Liak took hold of Flora’s wide hips, holding onto her as he went a little faster, squirting pre-cum and feeling Flora’s wetness coat his cock more and more. “I’m s-sorry… It’s just… I… Er…” Liak tried to speak, but the words got stuck in his throat right as he pulled his hips back. Sensing her opportunity, she positioned herself in such a way that when Liak threw his hips forward again, he’d end up penetrating her.

Flora’s eyes widened as she felt his tip push into her entrance and she let out an even louder moan, her slit sending a faint wave of pleasure throughout her body. “Yeah, baby…. I want you to breed me…” Shit, if someone hears me, we might get caught. I don’t want the poor lug getting into trouble. Her eyes slowly closed as she leaned down and bit down on the pillow, trying to keep quiet just in case someone happened to walk past.

“If… If that’s what you request,” Liak grumbled as he inched more of himself into Flora’s tight walls. She gripped him tightly, almost as if she was pulling him in with her womanhood as she backed up to him, her ass meeting his hips.

“Fuck…! F-f-f-fuuuuck…!” Flora’s muffled moans were hardly concealed by the pillow and by the time Liak had managed to get his entirety inside of her, she was squirming beneath him. “Ugh… Fuck…! Liak, you’re so fucking huge!” Flora managed to say as she pried her teeth out of the pillow for a second only to go back to biting it the next.

“Should I be saying sorry?” Liak asked with a grin as he gave Flora a slap on the ass, making the flab jiggle as she shuddered. “Heh… I always did love my women big,” Liak growled lustfully, pulling his hips back and then slamming them hard against Flora. She could hardly contain the outpour of pleasure-filled noises from escaping her throat as Liak quickly got into a rhythm thrusting in and out of her roughly, making the bed creak every other thrust.

“Oh my God! Oh my God!” Flora repeated again and again, feeling as though she was being stretched to the limit by Liak’s massive, merciless cock. In the heat of the moment, as Liak panted heavily, he pulled his cock out of Flora, leaving her winking sex to drizzle onto his shaft as he ran it against her again.

“Fuck, you’re… Hah… You’re really good…” Liak said as sweat started to form on his brow. “I don’t wanna cum just yet though…” He slowly stroked his hardness against Flora’s swollen lips and clit, which still continued to pulse with pleasure. Even just being against Liak was enough to send delightful tingles down Flora’s spine and made her arch her back for the second she felt Liak’s tip sliding back into her entrance again.

“Ohhhh!” cried Flora as she hugged one of the pillows beneath her and gyrated her hips against Liak. Liak leaned over, laying his chest on Flora’s back as his arms came around to her sides. The beast in him taking over, he raked his teeth, turning into fangs down Flora’s shoulder. “Yes, babe! Take me!” Flora moaned, hardly able to keep up with Liak’s actions as he bit down harder, thrusting faster and faster.

“That’s it, baby… Take my cock…” Liak growled into Flora’s ear, making sure to get the entirety of himself inside of her on every inward thrust. His heavy balls slapped against her and the claws starting from his nails came out to teasingly prod at the outside of Flora’s breast cover.

Liak grunted and groaned, occasionally forcing himself to stop and slow down right when Flora started to feel herself getting closer to her climax. After repeating the stopping process a few times, Liak gritted his teeth, tightening his hold around Flora.

The buildup for both of them seemed to be getting closer at the same time. The waves of pleasure overtook Flora and at the height of them, she shut her eyes tightly and shrieked aloud.

  “M-Liak… I’m gonna…!”

  “Oh… Oh, fuck, Flora…! I’m…!”

Liak couldn’t stop himself from throwing his head back as he let out a feral noise—resembling a bear. Teeth and nails were replaced by fangs and claws by both, but Liak dug his fangs into Flora’s shoulder. Spurt after spurt shot into Flora as she spasmed beneath Liak, her head buried in the pillows as a gush of warm fluids combatted Liak’s seed.

The both of them shared hot and heavy pants. Liak rested atop Flora who’d gone quiet, letting the effects of the afterglow calm her. Her mind was at last calm and at peace. But with the peace, however, Flora realized exactly what her hormones had drove her to do. She’d mated with one of the males in her tribe when she was supposed to be given off in just another day away.

Oh my God… What have I done?

  Chapter 4

“Flora! Flora, are you ready now or not?” asked a baritone, male voice from outside the hut’s door.

“Y-yeah… I’ll be there in just a moment, Delson. I promise,” Flora replied as she fiddled with the back of her dress, trying to fit it around herself. It was apparent that the dress wasn’t made for one as voluptuous as her, but tradition ruled above all else in the tribe. Should I tell him? The question kept coming up in the back of her mind. Even when she least expected it. What’s the worst that could happen? Was the other thought still looming over her head and at the same time refusing to leave it. She knew what happened the last time she found her own answer, but it was the same reason she’d ended up questioning herself in the first place.

Well, they’re going to be my keepers. I should tell him at least, shouldn’t I? She pondered the thought as she checked herself in the mirror. The clean, white dress was a little snug around Flora’s curves, but otherwise it looked dazzling on her. There wasn’t a question in her mind that this would be her wedding night. A special wedding night. Yet, something about it seemed wrong to her. Something was off, aside from the pregnancy.

Maybe I didn’t even get pregnant by him… It’s happened before… Flora took a deep breath and looked around the room for anything else to check before going out. Steeling herself, she opened the door and walked through to find Delson standing outside impatiently tapping his foot.

“Good God, Flora! What the Hell were you doing in there for so long?” asked Delson with a raised brow and crossed arms.

Flora nervously fiddled with her thumbs. No matter what it was, she always thought that Delson knew she was up to something or at the least had an idea. Before she could answer, he cut her off by saying, “Never mind, never mind! We’ve got a wedding to get you to!”

  ***

It seemed like everyone from both tribes was present. On the right was Flora’s tribe—a few shifted into bears, and to the left was her soon-to-be husband’s tribe all present in their human forms. Flora had heard that things were different in the other tribe. That they didn’t feel as in tune with their animal side—that they thought it was a curse. She could never understand them and their ways as much as she tried to wrap her head around it, but as she walked up the aisle separating the two tribes it was all she could think about. Surely there’s got to be something else we’ve got in common.

Unlike most marriages, this was a vastly different occasion. It was an honor in the tribe. Flora caught faint whispers from Delson to Liak much to her dismay. Oh no… That’s not the guard that’s accompanying me, is it…? She wondered, trying to hide the nerves that were eating away at her.

Liak, tall and clueless awkwardly walked beside Flora and followed her up to the end of the aisle. Sweat dripped from Flora’s brow, anxiety devouring her whole. She could feel every set of eyes she’d ever known watching her—cheering for her in this moment. It made her heart fall deep into the pit of her stomach. She could hardly hold back from gagging.

There was no way she could bare to look at Liak. She could still recognize remnants of her scent on him and hoped that no one else noticed. The strong, fruity flavorings of their love-making were a reminder to her how far she’d stepped past the boundaries. If she was not taken by both on the ceremonial night, what then? What honor was there in her duty? She couldn’t wrap her head around it enough to understand it.

It was a blessing to be given the honor to be the bridge between the two sides and she’d squandered it i
n a foolish act of lust.

Glancing over, she could see her family nodding approvingly and Delson making his way to the stand to wed them just out of view. Somehow Flora felt her heart sink again, even deeper as the realization came up again. That she wasn’t just keeping her secret from everyone, but her family as well.

On the way to the end, she kept her head bowed in respect, but once she reached the step beside her groom, she just had to look at him. He pulled the veil off and looked into her eyes with his icy blues. For some reason, she wasn’t expecting him to give her such a kind smile. It was the first time she’d met someone of his kind—a short haired, lighter skinned man with a well-kept face and tidy black suit.

“Wow,” Flora said in a gasp. In an instant she’d forgotten that Liak was there.

“Yes, my love?” he asked in a low tone, making my entire body vibrate with every syllable.

“You’re…not what I expected,” Flora said shyly, trying to look away. There was something about him that made her usual confidence melt away—making her just as shy and bashful as the men she enticed. It was an odd feeling to be on the receiving end for once and Flora didn’t know where to look or how to act—let alone in front of both tribes.

“Oh?” asked the groom as he cupped Flora’s chin with two of his fingers and tilted her head so that their eyes met again. “I didn’t mean to frighten you, love. Are you ready to begin?”

“I… Could I know your name first, at least?” At least this should be out of the way.

“Of course. I’m Jeris,” he replied with a patient smile.

“Floraka, but everyone calls me Flora.”

“Liak, silent protector,” Liak interjected suddenly. Jeris paid little mind to him. A raised eyebrow and gentle nod were the most he got as a response. Not very silent, a voice in Flora’s head mentioned.

Delson interrupted them both with his booming voice. The ceremony was about to begin, but Flora already found herself saying, “I do.”

  Chapter 5

A few days passed and Flora found herself living happily with her new husband,Jeris. The two of them got along without having to use a lot of words. No matter what she was doing, Jeris knew what to say every time he saw her. She had never so much as seen him get angry with her, but the opportunity to tell him her darkest secret never seemed to arise.

She tensed whenever Liak was around, but those moments were brief. He kept himself busy with his arrangements in the new village, making sure life for Flora and her husband were taken care of. Flora feared at any moment that he would burst into the room and declare that’d she’d broken her promise—but that day never came. The pressure to keep the secret still weighed on her heart, however, their official contraception was underway by the next full moon.

Looking for a way to tell him or the right words to use started to tear her apart as she sat on the couch beside him or listened to one of the lectures he was going to present to the tribe. To him, above all else, honor and trust were the highest values. This was reflected in everyone’s eyes in Flora’s new tribe, which made her feel as though she had to slink away to the darkest, most hidden corners of the village in order to continue hiding from everyone. Maybe now…? Now…?

The amount Jeris intimidated Flora was beyond all of her logical reasoning. The man had never so much as raised his voice at her, but she knew that he had great power. His large build, muscles and voice could only give her the vaguest idea about where his strength truly laid and how much of it he could hold.

Hours turned into days of waiting for the right moment, but Flora’s pregnancy was starting to become more apparent. She was sluggish in the mornings and often sick to her stomach from smelling her favorite berries. Flora hoped that Jeris wouldn’t notice her slightly larger belly since she was already largely built, but the looming feeling of his ever-watchful eye still made her tense up around him.

To relieve some of the tension built up over the last month, she shifted into her bear form and decided to go and visit her old tribe. She wasn’t sure if the new scents given to her by the Shawon would override those of the Dulak she was born with, but even if it did, she’d only have to greet a few choice people before leaving.

Flora padded over to a few of the huts and sniffed them to see if anyone she recognized was around. Damn… Where is everyone today? she thought as her check came up negative. Quietly growling to herself, she went over to another one of the huts only for it to seem there was no one home yet again. Perhaps I chose the wrong time to come back for a visit… I can’t seem to do anything right these days.

The bear sat down and groomed her paws, minding the claws that were previously covered in berry juice. Thankfully, Flora had managed to find a particular berry that her extra weight didn’t mind, but it still didn’t make up for the others that had a more obvious effect on her. All was oddly quiet, but a rustling from behind caught Flora’s ear. Startled, she let out a slightly louder growl as a warning, but the rustling continued.

Who goes there? Flora thought as she hesitantly turned around and bared her fangs at what looked like another bear, but with dark black fur instead of chocolate brown. The opposite bear echoed Flora’s sounds and got up on its hind legs to let out a loud roar that shook Flora to her core.

She readied herself for battle, not recognizing the other’s scent, but right before the other bear charged at her it stopped and sniffed at the air around her. Flora lowered her head, all of her muscles tensing up as the other bear interrogated her. What do you want…? The other bear got a little closer to her, close enough for her to smell his scent. That’s when his familiarity started clearing up the clouds in her head. Oh my God… Delson, is that you…? Her eyes widened in surprise the moment she realized it and they both went quiet for a while, staring at each other.

If there’s anyone to tell… It should be the man who should’ve known I’d gotten pregnant in the first place… Flora thought to herself as she slowly started to revert back to her human form and Delson did the same. He looked just the same as he had when she last saw him and it brought a grin to her face. She felt as though she could never look at her leader the same way again. It’d been too long since she’d kept the secret from him and everyone else. However, it was slightly troubling that it took her so long to remember his scent.

“Flora…” Liak started to say with a small grin he tried to keep hidden away. “It’s been so long…”

Flora nodded and said, “Yes, it has. How have you been?”

Delson shrugged and said, “The same as ever. I promoted many of the makes here to guards. We don’t need as many soldiers now that our main threat has been subdued, but we still need high defenses for our females. I trust them all like they’re my sons. I’m sure that you’re living the life of luxury now.”

Flora’s grin faded into a more somber look. “You could say that, but… There’s been something I’ve been meaning to tell you…”

“What is it?” Delson asked as he crossed his arms.

“It’s… It’s my husband, Jeris, I don’t know what he’s going to do if he finds out about… Well…” Flora looked away as he forced the words out of her mouth.

  “What is it?”

“I think I’m pregnant. Pregnant with Liak’s child, Delson. I know I was supposed to wait until the next ceremony to take their seeds, but I was just so… I was a fool!” She spat the words and then bit her bottom lip in fear of Delson’s reply.

To Flora’s surprise, Delson coughed up a few dry chuckles and swatted the air, dismissing Flora’s words. “He’s not going to find out. How would he? I can understand the heat. I know it can be dire. The problem is that these people are strongly rooted in tradition...” He paused for a few moments to gather his thoughts, stroking along his jawline. “As long as you’re not showing that many signs of being pregnant then it shouldn’t be an issue... Would it?”

Flora shut her eyes tightly, pushing her next few words through grit teeth. “I… I’m showing, Delson.”

/>   Delson’s confident expression fell off of his face. “What…?” he asked absentmindedly.

Flora took a deep breath and crossed her arms tightly around herself. “Liak that was the one who did it. My most trustworthy guardand now I’m paying for it. I’m going to have to tell Jeris about it whether any of us like it or not.” Delson stayed silent, seemingly lost in his thoughts. “I’m actually glad that I got to see you before I told him. I don’t know what Jeris will do when he finds out.”

“Do you think he would come after Liak? Challenge him? That’d just start the fights again?” Delson asked with a raised brow.

Flora hesitated before answering. “I… I don’t know. He could, but I’m not really sure.”

Delson stroked his chin thoughtfully a few times. “How doesn’t he know already?”

  “Huh?”

He added a few hand gestures as he spoke, twirling them in the air. “You know, he’s your husband, so shouldn’t you have…?”

“Oh. No, he hasn’t asked for that. I imagine he’s willing to wait as long as it takes for it to take place during the ceremony. He’s never so much as approached me with the prospect of it…”

Delson nodded twice. “Maybe he already…knows…” He looked Flora directly in the eyes and said, “I’m going to have to go, Flora. I’m going to have to think for a while. I need to prepare for the worst in case it happens, but I wish you luck.”

Flora took a step forward, holding her hand out to stop Delson, but he’d already started shifting back into a bear. “I’m sorry…” she said quietly to herself to the man now turned a bear. He walked over to her and rubbed his head against her body, letting her pet the top of his head a few times before running off to the trees surrounding the village.
