Reapers and Angels

  Going back to the kitchen Sebastian slipped an arm around Anne’s tiny waist and then kissed her thanking her for her help. After breakfast, Sebastian insisted Anne sit while he got the combs and brushes as well as several hair beads since he was going to decorate her pretty long hair.

  Combing the long locks, Sebastian talked a bit to Anne about the principals that ladies followed. They managed the home although most of the time they worked on throwing parties with the local ladies and socialized. He also asked if she was proficient in music and inquired on her skills as a demon since he knew the woman could also fight to help protect both boys.

  Anne asked Sebastian why he had spared her life when they had fought. Sebastian simply said he detested harming females. Sebastian considered himself a gentleman and gentlemen did not go about purposely harming women. Even when he killed the women when he had to gain their souls he made their deaths as painless as possible. Most of the time he would remove the soul and break their necks, but a few he had torn into their chests crushing their hearts then quickly removing their souls so that their suffering would not be long.

  Sebastian asked Anne how she gathered souls and she said mainly from seducing men then she would rip their hearts out and pull out their souls. Liam was the only one she had been gentle with and Ashton. Anne had loved Liam deeply and found the child to be wonderful and full of life. After she took his soul and she also pulled his spirit out rather than being so rough with the poor child. It was instant death when she pulled his spirit free taking both his soul and spirit into her. After she did so, she changed and felt deep love for all children. Anne said she even loved Calis so it had not been easy to hurt the little boy. The problem was, she had belonged to Christian for many years too and thus her heart had been torn between the man she loved and the boys she cared for.

  “Did you love Christian?”

  Sebastian asked wondering if they as demons had fallen for each other. It had happened before especially when one was around their own kind.

  “I loved Christian, but he loved himself more than anyone. I was drawn to him since he was powerful and beautiful. He was the first man to show me pleasure and make me truly feel like a woman rather than some man’s whore. I became his woman and after I took Liam’s soul, I did believe myself to be in love with him. However, I was also protective of Ashton and I never quite forgave Christian for killing him.”

  Anne said sadly since if she had Christian’s age and power she would have killed the man she loved to protect the boy she loved more than her own life. The only reason Anne had put up with Ashton’s abuse of her was Liam loved Ashton and thus so did Anne. Ashton could hurt her all he liked, but she would never lift a finger to harm the boys she adored. Anne truly felt as a Mother when she was with her precious children.

  “When I planned on taking Calis’s soul he said to be as brutal as I liked. I loved him that instant, but fact was I could not be brutal to Calis. I loved him too much to hurt him even in his death. Calis is so precious to me and my deepest desire was to possess him forever. I would have waited an eternity to be his beloved and I am simply grateful he does love me.’

  “I warn you now that Calis can be quite heartless and cruel at times, but I am assuming you found the same with Ashton. I still do not know if I can forgive him for harming you as he did. I believe servants do deserve respect since we as servants do much for our Masters. It is not as if we do not have feelings and demons’ feelings are always stronger than a human’s emotions. I was appalled at your treatment. You are a fine beautiful lady and deserve only the best.”

  Sebastian said as he gently ran his fingers through those beautiful silky silvery white locks. Sebastian always loved long hair on a woman.

  Anne enjoyed having her hair played with and Sebastian’s fingers felt so nice as he massaged her scalp a bit with his long fingers. Then he took the comb and combed her long hair until it was free from all tangles. Then he used the brush pulling some of the hair up so that he could French braid the locks and put the little hair beads in her pretty hair.

  “Thank you for helping me with my hair Sebastian. It is so long sometimes it can be such a pain to care for.”

  Anne said since it was nice being doted on like this.

  “I shall do this for you daily if you like. I enjoy doing things such as this.”

  Sebastian finished braiding and started strategically placing the beads throughout her hair.

  “Would you like for me to help you dress as well? It would please me greatly to do such for you.”

  Sebastian had catered to many females dressing them and having the distinct pleasure of undressing them. These days he did not have to bother with laced up corsets and complicated buttons, but of course that had never been an issue for Sebastian.   “I would not mind that, but we cannot be intimate until our wedding night.”

  Anne said since she was going to put her foot down on that.

  “No, but makeup was never meant to cover up a woman’s beauty. It is to enhance it and although I do not care for the taste of foundation and powders, a little blush, some soft eyeshadow, a little mascara, some eyeliner, and some juicy sweet tasting lip gloss never hurt anyone.”

  Sebastian would like to see Anne in a bit of makeup. It was all right though if she did not wish to wear it.

  “Ok you may do so.”

  Anne said since she was curious. When Sebastian finished, he was very pleased and had Anne look at her reflection. The woman was stunning and was indeed stunned by the look.

  Sebastian merely put on some pale pink blush, a bit of soft gold and brown eyeshadow, a thin line of eyeliner on the top and bottom of her eyes, some black/brown mascara, and a bit of some strawberry flavored juicy lip gloss which Anne could reapply throughout the day making her lips much more kissable looking.

  “Do you like it?”

  Sebastian asked since Anne had not said anything just yet.

  “Yes, thank you.”

  Anne kissed Sebastian who licked his lips enjoying the flavor of the sweet gloss.

  “Good I shall do this daily then and you shall take the gloss with you. There is a little purse you can put it in and today sometime we will buy you a cell phone as well as a computer so you can further your education as well. I shall help you with both.”

  Sebastian, with a gentle hand, helped Anne up from the chair and led her into the dining room where he had her wait until he got Calis up and around.

  Going to his bedroom Sebastian saw that Calis was still asleep looking absolutely adorable as always. The boy’s wings would almost flap a bit with his breathing and his hair was a complete mess with it sticking up in odd places with a little halo of static.

  Sebastian kissed Calis gently on the cheek then ran his fingers through Calis’ silky locks until the boy awoke.

  “Mmmm… Sebastian.”

  Calis mumbled out as he slowly sat up ignoring his wings for now.

  “Hello, my darling one did you sleep well?”

  Sebastian asked since the boy looked so very cute and Sebastian wanted to just cuddle his little cherub to him.

  Calis saw something sticking out of Sebastian’s pocket and frowned.

  “What is in your pocket?”

  Calis asked as he made his way to the edge of the bed.

  “Anne’s panties.”

  Sebastian said as if it were no big deal.

  “Why are Anne’s panties in your pocket Sebastian? Is she aware of you perverted behavior or did you sneak them out of her room?”

  Calis asked irritably since it was ridiculous for Sebastian to walk around with panties in his pocket.

  “I wish to smell them again today and yes she is well aware I have them. I like the scent of an excited woman and it is not the first time I have done this Calis.   Calis said in irritation. It was obvious some adult males were insane.

  “It is time to get you ready for the day. Are you going to keep your wings out or are we going to try to put clothing on your upper body?”

  Sebastian asked in annoyance since he was not weird he was just a healthy adult male who enjoyed simple things like smelling the sweet smells of his lovers even after sex.

  “Fine……”

  Calis said irritably as he made the wings disappear and waited for Sebastian to dress him.

  “I will be gone for I do not know how many hours so I expect you to behave yourself with Christian and Anne, Calis. We also will have to go shopping for a cell phone for Anne as well
as a computer. I will teach her how to use both, but I need for you to help me with this. Anne is new to all this information and I expect you to be patient with her.”

  Sebastian said sternly since he knew how impatient Calis could be at times. Anne did not deserve to have Calis go off on her because she did not know something he did.

  “Very well. Just hope William does not have you gone all day. I need you here Sebastian and I am not pleased that you will possibly be gone for hours. Hopefully the house will still be in tact when you return since I am hoping to have several things packed so when we move we do not have to worry about that much.”
