Stealing Dallas (Search & Seek Book 2)

His entire body strained at the sight of me. “Jesus Christ, you are so fucking exquisite. You’d blush if I told you what I wanted to do to you right now.”
I could only imagine what he was thinking in his dirty mind.
“Touch yourself for me. Show me how you gain pleasure from your own hand.”
A sliver of embarrassment had me dubious about fulfilling his request. It’s not something I practiced in front of anyone, especially someone so demanding. Suddenly shyness held me prisoner, causing me to hesitate.
“Do it, Rose. Don’t overthink it. I’m so hard for you right now. I want to show you what you do to me.” His low voice broke in places as his chest rose and fell with effort.
Lifting a trembling hand, I cupped a breast and began rolling my nipple, gasping at the sensation. Cold air added to the rigidity of my nipples.
Jagger groaned. “Fuck.”
Bringing my other hand up so I had both my swollen mounds taken care of, I let go a hiss that sounded more like a gas leak. Jagger pushed his jeans and boxers down, letting his thick length escape. The sight of it rolled liquid molten to the hub of my desire, causing me to bend at the knees slightly as a zing of desirable need zapped my womb.
When his large hand wrapped around the girth of his shaft and began stroking it while I fondled my breasts, I nearly lost it.
“Jagger…” I keened, needing to feel him between my legs, busting out the building ache taking over my body.
“Put your fingers in that wetness, sweetheart. Imagine it’s me stuffing you full.”
Oh so dirty. My voice left me in a long, drawn out wail. Jagger’s chest was dragging in air as if he were breathing through a straw, his eyes glued to my fingers as they found the spot between my legs. Two fingers slid in easily.
“Mmm. That’s it. Does it feel good, Rose?”
“Yes,” I puffed, needing more friction. My two fingers seemed inadequate and only served to tease me.
Kicking off his jeans and boxers totally, he moved to his knees in front of me. I could feel his heat.
“Don’t stop. Keep going. Eyes down. Watch,” he commanded.
Having him within touching distance but not allowed that pleasure was torture. His heavy breath blew across my chest.
“Do you want this meat to fill you up? Is that what you need?” he roared, rubbing the large bulbous head. “This dick right here?”
“Shit. Jagger. Don’t make me wait any longer.” Tingles ransacked my pelvis, begging me for more.
“I don’t think you’re wound up enough yet, sweetheart. Insert another one.”
Christ. What was he trying to do to me? Break me?
With my wrist twisted at an odd angle, I took in another one and watched on as Jagger increased his speed and licked his lips. His eyes were flaming.
“Seeing those fingers of yours disappear into that wet snatch is the best thing I’ve seen in a long time. But I want to feel your insides gripping me like a glove before I detonate. Come over here and sit on me. Take all of me.” He reclined back all the way and scooted up the bed.
I didn’t need to be asked twice. I climbed up onto the bed and over his body. When I straddled his thighs, he gripped my waist but still let me take control.
Circling his hardened rod at the base, I lined myself up and swallowed him whole, crying out from the fullness.
Jagger snarled and bucked his hips high like an unbroken stallion, ramming me to the hilt, the feel of his tight scrotum touching the delicate skin of my ass.
I let my head fall back as far as it would go, my hair touching Jagger’s legs, my breasts jutted out.
“Feel that? It’s all yours, Rose. You’ve done that to me. I’ve never felt so huge. Can you feel it throbbing?” His fingers left my waist and found my voracious breasts. They fit perfectly into his hands.
I could indeed feel his erection throb inside me. It drove forth the need to move. Placing my hands on his chest, I lifted up and hammered back down, staring into his shuttered eyes. “Yessss!”
“That’s it, Rose. Take it!”
Take it I did. I lost all of my faculties aside from my animalistic desire to mate.
With each push of his tip against the end of my channel, I ground myself down on him, stimulating the elusive spot within. It was so good.
Jagger solidified further, elevating his hips to meet my downward lunges. “As much as I love you taking charge, sweets, it’s time to up the pace a bit.”
Before I could react, I was rolled onto my side with my left leg angled high as he diagonally moved himself against me into a position that would ensure maximum infiltration.
One of his hands rested high up on the pillow, the other braced my leg to hold it in place over his toned torso. He gave me no pause as he began his battering. Unforgiving, he plundered my depths, sucking on the skin of my leg.
I couldn’t take my eyes off his…the crude lines of his face as they contorted in bliss.
His shapely arm gripped my leg, his bicep muscles bunching up, giving me something to hold onto for leverage. He moved up onto his knees, my lower body completely off the bed as he drove me with skill and precision, both my legs now high up on his waist. A drip of perspiration beaded between his eyes and trailed a seductive path down the bridge of his nose, loitering at the tip before dripping onto my belly. In the position we were in, I couldn’t touch him. Couldn’t glory in his strained back or ass muscles as they contracted with effort. I could only watch on at his undeniable gratification as it heightened my own.
Grunting as he flew with me toward euphoria, every nerve ending in my abdomen joined together in a delicious symphony as I felt the stirrings of total annihilation begin.
Jagger huffed through a smile. “I can feel you breaking under me. The flutters of your walls clenching and unclenching. You have no idea what it feels like.”
Two more pushes and I exploded into a million fragments. I wasn’t anyone or anywhere, just pure sensational starbursts of nirvana. The pressure valve had split wide open, releasing seismic waves higher than any Richter Scale, that palpitated through me until I thought I might die from the sensory overload.
Vaguely I heard Jagger’s dirty mouth spurring me on, but I was lost to my own gratification.
His roar nudged my consciousness and the feel of his hot jets spurting into my overly sensitive cervix drew more spasms from me.
I drained every last drop from him before he lowered my legs and fell to his elbows above me.
“You with me?” he whispered.
“Mmm. Just.”
He gurgled a laugh, resting his open mouth on my neck, the fingers of his other hand coming to delicately sweep across my cheek.
“I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. You’ve ruined me for other women, you do realize that, don’t you?” He dragged his mouth from the column of my neck and looked at me with adoration. My heart sang.
“Ditto.” I smiled, lifting my head off the pillow to plant a tender kiss on his mouth.
He responded eagerly, still lodged inside me. His tongue fluttered against the tip of mine, while his lips adeptly kneaded me into further submission. He had become such a huge part of my life, I couldn’t imagine him not being around. I hoped I wouldn’t have to experience it.
Drifting on a delirious cloud of contentment, I mumbled one word, “Sleep.”
Chapter Seven
Rose
The following day was a tad shorter as far as driving went. The countryside differed and the climate cooled. I’d driven between Idaho Falls to Butte which was just under three hours. It had given Jagger a break and time to call the Montana police to let them know we would be stopping by that afternoon on the way to our accommodation.
We were booked into another small motel called The Greystone Inn. Comfortable and affordable. We’d pay each day as it came because we weren’t sure how long we’d need the room.
Jagger was driving again as we pulled into the Great Falls police station, desperate to get
some information or leads on Dallas’ whereabouts. There had been no updates from anyone, which was proving quite frustrating for both Jagger and I.
The town was pretty with some quaint shops and huge great oaks and black walnut lining the streets. It was a completely different landscape to the dryness of Arizona. I liked it. Colorful plants blended in to form a nice mix. It was well maintained, the streets looking clean and fresh.
Taking my hand in his, Jagger led me through the front door to reception, where we were greeted by an officer.
“Can I help you?” He smiled and looked at both of us.
“I’m Jagger Reed and this is Rosalind McAllister.” He’d never used my full first name before. It sounded funny to hear him say it. “We’re here regarding my brother Dallas Reed. I called a couple of hours ago and told someone on the phone we’d be stopping by.”
“Just a moment.” The officer walked into an adjoining room and I could hear him talking with another man. After a moment he came out and said, “Come through, please. Officer Turnbull knows about the call.”
We walked around the counter as we’d been instructed and were met with a large, burly middle-aged man, balding with deep set brown eyes.
“I’m Officer Turnbull. I’m the one handling the case of Dallas Reed here in Montana. Please sit.”
He motioned to two metal chairs on one side of his desk and shut the door before taking his own seat.
“Are there any fresh leads? We’ve driven from Buckeye, Arizona after hearing my brother was last seen with his foster parent here in Great Falls.”
The officer’s eyes widened a fraction. “That’s a long drive, Mr. Reed.”
“I’ll do anything to find Dallas. Please, do you know their whereabouts?”
I squeezed Jagger’s hand in comfort. I had felt him stiffen the moment we’d walked into the precinct.
“I can understand your concern, sir. We’re doing all we can in the hunt for your brother. We’ve had a lead come in this morning that may or may not be significant. My team are checking it out as we speak.”
Jagger sat up straighter. “Oh?”
“We’re acting on a call from an anonymous person who lives on Fields Road on the south side of town. Said he was driving past an old farmhouse that’s been vacant for years. Just at dusk last night he saw a light on inside. Thought it was odd, so he called it in. Two men are out there looking around.”
It may turn out to be nothing, but it was the only lead we’d had since learning Mrs. Radcliffe had been spotted in Great Falls. I looked at Jagger and noticed a twitch in his carotid artery. It was easy to know what he was thinking. He’d want us to take a look.
“We’re about to check-in to our motel. Can you keep us updated as soon as you hear anything?” I asked before Jagger could speak. I didn’t want him to give anything away to the officer. We’d only be told to let the police handle it and I was beginning to know Jagger wouldn’t sit by and let that happen.
Ensuring the officer had both our cell numbers and we had his, we left to go check-in. As soon as our car doors were shut, Jagger spoke. “Let’s get rid of our bags and then see if we can find an old farmhouse on Fields Road. It will hopefully give the police enough time to search and then leave. If we locate it, I don’t want to be seen snooping.”
“Do you actually think it’s a plausible lead? It could be a case of whoever owns the house lives out of town and is merely visiting.”
“Or it could be a case of that woman from out of town just happens to have abducted my brother.” He glanced at me with hope in his eyes even though a frown drew his brows together.
I hoped he wasn’t going to be too furious when we came up empty.
***
We’d both had showers that morning so I changed into something a little warmer. Black leggings, socks, boots, a long sleeved shirt with a coat over the top. Jagger remained in his jeans but put a hoodie on over his shirt. We were quickly learning just how much colder this part of the country was.
The room was a little bigger than the one in Salt Lake City. King sized bed, television on the wall, and coffee and tea facilities with a mini fridge. The bathroom had a two person shower which may prove useful at some stage, but apart from that, it was pretty typical of motel style accommodation.
When we were ready, we hit the road again.
The GPS in my car navigated us through town to Fields Road, where houses began to spread out. We didn’t have a number to go by, but were looking for an old farmhouse. Jagger searched his side of the road and I searched mine.
“It must be fairly close to the road if a neighbor saw a light on,” surmised Jagger.
“Must be. I’m guessing the place is wooden too? The term old farmhouse conjures up images of a ratty, worn out timber foundation, not brick like we’ve been seeing.”
Jagger shrugged. “Let’s just keep our options open. Some of these places look abandoned, but it could just be a case of everyone’s at work and they don’t leave anything lying around outside.”
We literally were looking for a needle in a haystack. For what? A lukewarm lead that probably wouldn’t pan out? The reality of what we were doing was beginning to sink in. We had left Buckeye on a whim. A reckless one. Mrs. Radcliffe and Dallas could be in Chicago for all we knew. I wasn’t going to sour the mood further by voicing my concerns but I couldn’t help feeling apprehensive all of a sudden.
The car began to slow, so I gave my attention to the view outside Jagger’s window. As we stopped, an unkempt, one-story rambling white house came into view, set back from the road a bit, the boundary to the neighbor’s property separated by tall fir trees.
“You think that’s it?” I asked, admitting silently to myself that it was indicative of a farmhouse. Minus the actual farm.
“Could be. There’s nothing in the yard. Cars gone. Curtains are drawn. Doesn’t look like there’s any sign of life. No sign of a cop car. Perhaps they’ve already gone.”
Jagger didn’t let me get another word in before he had stopped the car and turned it off and was out, strutting to the small metal gate out front.
Opening my door, I called out. “Hey! What are you doing?”
“What does it look like?”
“You can’t just walk in. That’s trespassing.”
“Chill, woman. I’m going to knock on the front door. If someone answers, I’ll show them the photo of my brother and ask if they’ve seen him. If not, I’ll head around back and see what I can find.”
Not wanting to be left in the car, I got out and shut the door, following Jagger through the overgrown grass toward the house.
“What if someone sees us?” I asked, uncomfortable with snooping.
“Quit worrying so much. It’s all perfectly legal. We have to be on the property to get to the front door.”
Still, I felt uneasy probably because I knew we were trespassing. Even if no one else did.
The uneven porch creaked and groaned under our weight, a couple of boards warped and sticking up. The place needed some TLC, a good coat of paint, and boards nailed in.
Jagger knocked on the front door and a sense of déjà vu clouded my mind, except Mrs. Radcliffe’s house in Prescott was somewhat newer and tidier.
I didn’t expect anyone to answer, so after a couple of minutes we walked around back. The yard stretched out as far as I could see, the street view not giving us a reading on how big the place was. Hence the term farmhouse. There was plenty of room to keep horses and other animals.
A ratty old pushbike leaned against the back verandah, rusted out from years of neglect. Down the back, fifty feet or so, sat an even rustier tractor, weeds and grass having grown through it.
The property was in a sorry state. Why bring Dallas here? Did Lena Radcliffe think they could hide here and no one would find them? Wouldn’t it make more sense to mingle with crowds of people rather than isolate yourself? I was getting ahead of myself. This place might not even be their hideout. While we were wasting time checking out
the old house, Jagger’s brother might be getting further and further away from us.
Jagger was already up the ramp, attempting to see inside the small glass panel on the top portion of the back door. Every other window had curtains drawn.
“Damn it!” he cursed. “I can’t see a fucking thing.”
“Look, why don’t we come back when it’s dark and see if any lights are on? If they are, we can knock on the front door and see if someone answers. That way we’ll know, one way or the other.
Rubbing his neck, he sighed. “Fine. But if that bitch answers, I’m taking my brother even if I have to use force.”
It was concerning that he would risk going back to prison. The tiniest of wrongdoings would ensure his incarceration again. I would have to stop him from doing something stupid.
“Let’s just head back and wait until later. I’m assuming if the police were here, they came up empty too or we would have heard something.”
He merely grunted and stalked back around front to the car. I could understand his frustration. If indeed this was the house his brother had been brought to, we were so close to getting him back. If not, then we were expanding the gap, which would make him even harder to find.
We were both teetering on a sharp edge, Jagger more so than me, and yet, after having met Dallas, I couldn’t bear the thought of him on the run with someone who didn’t want to be found.
We drove into town to grab a coffee. There wasn’t a whole lot we could do until it was dark. It was 7:30 p.m. The sun had lowered enough to change the sky to a dusky blue with pink hues, but the street lights wouldn’t be getting turned on for a while. We’d have to bide our time.
This whole week could turn into a farce of epic proportions if we didn’t get a warm lead soon. Since the link between Mrs. Radcliffe and Great Falls, there had been nothing, apart from the light being on in an abandoned house, which by anyone’s standards was insignificant.
