"Everyone, but the tellers, hit the ground!" yelled Tiger Reach with another roar. Everyone complied with the order as Tiger Reach stretched out his arms to the tellers with empty bags. One of the tellers jump back in fear at this display of Tiger Reach's arm stretching powers. The teller had read of this in the papers, but was still shocked at seeing it in practice. "Fill them, and no fucking with me or I will reach out and touch someone today! Understand?!"

The bank theft went largely without much more trouble. Tiger Reach and his two gang members left the Westgate Savings And Loan with bags of cash.

"Alright you two, onto the bus!" said Tiger Reach somewhat relaxing just a bit, but then Tiger Reach roared at the people on the curb to scatter them. There outside the bank was a Westgate Metro bus waiting for them. Now it was time to take the hijacked bus out of here before the cops realize they have also stolen a bus. A different method of escape for each robbery kept the cops off balanced.

When Tiger Reach climbed onto the bus to discover the third ski-masked gang member holding an AK-47 to a block of metal in the driver's seat, he was taken slightly aback.

"Wait, where's the driver?" asked Tiger Reach in a low growl.

"This is the driver." answered the masked man nervously. Red-Eye Destrobot turned his head to face Tiger Reach. Although built with an expressionless face, even Tiger Reach can sense the contempt Red-Eye Destrobot had for the supervillain. The masked goon tapped Red-Eye Destrobot on the head with the barrel of the AK-47. "Okay, get moving you! And no funny business, we don't want to draw attention."

'YOU CAN'T POSSIBLY THINK I AM THAT DUMB, DO YOU?' read the dot matrix printer in the Westgate Savings And Loan manager's office. The manager, I think his name was Ted Black and ironically a Korean man, started to cry. Mr. Black would go on to become the CEO of Westgate Savings And Loan in the following years. Mr. Black then lived the high life until shooting himself at the start of the S&L Crisis in 1986.

Red-Eye Destrobot shifted gears and hit the gas pedal. This launched the bus forward, knocking Tiger Reach and his gang off their feet. Red-Eye Destrobot didn't stop or slow down for anything. Side-swiping cars, plowing through empty telephone booths, and running through all manner of traffic signals. Red-Eye Destrobot was causing a ruckus on the road.

One of Tiger Reach's men was able to get up to shoot Red-Eye Destrobot, but unfortunately for the thugs Red-Eye Destrobot was bullet-proof. Tiger Reach tried to slow them down by stretching his arms out to grab a passing lamp-post, but the bus' momentum was already too great.

However this ruckus attracted the attention of one of Westgate's newest superheroes, American Sentinel, to the scene. The American Sentinel fell onto the front nose of the bus, stopping the bus' rampage and crushing the front end of the bus. Tiger Reach and his gang members were arrested by American Sentinel, who took full credit for the capture.

Red-Eye Destrobot, while no one was watching, pulled himself from the rumble an hour later. Red-Eye Destrobot then shook off the dirt as best he could and left.

  Green Silk #3

  (2015/11/06)

Sandra Padgett sewed her Green Silk costume up in no time. It was simple enough and nothing too fancy. The entire suit was dark green nylon fabric. The right side from the arm pit to just below her hip there was a zipper for easy access. From each end of the shoulders, both front and back, a light green nylon mesh netting was sewed to the shape of a "V" to highlight her femininity without drawing too much attention to it. The hood came off separately and was completely covered in the light green nylon mesh netting. Two holes for eyes were cut out so she could see out of the hood.

Sandra Padgett realized she was being too cute by half when it came to the roof. At first Sandra Padgett thought she could put one of her tents up there to act as her crime fighting headquarters. However after setting it up, a news helicopter flew by (the Eyewitness News Channel Seven one) and she realized that it was a bad idea. Instead she brought a footlocker to the roof and would just keep her costume up here, that way no one can find it sneaking through her apartment.

Before going out that night, she read up on the Super Citizen Arrest Act of 1990 to make sure she knew her rights. Apparently she could not just tie crooks up and run away before the police came. If Green Silk was to make a citizen's arrest, she would have to stick around and give a statement or she would be labeled a vigilante. Green Silk also could be subject to a pat down by the police officer for any reason and if they found any firearms on her person, could also be arrested even if she had a concealed carry permit. Other than be slightly conflicted about the "pat down" by the police officer, she like the gun control measure part.

"Well Westgate City," said Green Silk as she stepped to the ledge of her roof to look down at Leftover Hills below. She shot a web string from her left wrist and held onto the end. "Here I come!"

It took her only a couple minutes to get the hang of "swinging" with her webs. Once she had the hang of it, she was able to really take off and cover a lot of a ground. After landing on a random building, Green Silk realized that she had gone some eight blocks.

Suddenly, she heard a woman's scream from down below in the alley next to the building she was on. Looking over the edge, Green Silk saw a man hitting a woman. The man was a white, big, and bulky tank of a guy, with a green army jacket, a black shirt, blue jeans, and dark boots. Green Silk could not see much of the woman, only that she was clearly a white prostitute.

"Men..." said Green Silk to herself as she threw herself off the three story building. Landing just beside the thug, Green Silk was able land a hit on him. "Hey. Buddy. You do know hitting and raping a woman is wrong, right?"

"Ahhhg!" said the thug as he staggered back. Holding his head, he quickly recovered and looked Green Silk right in the eyes. A thick Russian accent came from between his lips. "Of course I do. Why do you think I do it?"

Before Green Silk could digest what he had just said, the white prostitute jumped on top of Green Silk and started hitting the would-be hero. She too had a Russian accent. "Hey you! You leave my pimp alone!"

"Ow!" yelled Green Silk. "Get off of me, you crazy Russian bitch!"

Green Silk shot one of her webs up and with one pull, she was able to make it up the three story building where this all began. The Russian prostitute didn't hang onto Green Silk for the ride up. It took Green Silk under a minute to collect herself and when the Russian screaming was over with, she looked over the edge to see the man and woman walking out of the ally hand in hand.

'Dear me,' thought Green Silk as she sat down on the roof. 'What have I gotten myself into?'

  Blue Star #3

  (2013/05/07)

It had taken a great deal of time for Patricia Johansen to get in to see Ma Melbourne. Of course "Ma Melbourne" was not her real name, however she insisted that her gang the "88 Melbourne", after 88th Street, called her that. Since Patricia Johansen was a part-time auxiliary police officer for the WCPD, a lot of overtures and a lot of promises had to be made since Patricia Johansen would not do anything illegal. Eventually Patricia Johansen was given the invitation to meet with Ma Melbourne at last.

The meeting would take place in the pool hall owned by Ma Melbourne. The police had long suspected that the pool hall joint was used for money laundering, but raid after raid turned up nothing. It was also very hard to prove that coin operated pool tables was not actually being used. As a signal of who she was, Patricia Johansen wore a brand new white t-shirt with a blue star on it. It was the last thing that Natasha saw Patricia Johansen in, so she hoped the girl would see it and know Patricia Johansen cared about her. The "88 Melbourne" was instructed to both leave her alone and keep a close eye on her. Patricia Johansen also agreed to any pat-downs by the gang for any reason.

At the entrance, Patricia Johansen was patted down by the door man. She did not like the pat-down, but went along with it for Natasha's shake.

"Alright." said the tall black man who patted down Patricia Johansen. "Ma Melbourne is waitin
g for you inside."

Inside the pool hall, it was lightly lit and very smoky. Long shadows were everywhere. Only every other pool table had a light over it. The smoke was heavy and ranked, Patricia Johansen pushed past it for Natasha. At the very far back wall, a bar occupied and ran along the entire wall. Two very bored looking bartenders were keeping watch at the bar. The rest of the pool hall was filled with pool tables or a table with two chairs to them.

People were here and there, playing on lighted pool tables. One pool table near the bar, had a single older woman playing with two very big men flanking her. 'That has to be Ma Melbourne...' thought Patricia Johansen as she approached the woman.

"You have 88 seconds to make me interested in why you are here." said Ma Melbourne as she hit the cue ball and sent the two ball into the side pocket. "Starting now."

"I'm looking for Natasha." said Patricia Johansen. Ma Melbourne stood up straight and turned to Patricia Johansen. Ma Melbourne was clearly in her late sixties and she was thin. Despite being a leader of a gang, she did dress conservatively and wore little make up. "I just want to make sure she is all right. I was her Big Sister mentor before she ran away."

"I don't know where she is, copper." said Ma Melbourne as she sat down on a stool next to her pool table. "Even if I did, I would not tell you. I don't want my grand daughter hanging out with a damn white cracker copper."

"Look, I am a liberal and I understand-"

"I don't give a damn! And you sure as hell don't understand shit!" snapped Ma Melbourne. Patricia Johansen was taken slightly aback. "Now go crawl your way back to the Gardens or whatever, and don't come back here again!"

After Patricia Johansen had left, Ma Melbourne angrily picked up the 8 ball off the middle of her table. She looked at the 8 ball and then at one of her guards. Ma Melbourne then threw the 8 ball into the corner pocket and stormed off to the bar. Both guards drew their guns and went after Patricia Johansen.

  Red Spade #3

  (2014/05/05)

The small collection of suburbs known as Emerald Gardens, is having a Coywolf problem. About a single pack of about ten Coywolves is starting to get the public in an uproar. So far, all they have done is break into some trash cans, but people are worry that they will only get bolder over time.

The Coywolf, or sometimes called woyote, is an informal term for a canid hybrid descended from coyotes and one of three other North American Canis species, the Gray, Eastern and Red Wolf. They also have a little domesticate dog DNA in them too, thus they often set up shop in populated areas.

Since crime has dropped in recent months in the Emerald Gardens, Red Spade thought maybe he volunteer with Westgate City Animal Control to help catch these Coywolves. Red Spade went into the Animal Control office a week ago to see what he can do.

"Hey, I was wondering if I can help in the Coywolf problem." said Red Spade as he enter. The woman behind the desk took one long look at Red Spade. His yellow hard hat, combat goggles, and red beard was quite a sight. Red Spade had now a new bullet proof jacket with his Red Spade symbol printed on it, tilted to the right. Red Spade was also able to upgrade his holster for his shovel. "Look, I already patrol these streets. All I need is the CB radio information so I can call it in. I promise to just call in their location and track them."

"Alright, Red Spade." said the lady with a wink.

From then on, Red Spade drove the car so he could use the radio inside. It was a week before he saw them. Calling it into the Westgate City Animal Control late in the afternoon, Red Spade track them to an abandon house that Coywolves had taken on as a den of sorts. Soon, the WCPD and Westgate City Animal Control had the place surrounded. Tranquilizers were used to bring in all the Coywolves in the house. After the Coywolves had been rounded Red Spade went up to one of the Westgate City Animal Control officers doing some paperwork on the hood of his jeep.

"So, when are you guys going to release those Coywolves into the wild?" asked Red Spade to the Westgate City Animal Control officer.

"We are not going to release them." answered the Westgate City Animal Control officer with a wink. The Westgate City Animal Control officer then wrapped up his paperwork and left with the other animal control officers.

Red Spade looked solemnly at the house that the Coywolves had made their den. He had just sent eleven Coywolves to their deaths. Red Spade believed in capital punishment for humans if they commit murder, and yet this bothered him so much. Now that the excitement had gone, Red Spade noticed a "For Sale" sign by a tree and bush. Red Spade took the sign and put in the his car, then drove off.

When Jack Spade walked in the front door, he had a Beagle puppy in one hand and bag of dog stuff in the other.

"A PUPPY!" screamed J.J. as he went to get the cute puppy from his father.

"A puppy?!" said Rebecca Spade with a pointed look on her face.

"Yeah, well," started Jack Spade. "I had a dog around J.J.'s age and I think it is time he takes responsibility. Am I right?"

"Yes dad, yes!" said the boy as the dog licked his face. "Cooper is wonderful!"

"See, the boy has already named the pup!"

"Okay," surrendered Rebecca Spade as she threw her arms in the air. "But the very first time he pees or poops in this house, out he goes!"

"Also, I have spoken to the church." said Jack Spade. "They have found an abandon house that was for sale and bought it. We are going to help fix it up this weekend so the church can give it away to a family in need. How does that sound to you guys?"

  Mantis Skin #3

  (2013/03/15)

Johnny Kobayashi dove head first into his studies when he arrived mid-2012 at Texas A&M University and did not let up. Johnny Kobayashi just ate up all his lab work and did not miss a lecture during his time there.

If he was not eating or sleeping during this time, Johnny Kobayashi kept up his martial arts at a local dojo. Johnny Kobayashi was way beyond anyone there, so eventually Johnny Kobayashi became a sensei there himself. Soon, Johnny Kobayashi's Seven Star Praying Mantis Boxing became a hit with everyone at the local dojo.

However Johnny Kobayashi's work at Texas A&M University always took priority over everything else and that is where things took an interesting turn during the fall season of 2012. Johnny Kobayashi was paired up with a female student during some of his early lab work. At first he took little notice, but her bubbly personality, paired with an adorable southern accent, was one you could not ignore forever.

Mary Adams was new to Texas A&M University, even if she did grow up in Texas, and made sure Johnny Kobayashi showed her the ropes since he got there before her. At first, they did all their lab work together. Then they started sitting next to each other in lectures. Johnny Kobayashi did not mean too, but then he found he was madly in love with Mary Adams. Soon, a burning romance started between the two when Mary Adams spent the night at Johnny Kobayashi's place after a spending hours studying. Since Johnny Kobayashi lived in a studio apartment off campus, Mary Adams practically moved in with him shortly after that.

Since her family was closer, Johnny Kobayashi and Mary Adams spent Thanksgiving and Christmas break with the Adam's family. Johnny Kobayashi was taken aback that Mary Adams' parents seem not to mind Johnny Kobayashi was a Japanese man.

"Well, for one, Mary told us all 'bout you already." said Mr. Adams. "And, even though I know you're screwin' my daughter, she told me you a God fearin' man. You are a Christian, right?"

  "Yes sir!" answered Johnny Kobayashi.

"Then we don't have a problem." said Mr. Adams with a smile. "I know you will do my daughter right."

During Spring Break, they at first planned to head to Westgate City to visit his parents, but Mr. Kobayashi had to fly to Japan on a business trip and wanted to visit the extended family with Mrs. Kobayashi. Since Mary Adams could not get her passport in time, she did not think she need one, they elected to stay at Texas A&M University and just relax.

Then on that Friday, they were walking through the peaceful campus after
taking in a movie. They wanted to pick up the last items in Mary Adams dorm room to bring to Johnny Kobayashi's apartment, when a man with a gun jumped out of the bushes.

"Empty your pockets! I want all your cash, now!" said the man waving the gun. He had a baseball cap on under a hoodie, so the details of his face was mostly obscured, but he was clearly a black teen.

"Hey man," said Johnny Kobayashi as he raised his hands. He could just disarmed this joker, but he was with Mary and he did not want her getting hurt. "This is 2013, no one carries cash anymore!"
