“FERGUSON.” I blew out a cloud of steam when I heard his name being called out. I stood up and walked to the gates. Here I go.

Two hours later, I was walking out of Stillwater with a clear mind. My brother’s days inside the jail were becoming shorter and shorter. My brother was going to be coming home sooner than later. I walked outside and spotted Tiffany sitting on the car talking to some clown. I continued walking because I didn’t want to cause a scene in front of a prison. I walked up to the car and told Tiffany I was ready to go. Of course, she looked shocked to see me but who cares, she needed to get her ass in this car and drive before her ass gets left.

“Hey baby…baby,” she stuttered as she got into the car. The dude who she was talking to looked back like he had something to say.

“Who is that?” I asked her calmly. She turned up the radio and pretended like she didn’t hear me.

“Tiffany?” I yelled out to her.

“Yes boo,” she said as she cut the music back down.

“Man, you must want me to beat your ass today, huh?” I asked her. I leaned back into my seat because in just knew this was going to be a long ride home. I hated a liar and I damn skippy didn’t have time to have a snake on my hand, but whoever ole boy was, he knew her personally and she obviously knew his ass. I smoked damn near three cigs back to back. I just didn’t know what to expect at this time.

  Tiffany

I knew Jay was wondering who I was talking to but I wasn’t ready to tell him it was my ex. Why? Because I didn’t want to go through the explanation of what he wanted from me. My ex, Lamont was looking for me. I had stolen five thousand dollars from him before he went to jail. I didn’t really steal it. It’s just as soon as I found out he was in jail, I took the money from his safe and paid my tuition for school. Lamont agreed to pay for my school but once he was locked up, I knew he wasn’t going to do it so I took it upon myself to do what I had to do.

I was driving down 35W and kept looking over at Jay. He had this mug on his face and I knew he was wondering who Lamont was, but still, I wasn’t ready to tell him; at least not yet. Maybe I’ll tell Dayja first. We pulled up into his house and he immediately hopped out the car and proceeds to the door without even looking back at me. Oh Lord, here we go. I got out the car, walked into the house and prepared myself for the worst. I found Jay in the bedroom sitting on the edge of our bed.

“He is my ex-boyfriend and I stole five thousand from him,” I blurted out and told Jay. Jay darted his eyes at me.

“What you telling me now for? When I was trying to talk to you, you turned the music up on me,” he smirked at me and said. “Now why you steal five thousand dollars from him?” he asked me.

“For school, he was supposed to pay for it but got locked up when it was time for my tuition to be due, so I just took it upon myself to use his money and pay for it, because I know I wasn’t going to be able to afford it,” I told him. Jay burst out laughing. I didn’t understand what was quite funny.

“Damn, dude really had a mug on his face because you owe him five thousand dollars? Man, I had that in my pocket,” he said to me. I laid down on the bed I was exhausted.

“Baby, if you need anything just let me know. You’re a part of me now. I’mma take care of you regardless mama. If you need something just speak up, instead of me asking who he is and you turning the radio up like I’m a little ass boy,” he said to me and stormed out the room. I just closed my eyes and hoped for a peaceful nap.

I thought I was dreaming when I felt something wet between my legs. “Hmmm,” I moaned out. I popped open my eyes and noticed that it wasn’t Jay between my legs but it was none other little Miss Brook. I hopped up and almost kicked her in the face. I had to remember just that quick she was pregnant.

“Bitch, have you lost your mind? I don’t like you like that you dyke hoe,” I screamed at her said.

“I was just looking for my baby daddy and noticed that he wasn’t here and wanted to see what the hype was about, and I must say it was a lil’ fishy but tasty,” she said to me while walking around the bedroom. I was extremely heated. How the fuck did this bitch get in here? Maybe it was time for me to go back to my mom’s house I didn’t have time for this shit. I walked out the bedroom and she trailed right behind me. I spotted Jay’s car pulling up in the driveway and stormed outside. “Jay, come get your pussy licking baby mother away from me,” I yelled at him. I walked over to his car and sat in it. Jay was looking around nervous until he walked in the house and spotted she was there. Man, today was not my day, first Lamont and now my cookie being molested.

  Slim

Loco, Killa and I had Club Aqua going up on a Tuesday. We were in that bitch popping bottles from left to right. Hoes was flooking but we wasn’t choosing tonight. I was feeling myself a lil to good and I was ready to go hit the strip club to see some ass and big ass titties in my face. “Aye I’m finna dip.” I yelled to my brothers. They both looked at me like I was crazy. They probably assumed I was drunk but I wasn’t.

“Man, y’all know this club shit ain’t for me. I’m ready to see some ass and titties,” I told their asses. Killa took a swig out the bottle. “Let’s go bro, aye Loco?” he called out and said. Loco took a swig out his bottle and we was all jetted to the door. I spotted a shorty I was dancing with earlier run up and ask me where I was going. I told her I was headed to Augie’s and if her and her friends wanted to tag along they could, everything on us.

“Man, why you invite them hoes?” Loco asked me. I shrugged my shoulders. I honestly didn’t know why I was inviting her.

“Aye dude, the words just came out my mouth, let’s dip before they come back,” I told him. We all headed down the steps and proceeded to the strip club.

“Yall trapped?” I turned around and Loco and Killa both nodded their heads. We was all TTG, trained to go. The walk from Aqua to Augies wasn’t that bad. We walked and talked shit the whole time. It was so many different females outside tonight. If I wasn’t thirsty to go to the strip club I probably would have stayed outside and kicked it. We walked up to the strip club and waited our turn to get patted down and pay our cover charger. The bouncer spotted me coming in the club so often he knew my name.

“How you doing tonight Slim? We not going to have no trouble out of you tonight are we?” the bouncer said to me.

“Man, I’m good. Nope, my brothers are here tonight, no worries my dude.” I dapped him and proceed on my way. It was crazy going through the metal detector and then seeing my brothers come through with the machine going through.

“I know y’all got something on y’all but please don’t pull no stunts tonight. I can’t have another killed and the city ends up shutting us down,” the bouncer said. I smiled at him and went about my business. It was kind of packed in Augie’s tonight. I was happy as hell. As soon as I walked in, two women ran into me trying to shoot they shot. I shook my head at them, asking me what I wanted to drink and could they buy it. I told the girls no because I didn’t want them thinking I was going pay for them when I’m to bus trying to focus on the ass and drinks.

Shit, I was thirsty as hell and couldn’t wait to see some big ass titties and some big asses, and I didn’t have time to focus on nobody else but myself. I walked over to the bar and got myself a shot of Patrón. I spotted Loco ducked off in the corner talking to a guy and also spotted Killa talking to some ghetto, ugly red-headed chick. I shook my head at him. I couldn’t have my brother out here like that so I walked up to him to disturb the peace.

“Aye brother, it’s some females that you know walking into the bar,” I yelled over the music and told him. He immediately chucked up the deuces to the girl and walked off.

“My nigga,” he said to me over the music.

Killa wasn’t the type to just lead a female on. Killa had a heart, only because he grew up around a bunch of females. I ordered me another shot of Patrón and proceeded to the stage area. I was happy as hell all of a sudden. I walked over to the stage and lit my cig
arette I had about two thousand dollars in my pocket; I was ready for tonight. I was posted at the stage waiting on a dancer to come out with the named Miss Kity Kat. I stayed posted at the center stage. I turned around to make sure Loco and Killa both were within eyesight and both were cool. Now my thirsty ass was more than ready for Miss Kitty Kay.

  Killa

I was cooling it on this Saturday night enjoying my brothers and watching the strippers. One thing for sure, I could definitely say it was thick as hell tonight; it was really crowded in here. And I also couldn’t even lie, there very beautiful females in here tonight. I spotted a light-skinned chick with long red hair, with a red dress and black high heels on. She looked to be over the top, Buffy the Body type thick. I was going to approach her but she was standing with friends. I needed to catch her when she alone. I looked at the stage and spotted Loco’s ass getting a lap dance. He was throwing dollars after dollars on shorty. I walked up to the stage and couldn’t help but notice how thick the fucking dancer was. “Damn, it’s all type of thickness around here,” I mouthed to myself as I took a seat next to Loco.

“Brother man, this what I’m talking about here,” Loco looked at me and said. The stripper then turned around and bent her whole ass in his face. Loco smacked her ass, the girl laughed, and she turned around whispering something in his ear, and then walked away.

“All that ass bro.” We both got up from area and proceeded to the bar. I ordered us another around of Patrón shots.

We sat at the bar for another thirty minutes before the lights came on, which mean it was time for us to go. Loco, Slim and I waited until the majority of people walked out before we headed to the door. One thing about Augie’s it was little as hell. One exit. People have been shot inside the club and everything. You can never be too sure and I would hate for one of my brothers to get shot up.

“Let’s go y’all,” I heard Slim call out.

We all proceeded to the door when a guy walked out and bumped into Slim real hard. “Damn nigga watch it,” he yelled to him. I stood back just in case they were going to fight. I had my brother’s back but I didn’t want to jump the nigga.

“Fuck you bitches,” the dude turned around and said. He spit on Slim’s shoes and before I knew it, Loco threw two punches to the dude face. The dude instantly fell to ground. Next thing I know, I was pulling Loco and Slim off him.

“Man let’s go!!!” I yelled to them. Slim stopped stomping him but Loco kept going.

I grabbed him by the shirt. “Bro, let’s go before the police come.”

He spit in dude’s face and walked off.

“Bitch!” he yelled out. His hand was bleeding.

“Damn y’all, we don’t do that fighting shit. Let’s go,” I told them.

“Man, that nigga was a bitch, how you gone bump me then spit on me,” Slim said to me. We were walking to the car when we heard someone running behind us.

  BLOCKA BLOCKA

I heard the gunshots and then I felt the sensation. Damn, I done been shot. I fell to the ground.

“Aye Killa, you been hit bro,” I heard Slim yell to me. “Loco, get the car or call 911, we gotta get him to the hospital.”

I felt my body burning up and I could feel my eyes getting heavy.

“Damn nigga, is this what it feel like to be shot?” I asked Slim. I closed eyes. Damn I was getting tired. I was laying on the ground when my eyes closed. I saw Dayja in my dreams and her having a little girl. I see Slim and Loco both playing with kids and me barbequing. Damn, what a beautiful dream.

  Dayja

I was laying on my brother’s couch watching tv when I felt a sharp pain in my chest, and the first thing that popped up in my mind was Killa. Damn, why the fuck am I thinking about his ass. I chuckled to myself as I picked up my phone and noticed it was 2:35 AM and here I was dialing his number. I waited for another girl to pick up, but for some odd reason the line went blank. I started to think about the times we shared and the sex episodes we had. “Damn, that nigga fuck game was on point.” My pussy started tingling just thinking about him. Damn. I laid back on the couch and started to spread my legs. I let my fingers rub around my sweetness. My pussy was getting wet just thinking about his thick ole tongue on my clitoris.

“Mmm, shit,” I moaned out to myself. I started to stick my finger in and out of myself. I was almost on the verge of cumming when I saw my brother’s light come on in the room. I immediately stopped and paused. Damn I needed to get a place ASAP. I heard the fridge open and got mad again. I was damn near ready to get a hotel for the rest of the night just to finish my nut off. Why hadn’t Killa called me yet. I picked up my phone to call him again but this time it went to voicemail. I was starting to get worried because his phone was never shut off. He would probably cut it on vibrate, but he never actually shut it off. I laid the phone down on the side of me and started to put myself to sleep. Tiffany and Jay are probably getting down and here I am sitting here mad as hell. I leaned up and noticed the kitchen light was still on. Why would you turn on the light forget to turn it off that was backwards as hell.

“Aye, I head your boy got shot last night sis,” I heard Jay call out to me and say. I was half sleep but I heard his ass loud and clear.

“What?” I told him with one eye open and the other closed.

“I heard Killa was shot last night in the parking lot at Augie’s,” he repeated his self again to me. I got off the couch.

“Oh my God, I tried to call his phone last night, and it went straight to the voicemail. Is he dead?” I asked him. I was getting nervous and a little scared. Deep down inside I should have been happy for what he did to me, but I couldn’t. My eyes started to water up. I walked in the bathroom without waiting for my brother to respond and started the shower up. If he got shot downtown then he was at HCMC hospital and I needed to at least go make sure he was okay. Damn Killa. I shook my head and let the tears fall. I hated for a nigga to go through trials and tribulation of being shot. It was just too much.

After I got out the shower and did my daily hygiene, I was walking out of my brother’s house and climbing into my rental car. I was nervous about Killa. I couldn’t believe somebody actually shot him. It was really freaking me out because I felt it in my heart that something bad had happened to him. I tried to call his phone hoping someone would answer but no luck. The one thing I knew for sure was that Killa didn’t go downtown by his self, especially not to Augie’s. That just wasn’t his steelo.

I was driving, minding my business when I noticed the police were behind me. I looked at speedometer and shock my head I was doing 80 mph on the fucking highway like I didn’t have a care in the world. I was in a 2014 impala and this thing was just cruising. I knew he was checking plates and I wanted to slow down but I couldn’t. I was waiting on him to pull me over but it looked like he just wanted to trail behind me. I eventually had to get in the other lane because the downtown exit for the hospital was coming up. I got over and so did the cop. I got over again and the cop did too.

“Man, just pull me over already, damn,” I screamed out to no one in particular. I got off the highway and came up to a stop light on First Avenue. The cop pulled up on the side of me and smiled at me. I turned my head to his ass. I didn’t have time for no cop to be riding my ass and not want shit. I just knew today was not going to be my day. I was really trying to get to the hospital and make sure Killa was okay. I at least owed him that much since he was there for me when Brook beat my ass.

I was walking up to the front door of the hospital when I spotted Loco sitting on the sidewalk smoking a cigarette. I didn’t notice who he was until I got closer. His eyes looked bloodshot red and you could tell he had been crying.

“Loco,” I called out to him. He turned around looked at me with a scary look in his eyes. I guess his Loco side was coming out.

“They said he gone be alright, it barely missed his spine. He was almost paralyzed from the waist down. I can’t live without my nigga,” he looked at me and cried.
>
“What happened, Loco?” I asked with a concerned look. Loco had rested his head on my shoulder.

“Man, we had gone to Augie’s. Somebody pushed Slim and we got to fighting and next thing we know, we were walking to the car and somebody got to blazing at us.”

I nodded my head at him. It was always the one who the bullet was not intended for that got hit. I told him I was going to be right back and I was going to go check on him. He got up and said he was going to walk with me and that Killa wasn’t woke when he left. Of course I was fine with it. I didn’t know if Killa had a girl up there crying by his side or anything. But I would rather someone come be by my side if the shoe were on the other foot.
