Five Alarm Christmas: A Firefighter Reverse Harem Romance

We kissed while he stayed inside me. He began to soften after a minute, and as soon as he did I started kissing him harder. I wedged his lips open with my tongue and French kissed him, and felt—with great personal satisfaction—him harden inside of me again.

I reached around, grabbed his meaty ass with both hands, and pulled him forward until he began thrusting again.

“Fuck, you feel twice as good the second time,” he said.

I didn’t even need any more lube; my own juices had run down onto him and was coating the entire area. “Fuck me harder,” I said.

He gave me a half smile. “Can you take it?”

  “Let’s find out.”

Angel grabbed my waist and his next thrust was hard. From the tip all the way to the base, making my insides shudder with ecstasy. He arched an eyebrow at me. I responded with an emphatic nod.

It felt incredible. Especially knowing that my tight ass could get him hard again so quickly.

I kept my grip on his ass cheeks while he fucked me long and fast. He didn’t even need to rub my clit this time; the indirect stimulation was more than enough to bring me to a fast, and different, climax. It was rougher than how I normally came, shuddering tingles that exploded through my body and disappeared just as fast.

“Holy fuck, I’ve never come like that.”

  “I’m close too.”

  “So soon?”

“You’ve got a great ass,” he said.

I had an idea. Something I’d always wanted to try with a guy, but was always afraid of how they would react. But here in the post-orgasm clarity I was certain Angel would like it.

My hands were still gripping his ass as he fucked me. I let my fingers curl inward with each thrust, almost meeting in the middle of the smooth cheeks. Then I felt my middle finger touch his little rosebud. He slowed for a moment while I let it linger there, giving a little bit of pressure of my own. He seemed surprised, but curious.

I pushed the tip of my middle finger into his ass. It slid inside easily, so I pushed down to the first knuckle. His eyes widened with surprise. He opened his mouth and I expected him to tell me that he didn’t like that, but instead he let out a moan.

  “Does that feel good?”

“Yes!” he said, the expression on his face unlike any I had ever seen. “Oh my God, yes!”

I could feel the pressure of his prostate on my finger as he thrust harder, quick strokes that only went halfway inside me. Then he was moaning loudly and yelling, “I’m coming!” and he clenched his eyes shut and screamed even louder than before while filling my ass with even more of his come.

“I hope that was okay,” I said after. We were lying side by side, staring into each other’s exhausted eyes.

“That was more than okay,” he said. “What made you think to do it?”

“I don’t know. I’d always heard that a guy’s G-spot was in his ass. And you like ass play, so I thought maybe…”

“You thought right,” he said, kissing me on the forehead. “That was different… But in a good way. A new kind of pressure.”

“That’s how your dick in my ass felt,” I grinned. “Different, but in a good way.”

“We’ll have to do this again,” he said.

“Duh.” I put my cheek against his arm and was asleep within seconds.

Sharing Amy just sort of… worked.

It was true that Angel and I didn’t get jealous. But that didn’t mean we might not get possessive. I’d wondered what would happen if Amy only wanted to sleep with me one night, or Angel. Would the other one get annoyed? It was human nature, no matter how cool we were with the arrangement.

Yet we fell into things without issue. One night Angel said goodnight to us early, leaving Amy and I to have some fun alone. The next night I did the same so they could have their own private time. We were courteous, at least for now. I hoped it would last.

One afternoon we got back from a call, the garage door sliding closed behind us. “I’ll take care of the hoses,” I said as we put away our turnout gear. We folded up the hoses after every job, but water still remained inside. We had a special air pressure tool back at the station that would push out all the excess water, to ensure the inside didn’t get all moldy.

I went into the back closet to get the tool, and when I turned back around Amy was blocking the door.

“Hey there,” she said in a lusty voice. She’d taken off her coat but still wore her turnout pants, which made her lower half look twice as wide as the upper. She tucked her thumbs under her suspenders and said, “Need some help?”

I couldn’t help but laugh. “You look ridiculous.”

“Ridiculously hot?” she said, taking a long step forward.

  “Not quite.”

She went to her knees in front of me. “Let me see if I can fix that.”

Amy was incredibly beautiful, and the sight of her dropping down in front of me was the hottest thing I’d ever seen. She began unbuttoning the front of my pants.

“I probably smell like smoke from that grease fire.”

She grinned up at me. “Good. Some flame-broiled dick.”

She paused after saying it, and then we both burst out laughing.

“Okay, that was cheesy,” I said.

“I realized that right after I said it! Guess I’d better make up for it…”

I sighed as she found my hard-on and immediately took it in her mouth, sucking up and down its length there in the storage closet. When I came a scant minute later I had to bite my lip from making too much noise.

We were teammates, and lovers, and friends too. It was a wonderful bond deeper than any girlfriend or unit mate I’d ever had.

The only hang-up was Sparks. I’d expected him to slowly come around to Amy, but things had almost gotten worse. He didn’t tease her like he had the first week and instead just ignored or avoided her.

I confronted him one night when we were alone watching TV. “It’s nothing,” he said.

“You can’t tell me it’s nothing. You’re being weird.”

He hesitated. Only for a heartbeat, but that was long enough for me to tell what he said next was a lie. “I’m still upset about Brady. He should have gotten in.”

  “That’s not true.”

“It is,” he insisted. “He was qualified enough to—”

“No,” I interrupted. “I mean it’s not true that that’s what is bothering you. It’s something else now.”

  “I don’t like her.”

“You’ve started avoiding her completely. You’ve gone out every night this week but tonight, and I’m pretty sure you’re doing it so you aren’t around Amy. What’s going on?”

“None of your fucking business,” he said, storming off into his room. The door slammed closed and echoed through the station.

That worried me. What would happen if Angel and I continued to bond with Amy, but Sparks didn’t?

  We couldn’t survive as a three-person unit.

I was whistling in the kitchen while making pancakes when Sparks came in.

“Oh,” he said as if surprised to see me. “Thought you’d be out on your run.”

“Finished already,” I said cheerfully. “Though it’s getting harder and harder to get out early the colder it gets. I need to buy some running gloves.”

“Huh,” was all he said. He lingered a moment and turned to leave.

“Wait!” I said. “Stay and have pancakes. They’re not gunna kill you.”

“You’re like a drug dealer pushing new product.”

“Tell you what,” I said. “Give them a try. Eat one plate of pancakes, every syrupy bite. And if you don’t like them, I’ll never bother you about it again.”

I waved a plate of pancakes in his direction.

“Fine,” he said, taking the plate. He sat down at the table and started eating, slowly and methodically like a prisoner. I poured two more pancakes on
to the pan and then watched him eat, searching for any hint of enjoyment. He kept his freckled face completely blank while he chewed, swallowed, and cut up another bite.

  “Well?” I asked.

“No comment,” he said in a monotone voice.

“Listen,” I said. “I want to talk about what happened the other night.”

  “Nothing happened,” he quickly said.

I crossed my arms. “Is that what we’re going to do? Pretend like it never happened?”

  “Mmm hmm.”

“Like what never happened?” Christian said.

Sparks flinched as he came into the room. “Nothing.”

Angel was right behind him. “You warming up to Amy finally?”

“What? No. Why would you say that? Nothing happened, that’s all.”

Christian and Angel frowned in unison. “I was talking about the pancakes. You’re finally giving them a try.”

“Oh.” Sparks turned three shades of red. “I’m out of Poptarts. It was either this or go hungry.”

Christian glanced at me with a suspicious look on his face. Sparks was studying his plate with extreme concentration.

  “We slept together,” I said.

Sparks said, “No we didn’t!” at the same time Christian blurted out, “Amy!”

The three of them looked between each other, realizing they all thought I was talking about them.

“Sparks and I slept together the other night. We bumped into each other at a salsa club, and just sort of hooked up after. That’s why he’s been weird all week.”

He tossed down his fork with a clatter. “It was a mistake. Unit mates shouldn’t fuck. It’s not going to happen again, and I want us to all just move on like we—”

“We’ve slept with her too,” Christian said. “Angel and I.”

Sparks turned a new shade of red. “What? When?”

“Well…” I began. “It’s sort of been an ongoing thing for over a week.”

“Where the fuck have I been?”

“You’ve been gone every night,” Angel said. “Avoiding Amy, I guess.”

“Only for this week,” he shot back. “What about before that? You’ve been doing it under my nose? Without telling me?”

“Is that the angle you want to attack?” Angel said. “Keeping secrets?”

“I kept one secret. You guys have kept a lot more than that.”

“It’s not a fucking scoreboard,” Christian said.

  “EVERYONE SHUT UP!”

They all cut off and stared at me.

“This is stupid,” I said in a calmer tone. “It’s just dumb miscommunication. Sparks? They didn’t want to tell you because they were afraid you would be angry. They were waiting for you to warm up to me.”

“If only we’d known you two had really warmed up…” Christian mumbled.

“And you guys. Sparks kept it a secret because he was embarrassed. He thought he was risking the station’s bond. That we wouldn’t be good teammates because of that. But there’s no reason to be embarrassed.”

“Except about the salsa dancing,” Angel said. “We’re gunna talk more about that later.”

Sparks picked up a piece of syrup-covered pancake and tossed it at Angel. It missed and hit the wall with a wet smack.

“This is my fault,” I said. “I should have come clean with all of you. I sort of felt like Sparks: I was afraid it would screw up the camaraderie of the group. I thought we were in this weird stalemate where everything was okay temporarily but would fall apart at any moment.”

“You’ve felt that way?” Angel asked softly. “This entire time?”

I strode toward him and put a hand on his back. “I’ve loved the past week. I haven’t wanted it to end. But deep down I’ve been afraid, yes.”

“I kind of felt the same way,” Christian admitted. “That this was all too good to be true.”

“No!” Sparks suddenly said. He was on his feet, hands balled into fists at his side. “This isn’t right.”

  “Why not?”

“Because you’re not Brady!” The intensity of his words hit me like a punch, and the pain on his face was severe. “Brady should have gotten this job. It’s not fair.”

  “Sparks…” Christian began.

“It’s not fair. He should have gotten it along with the rest of us. Or else they should have only sent one or two of us. Giving it to three of us and leaving him alone to find a new unit was wrong. That’s the part that’s not fair.” He clenched his head in his hands. “And it’s tougher because Amy is qualified.” He finally looked up at me. “You’re better than Brady. It’s true. You’re as qualified as any firefighter I’ve ever known, and the more I accept that the more it feels like I’m betraying Brady. That I’m giving up on my friend.”

  “Sparks,” I said. “I didn’t know.”

“I didn’t want you to. I just wanted things to be the way they were before. But every day you made it harder to hate you, and then we danced together, and… yeah. Now I see who you really are. I trust you.” He swallowed hard. “I trust you with my life.”

I felt a lump growing in my throat. I coughed and said, “I trust you too.”

The painful look on his face was momentarily slashed with the hint of a smile.

“Have you been back to visit Brady?” Christian asked.

“I’ve been avoiding it. It would be too painful.”

“You should,” Christian said. “He’s doing really well. Did you know he applied to be an inspector?”

  “Really?”

“He wants to get away from this work and focus on investigating arson cases. His heart was never in the grunt work.”

“Then why did he apply for this position?” Sparks asked.

“Because you left him no choice,” Angel said. “You were so insistent we all apply, that we try to stick together as a unit. He didn’t want to disappoint you, so he applied, but he knew he would never get in.”

“He just didn’t expect you to take it so hard,” Christian added.

Sparks looked back and forth between them while he processed that. “I just assumed… I didn’t know. I never asked.”

“You should go see him this weekend,” Christian said. “He’s happy. It’ll make you happy too.”

  “Yeah. I mean… Yeah, I will.”

A smell caught my nose. I cursed and flipped the pancakes on the pan, but the other side was already black. I cursed and tossed them in the trash.

Sparks sat back down. “So. We’ve all slept with Amy.”

  “Yep.”

“How is this supposed to work?”

  “That’s a good question,” I said. “I haven’t exactly done this before.”

“We could keep it casual,” Christian said. “Physical only.”

“It’s not so simple,” Angel said. He glanced at me and then stared at the ground. “You can’t control how you feel.”

He was right. As much as I tried to think of these as physical relationships, I was starting to feel something for these three men. I wasn’t sure what it was, but it was something.

“What about jealousy?” Sparks asked. “Do we come up with schedules? I doubt Amy wants to have a set night per man.”

“We, uhh…” Christian scratched the back of his head. “We’ve been sharing her, too.”

“That’s what I mean. How do we share her?”

“No,” Christian said. “I mean Angel and I have… together we have…”

“We’ve had a threesome,” I said for him. “They both fucked me at the same time.”

Sparks’s eyes widened. “Oh.” Was that surprise, or excitement I saw shining there?

“But back to the original question,” I said, “we don’t need any rules. We can play it by ear, night by night. Sometimes I’ll sleep with one of you, sometimes more. Sometimes nothing at all. A girl needs her rest. But the onus is on you guys to not get upset. If I feel like sleeping with Angel tonight, you guys can’t pout about it the next day.”
<
br />   “Don’t worry about us,” Sparks said.

“And if we develop feelings?” Angel said quietly.

Fortunately, the station siren saved me from having to answer that question. Yet as we rushed to put on our turnout gear and hop on the truck, the question lingered in my mind.

  Amy

We had another busy Friday full of calls of all sorts: false alarms, small fires from people using their fireplaces for the first time, and even a chemical fire at a warehouse that required us to put on hazmat gear.

“I’m heading out,” Christian said that night when we got back. “You want to get lunch tomorrow?”

“Like, as a date?” I asked.

“Sure.” He lowered his voice so the others couldn’t hear from their rooms. “Now that I’m sharing you with both of them, I need to step up my game.”

“Then it’s a date,” I said. “Pick somewhere good!”

He kissed me goodbye and left. The feel of his lips on mine lingered long after he was gone.

I opened the pantry and wondered what to eat. When I saw the bag of flour I cursed.

“What’s wrong?” Sparks asked, coming into the kitchen. His red hair was dark from his shower.

“I told Cynthia I’d send her a pie recipe, but I forgot. It’s probably too late…”

“Is that the woman you visited last week? Who you saved in the fire?”

“That’s the one.” I pulled out my phone and sent her a text asking if it was too late.

“I think that’s really cool,” he said.

“What? Giving her my pie recipe?”

“That you visit some of the people you’ve saved.”

“It’s a common practice, especially under Chief Elliott.”

He leaned on the counter next to me, “Sure, but not everyone does it. I hate the thought of visiting someone I saved. I don’t want them fawning over me like I’m a hero, you know? Like, that’s not why I do my job.”

“Then why do you do it?”

“To make the world a better place. To help people. Because it’s the right thing to do, and someone has to do it.”
