Writing this book was so different from my other books, and yet so much the same. Thank you to everyone who encouraged me to go for it and try writing a contemporary. It had its frustrations, but I ended up really loving it.
Thank you to my husband, Cameron, not only for doing my cover, but also for insisting that I name a character Jack Trent. You were right, hon. It’s a great character name.
A big Thank You to Russ, who talked me through all the FBI stuff, even though it forced me to rewrite half of the story.
