  ''What the hell are you doing here?'' he angrily whispered.

  ''Well what t-'''Stacey stopped at her words when she saw Christy.

  ''Omg''she sighed.

  She looked at Yuu then back at Christy.

  ''Poor thing ,she must be devasted'' she sighed.

  ''I know...''Yuu sighed.

  ''Well we should really discuss about the matter in out hands'' Yuu said

  Stacey gave him a ''unbelievable'' look .

  ''What?'' Yuu asked

  ''Omg Mrs.Brooks are you really judging me right now?'' he said with a hint of irritation in his voice.

  ''No...you are right '' she said

  ''Well where she ?'' she asked

  ''where is who?'' he asked again with irritation

  ''Your leader '' she said

  ''We don't know where she is '' he said

  ''What? I risked coming here for nothing'' she exclaimed

  '' hey ,I did not tell you to !'' he argued

  ''Ugh,ok fine then,how do we find her?'' she softened

  ''Christy was there with her ,during the battle maybe she knows'' he stated

  Stacey immediately turned to her.

  ''Um Ch..'' she started then stopped to look at Yuu

  ''Chri-ty'' Yuu mouthed

  ''Christy,honey we know it is not the time to ask but we are in danger '' she said

  ''What danger?'' Christy asked halfheartedly.

  ''You are already in a lot of grief ''Stacey said

  ''Do you know where Leslie is?'' she asked reluctantly

  ''She fought like a hero'''she answered

  ''Well,she is alive isn't she?'' Stacey asked

  ''I don't know,I am sorry'' she said

  ''What the fuck!!'' Stacey yelled making Yuu shook and Christy flinch.

  ''How could you say that!''She yelled at Christy

  Christy looked at Yuu then Stacey back and forth in confusion,with her mouth open.

  ''I cannot believe you ''Stacey grunted as she paced back and forth

  '' hey stop yelling at her okay!'' Yuu shouted

  ''She is in mourning ,don't you have any conscience woman!'' he continued.

  ''Well there wont be anyone mourning when we all die'' she yelled

  She looked again at Christy who had no reaction to what she just said

  ''Just fucking tell her already'' Stacey shouted as she pointed her hand towards Christy.

  Yuu sighed.

  ''What good is her mourning of she-'' she was cut off mid sentence'.

  ''She what dies? Do you think she fucking cares? Do you think any of us care after what happened?'' he argued.

  ''I....am sorry'' she whined as she plopped on the sofa.

  ''But I really really want to live'' she said

  ''What's the point of living anyway'' he said looked at the floor.

  ''What's the point ? Look around ! You have walls that change color according to your mood,a fridge that makes food for you within 2.0 seconds.This this building that you live in was made in a few FUCKING minutes !'' she pointed out.

  ''So don't you tell me there is nothing to live for'' she concluded ,breathing heavily now.

  ''That is my point'' Yuu said

  Stacey raise an eyebrow in confusion

  ''We have got everything we could have ever imagined they why have another battle with them when we could just stay silent'' he said

  ''Who is talking about a battle ? We could try to persuade them'' she said

  ''Stacey ,zero group doesn't ''persuade'' '' he said

  ''We fight'' he hissed

  ''Mmmhmmm, and clearly you are not so good at that either'' she taunted

  Yuu simply glared at her response.

  She suddenly turned to Christy.

  '' hey,you ! don't you want to avenge her death?'' she spat

  ''Stop dragging her death into all of this!'' Yuu growled as he turned her around roughly to make her look at him.

  ''Do not ,drag her,are we clear?'' he growled again.

  Stacey frantically nodded and rushed towards the door.

  ''don't take her too seriously Chris,just take some rest and talk to me ,you are not alone in this grief'' he said as he sat besides her.

  ''I know ,you truly loved her'' she said softly.

  Yuu gave a sad smile ,placed his hand on hers ;giving it a little squeeze later.

  Both of them sighed and stared into space,Christy grabbed some food and Yuu helped himself with a drink.With not a care in the world yet all the pain in the world,they survived the night.

  Yuu watched the sun rise ,his eyes went wide as he realised that he was still hasn't been able to fall asleep.

  ''Wow,love really shakes you up'' he chuckles as he eyes glistened with tears.

  He loved over his shoulder to see a passed out Christy.

  With his palms on the floor on either sides,his legs straight and back slightly leaning ,he looked at the sun through the window as his lips formed a frown.

  Meanwhile,Stacey was tearing up thinking about the time she spent with Jeff.

  She sighed as she placed her hands on either sides of her hips.

  ''Fuck'' she said

  Jeff was in the dome again.He got out seven minutes later.A stoic look on his face.An evil smirk and that was the end of Stacey’s hope .Hope that she could save him from turning into a monster like them.

  ''Yuu,we lost the battle right?'' Christy asked

  Yuu nodded in response.

  ''Then Leslie ?'' she asked reluctantly

  ''I don't know'' he said

  She immediately got up.

  ''I should go and check'' she said

  ''Where? Your hiding place?'' he chuckled

  ''Yeah,if she made it out alive then that's where she would go right? It IS our home isn’t it?'' she said

  ''Fine,I drop you in my car'' he said

  ''You mean that ,almost teleporting device that monstuas use?'' she asked with furrowed brows.

  '' hey,it does the job'' Yuu smirked.

  ''It was supposed to teleport you to the destination she taunted.

  ''It still does,only difference is that instead of the destination...it just'''

  ''It just what'' Christy teased with goofy face

  ''It just,um,teleports to,to...to certain checkpoints...before reaching its actual destination'' Yuu said still trying to win

  Christy playfully rolled her eyes at him.

  ''Seriously though ,how do you still like them'' she chuckled

  ''I don't know'' he shrugged.

  Christy shook her head and giggled as she went for the door.

  ''SO?'' Yuu asked

  She stopped to turn.

  ''Fine'' she fake sighed as if she was in frustration.

  Yuu immediately sprung up and dropped her at her destination.

  As Christy entered their home.She saw a passed out Leslie on floor.

  ''Oh my god'' Christy gasped.

  She ran to her and sat down on her heels.Carefully she rubbed her hands through her hair.

  ''Leslie ,wake up'' she croaked as she caressed Leslie's forehead,moving some stray strands in the process.

  Almost inaudible mumbles were heard ,Leslie's lips were moving.

  Christy sighed in relief ,just then a sprinkle of water fell on Leslie's lifeless face.

  ''What the fuck" in an instant Leslie got up as she yelled at the person who woke her up rudely.

  She wiped her face with the side of her hand.She blinked her eyes a few times to get a clear vision.

  ''Christy?'' she gasped

  ''Les,are you alright?'' Christy asked softly.

  Leslie got up on her feet and looked around.

  ''Geez,I was hoping there would be noone around in this world when I wake up'' Leslie joked.

  ''Shh,don't say that '' Chrsity replied.

  ''Alright ,well...its glad to see that you are alive but you aren't going to live here are you?'' Leslie asked ,squinting her eyes.

  ''No actually'' a flustered Chri
sty answered.

  ''Actually there was a news that we thought we should share'' Yuu joined in.

  ''You don't sound so happy ,so its a bad news .But what worse that could happen than what we are living.'' she replied lazily.

  ''Yeah that is what I said to Stacey'' Yuu said

  '' here'' Yuu simply said as he handed over the note that he had gotten from Stacey.

  With her feet wide,putting her weight a little more on the other side,Leslie calmly opened the folded paper.

  Her eyes widedned in shock.Her eyes teary but her face anger.

  ''Is she sure about it ?'' she croaked,still trying to act like a leader.

  ''Yes'' Yuu answered

  ''Ok'' she said

  ''I have lost all the strength in me to fight Chris,your trip to here was a waste.I can't help you'' she muttered in despair.

  ''We just hoped that...if it is all going to end then why not face it together'' Christy crooned.

  Leslie smiled at her words.

  ''You never fail to make me smile and cringe at the same time'' Leslie joked.

  Christy softly sat beside her.

  Inside the SA headquarters-

  A monstua who almost looked like a human, dressed in all black ,was evacuating the SA headquarters.Sending them in groups somewhere.

  ''That somewhere is what I am interested in Blaze'' Martin whispered to his handsome friend.

  ''Hmmmm,me too.I think they must have messed up with their experiment'' Blaze said with his slender fingers making an L shape at his jawline.

  He walked to the monstua.

  He smiled as he patted Martin's shoulder ,beginning to walk away towards the monstua.

  '' hey hey ,pretty boy ,where do you think you are going?'' the monstua asked in rough voice.

  ''I just came to meet you'' he said ,followed by a pout.

  The monstua sighed.

  ''I am busy-'' the monstua started.

  ''I could help'' Blaze interrupted.

  '''Fine,just move the blocks 4 to 6 and send them through the exit.Miranda will take it from there'' he said.

  ''Okay'' Blaze chirped and did as he was told.

  Martin was not surprised at Blaze's randomness but was disappointed that Blaze did not return with any information to him,instead went with the group of monstuas outside.He stood their clueless of what was going on.

  Martin clenched his teeth and went back to his quarters.

  Blaze stopped walking as soon as the cold air hit his skin.He place his hands in his pocket.He looked like he was a rich young man in a cocktail party,someone who was powerful,who can make things ''happen''.He did make thing happen but not the way you think.He was infact the opposite of powerful,he had one of the smallest of jobs,an insignificant one while he himself wasn’t very insignificant.People remembered him,knew who he was,humans because he was nice to them and monstuas because he caused commotion by his playful personality.He was not fired yet cause ,firstly,being a fun loving guy is not a reason to get fired.Second,he would out of the blue come up with genius ideas for them.

  He coolly stood there until the monstuas were safely entered the van.The van teleported in a few minutes.As soon as the van vanished ,Blaze let out a annoyed grunt and turned his heels to enter the building again,through the same exit door.The guard gave him a annoyed look for not re-entering the premises through the front door.Blaze gave him a annoyed look too.

  ''What? I did not exit? I just came here to drop them off!'' Blaze retorted.

  ''Fine do whatever you want'' the guard sighed.

  ''Its dumb you know? Going all the way round just to enter the same damn building again!'' Blaze raised his voice slightly,just enough make his point get through the guards stubborn stupid brain.

  The guard rolled his eyes at him,letting him do his thing.

  Blaze looked for Martin and told him everything that he saw.

  Martin and Blaze talked for 2 hours straight which drawed attention and suspicion from those who hated both Martin and Blaze.Blaze walked out of Martin's room,his lips licked the right side of his mouth as his eyes rolled at the same side nonchalantly.His haters ,Martin’s neighbours thought it was the end for humans and that there was nothing Blaze and his friend could do about it.It was true though,if this experiment was any good it was only for the mosntuas anyway.In the event of anything disastrous happening because of the experiment ,humans were to suffer and not the monstua.

  ''It is so unfair.Humans don't have anything to do with experiment.If they are not gaining anything from this then shouldn’t they be the one's occupying the facility?'' Blaze said ,his eyes widened .

  ''What facility?'' Martin asked

  ''The place where all the monstuas are being transported'' he sighed

  ''It will keep them safe '' he continued.

  Martins face contorted ,a mix of anger and frustration visible.

  ''Wait so you are saying they have a backup plan in case anything goes wrong for themselves but not for...'' Martin trailed off,shook at his own words he plopped on the bed in shock.

  ''I am sorry '' Blaze said ,looking at floor,his foot playing with it.

  ''Just when I am about to accept them,they go and fuck things up like this!'' Martin shouted with his hand pointing nowhere.

  As Martin recalled the conversation he had with Blaze ,Stacey was cursing her bad luck,also Yuu,Christy and Leslie ofcourse.

  ''Should we atleast try to find where Brendon is?'' Christy said as she plopped on the Yuu's sofa.

  ''Why?'' Yuu whined as playfully stomped his feet.

  ''Okay alright'' she giggled in response to his silliness.

  Inside Christy's mind-

  ''I really wish I could be with you Brendon.I hope you are safe and sound,but I am not gonna waste another minute on a love that it is never going to be mine.''

  Monstuas were being transported to the facility.Stacey watched as Jeff stood like a robot in the line.Her eyes glistened ,she tried to hold the tears.She turned around to not let anyone see her - wife of the person who was responsible for a world run by the monstuas.The last batch of monstuas exited the SA building.

  that's it Jeff was gone .She will never see him again.She obediently went back to her room.

  2 Weeks Later-

  Monstuas are inside the facility.Safe and secure.Monstuas scientists are on their hightech computers,preparing for the final ''Go''.On the other hands ,humans are counting their last breaths,yet again.Wishing they hadn’t survived the first time they thought they were gonna die.Some were happy,thankful that they got to live longer than those that died at the first attack from the monstuas,while others were waiting to die,standing outdoors looking at the rising sun for the last time.

  Boom!

  Everything was over.Just like that.Every single human was dead.The impact so bad that there weren't even traces of corpses of human.Everything was burnt to the ground.Just like that,the human race was wiped out,while the monstuas lived.
