger and her pussy clenched my cock, and before I knew it my hips were pressed into her and my dick was filling her with my cum. Pump after pump. Thread after thread. Until it was shooting from between her legs and running down her thighs. She collapsed to the bed and took me with her, my chest pressed into the lovely curve of her back.

I slowly slid my finger from her body and allowed my cock to enjoy her a little while longer.

I picked up my hand and slid it down her arm, finding her fingers with mine. I laced them together as I pressed kisses into her shoulder, watching her muscles twitch for me. I nuzzled the shell of her ear. Whispered sweet nothings until she was giggling underneath me. I slid from between her legs and fell to the side, carrying her with me and gathering her in my arms.

She somehow found the strength to turn towards me, a mass of nothing but reddened skin, tangled hair, and sloppy smiles.

And she was the most beautiful sight I’d ever beheld.

  “Wow,” Grace said breathlessly.

“I’ll take that as a compliment,” I said.

“You should. You really, really should.”

  “Are you okay?”

  “Huh?”

“Your ass. Did I smack you too hard?”

Her eyes fluttered up to meet mine and I took the liberty of smoothing her hair away from her forehead.

“No,” she said. “No, you didn’t. If you couldn’t tell, I kind of enjoyed it.”

“I had a feeling, but the cues were kind of muddled,” I said with a grin.

  “Muddled, huh?”

  “Maybe just a smidge.”

“And how would I have unmuddled those cues?” she asked.

She slowly scooted herself on top of me and placed her chin on my chest.

“I don’t know,” I said with a shrug. “I guess we’ll have to keep trying until we clarify things a bit.”

  “Oh really? Keep trying.”

  “Did it work?” I asked.

“No. But it was worth a shot.”

I snapped my fingers and she giggled. A sweet, soothing sound that pulled a smile across my face.

  “Could I ask you something?”

“Have you ever needed permission?” Grace asked.

“Well, fine. I’ll just ask then. I was wondering if you would let me take you out to dinner sometime.”

“Really? After all this, you’re just now thinking about taking me to dinner?”

“Hey. A little deviation from the norm never hurt anyone.”

“I really think we’re doing this a bit backwards,” she said.

“Is there a complaint in there?” I asked.

She pulled herself up and placed her lips
against mine. A sweet, gentle kiss for the innocent look in her eyes. But behind her gaze was a sweet fire I’d come to know all too well, and if she granted me the option I would definitely enjoy getting to know it more intimately.

“I would love to go to dinner with you, Hayden.”

“Then it’s settled. I’ll pick you up Saturday night. I have it on good authority that you don’t work Sundays.”

“I really need to talk to Emilia about what privacy means,” Grace said.

“But you have to admit, her telling me where you were did sort of result in something magical.”

“Magical, huh? You think that’s what you performed here?” she asked.

  “What would you call it?”

I rolled her over onto her back and peppered her neck with kisses. She giggled and squirmed as my hands danced around her sides. She squealed and kicked her legs as I tickled her body, watching her beautiful bosom jump for me. But the moment she reared up to try and push me off her, I captured her lips and cradled her body close.

  “Perfect,” Grace said.

  “Hmm?” I asked.

I pulled away to look into her eyes and saw nothing but happiness in them.

“You asked me what I would call it. What we just did,” she said.

I grinned as I brushed a small piece of hair behind her ear.

“I’d call it ‘perfect’,” Grace said.

“And here I thought you weren’t trying to inflate my ego.”

“And there goes the compliment,” she said breathlessly.

I smiled and planted another kiss on the side of her neck.

“You know you love it,” I said lowly.

And her responsive shiver told me everything I needed to know.

  Chapter Twenty-Three

  Grace

I was so excited to finally get to go on a proper date with Hayden. I stood in the bathroom mirror with my hair up, leaning against the counter so I could put on my makeup. I had the perfect dress for the evening. A deep orange with yellow hues that made the fabric look as if it was shimmering. Sleeveless, but it dipped down low in the front and gave him a tasteful view of the body he seemed to adore so much. I had a pair of yellow heels I was wearing as well as dangling yellow earrings, and I couldn’t wait for him to see me.

I wanted to make him speechless.

I’d been looking forward to the date all day. I had been watching the clock and counting down the minutes until the time I could start getting ready. I hadn’t felt this giddy before since my first date back in high school. It was my prom, and I was so excited for my date to come pick me up that I was ready an entire hour before he was supposed to show up.

I wondered what kind of restaurant he would take me to. Hayden was, after all, a multi-billionaire hotel mogul. He would probably take me somewhere incredibly fancy. A place where the menus don’t have prices and the food comes out in bite-sized morsels on dainty plates. I’d never been to a place like that and I hoped I didn’t embarrass myself.

  Or him, for that matter.

I slid into my dress, slipped into my heels, and let my hair fall around my body. I pulled it back with a clip so it would spill down my back but stay out of my face. I studied myself in the mirror, taking in my winged eyeliner and my glossy lips.

I added a bit of blush, shook out my hair, then I was ready to go.

I stood by the window of my apartment and waited for him. I paced, watching the minutes tick down on my phone. I was anxious. Nervous. What if he didn’t show up? Hayden wouldn’t do something like that, but it wouldn’t be the first time I was stood up. Back in college, I had a coffee date planned with one of the doctors on my floor. It was just after my twenty-nine-hour rotation and I was ready to guzzle an entire gallon. I sat in the coffee shop for two hours drinking endless amounts of coffee before I got the picture that he wasn’t going to show.

The thought of it still hurt a little.

I looked at my phone and saw it was four minutes past seven. Hayden was officially late. I took another peek outside to see if I could see his car, but all I saw was someone parked at the curb and a bunch of empty parking spaces. Maybe I needed to call him? Maybe something had happened?

Ugh, what if something had happened to his hip?

Panic flooded my veins. I knew this was too soon. Our encounter had put too much strain on him. I unlocked my phone and quickly scrolled to his number, then pressed his name and held the phone to my ear.

If he didn’t pick up, I was calling an ambulance and sending it to his place.

The phone rang and rang, and I was so preoccupied with him picking up that I didn’t hear another phone ringing behind my apartment door. Tears rose in my eyes as his voicemail picked up, but a knock sounding at the door pulled me from my panicked state.

I hung up the phone and raced over to the peephole, and once I looked through I felt relief shroud my shoulders. I cleared my throat and blinked the tears away, trying to make sure my cascading emotions weren’t evident.

That was definitely not how I wanted to start this evening.

I reached for the doorknob and opened the door, but I was confused when I saw Hayden standing there. He looked magnificent, as always. But he wasn’t in a tailored suit like I thought he would be. Instead, he was in a pair of slim-fit dark-wash jeans, a button-down top fitted to him, and a jacket that was buttoned one time around his waist.

My eyes panned up to his and I could see a playful grin on his cheeks.

  “You look stunning,” he said.

“I think I might be a little overdressed,” I said.

“Nonsense. You’re dressed exactly how you should be.”

“Then does that mean you’re underdressed?” I asked.

He chuckled and held out his arm for me, but didn’t answer my question.

  “Shall we?” he asked.

  “Where are we headed?”

“To a place I think you’re going to love.”

“So we’re going somewhere I’m familiar with?” I asked.

But still, he didn’t give me an answer.

I could feel his eyes on me as I closed and locked the apartment behind me. He led me down a flight of steps before his hand slipped around my lower back. I leaned into his touch, feeling my head lay upon his shoulder as we walked into the parking lot.

But instead of taking me to his car, he took me to the car I saw sitting out on the curb.

  “What’s this?” I asked.

  “An Uber,” Hayden said plainly.

“Are you expecting us to do a lot of drinking where we’re going?”

  “You’ll see,” he said.

  “You’re being very cryptic tonight.”

  “Is that a problem?”

He stood there with my door open and my eyes squinted playfully.

“You have something up that sleeve of yours.”

“I always do,” he said. “Come on. Let’s go get some food.”

I slid into the car before he sat down beside me. His knee was pressed against mine and our fingers were laced together tightly. I still felt incredibly overdressed and somewhat embarrassed that I’d made the assumption I had. I figured with Hayden going back to work soon and him being up on his feet that he’d take me somewhere lavish. Somewhere that made him feel like the rich, confident man he was.

I felt kind of like a gold-digger in a way.

“How was your day?” Hayden asked.

“I’m still sore, if that’s what you mean.”

“Not what I meant, but good to know,” he said with a chuckle. “What did you do?”

“Not much. Slept. Ate. Read a little bit.”

“What are you reading?” he asked.

“It’s a mystery. Which is weird because I don’t usually read those, but it’s a great read so far.”

  “What’s it about?”

“A woman moves into an old home she’s left in her aunt’s will. It needs a lot of work, but before she can hire anyone to come help her fix it, she suspec
ts there’s ghosts in the attic. It turns out there’s a secret entrance and someone is up there snooping around.”

  “Why?”

“I don’t know yet, hoping there’s buried treasure or something.”

  “Buried in the attic?”

I laughed, “Maybe buried under old memories.”

“Seems like you’re really into it.”

  “Yep. It’s really good.”

  “Maybe I’ll read it sometime.”

“You can borrow it when I’m done, if you’d like,” I said.

“I think I’d like that. Gives me an excuse to see you again.”

“Do you need one at this point?”

I looked over at him and I found him looking down at me. Studying me. Eyeing me carefully. A shadow of a grin was playing upon his features and the settling nighttime casted sharp shadows along his features. He looked as if he was standing on the brink of darkness. Ready to take that jump into the black hole or step back into the starlight. I felt a light shiver cascade up my spine and it caused my leg to jolt.

Hayden must’ve felt it, because he slipped his hand from mine and allowed his palm to fall against my knee.

  His soft massages felt good.

“What did you do with your day?” I asked.

“Besides think about you?” Hayden asked.

  “I’m being serious.”

  “So am I.”

I shook my head and snickered as my gaze fell out the window. The car we were in was turning into a parking lot and I leaned towards the window. At first, I didn’t recognize the place. The darkness was thick around us and I was paying too close attention to how Hayden’s hand was slowly scooting up my leg. But the moment the blinking neon sign came into view I threw my head back and laughed.

  “We are not,” I said.

“You love this place. Come on,” Hayden said.

“This is the best pizza joint in the city.”

  “Hence why we’re here.”

“Please don’t make me go into this place in this dress,” I said.

“Never. No one should behold this kind of beauty without the proper venue. I’ve already placed our order. We’re picking it up and taking it back to my place.”
