Viper’s Dungeon 3
Binding Bianca
Life can have unexpected twists and turns, even when we see them coming…
Viper was Bianca's strict, full-time Dom when she needed him most. But eleven years later things are different. Thanks to Viper’s domination and support, she is no longer the frightened, needy submissive she once was. It’s almost ironic that staying with him now is what’s making her sad, but she needs a chance to experience life on her own terms.
Brick doesn’t understand the BDSM lifestyle, but when Viper asks him to befriend Bianca as she pursues a vanilla life, he’s happy to help. Keeping her safe is a priority for both men, but so is letting her grow as a person.
Yet with emotional growth comes understanding, maturity, and changed desires for all three of them.
Can two very different men find a way to give Bianca what she craves and what she needs?

Chapter One
Eleven years ago…
Viper watched the scene in front of him and tried to ignore the throbbing ache in his knee. He still didn’t see the funny side of spending years diving headfirst into trouble with the Navy SEAL teams without sustaining serious injury, only to be taken permanently out of the action during a friendly game of basketball.
Even after three surgeries the doctors hadn’t been able to get him back to peak fitness. He’d eventually taken the medical discharge, but now he felt lost, directionless.
He sighed quietly and tried to focus on the scene in front of him, already knowing this wasn’t the club for him. The sub moaned as her Dom rubbed a wooden paddle over her exposed ass, warming her skin as he checked her bonds again. At least this Dom seemed to know what he was doing.
After only an hour in the club, Viper was fairly certain he’d never return to this place. This wasn’t the type of BDSM he liked to practice. Many of the Doms here seemed more interested in physically hurting their subs, and if he had to guess, he’d say many were being paid for their submission. He’d seen more than one crying, distressed woman handed money before the so-called Dom moved on to beating another. “Aftercare” didn’t seem to be something these people even knew about.
This type of BDSM sure as hell wasn’t what he wanted.
He sought a deeper connection, a type of give and take that merged pleasure and pain. There was nothing quite like the emotional rush he got from sharing the intense power exchange when he took a sub. When a woman placed her complete and utter faith in him, he felt humbled by her offering. He took his responsibility to not only keep her safe but to give her intense pleasure very seriously.
He watched, somewhat relieved, as the Dom in the scene in front of him brought his beautiful sub to three very satisfying orgasms before releasing her bonds and then cuddling her close. Viper couldn’t hear the words that he whispered to her, but it was clear that this couple, at least, knew what they were doing.
Viper stayed watching longer than he intended, his mind wandering to the type of relationship he could now pursue. It hadn’t felt right trying to build the sort of trust required for a full-time Dom-sub relationship when he could have been very literally called away at a moment’s notice, but now that his career lay in ruins perhaps it was something that he should consider.
He glanced around the dimly lit room and tried not to grimace.
What he wanted, he wasn’t going to find in here.
With a last look at the only couple in the place who seemed to understand the BDSM lifestyle as he knew it, Viper headed toward the exit. He stopped short when he noticed a very distressed woman screaming for help.
At any other club he would have assumed the woman’s distress was part of the scene, but something about the way she was pleading for her Dom to stop struck him as genuine and not playacting.
Breaking every rule he knew about not interrupting a scene or distracting a Dom, Viper stepped close enough to stop the cane from hitting the woman tied to a whipping post.
“What’s her safe word?” he asked, trying to stay calm. It was possible that he was simply reading things incorrectly.
The young man sneered and tried to lift his arm to hit the woman once more.
“What’s her safe word?” Viper asked again, this time putting a hint of threat into his tone. This guy was big and seemed to work out, but Viper was bigger, and bum knee
or not he could easily snap this idiot in half.
“She don’t need no safe word.”
Viper resisted the urge to correct the man’s poor English and moved closer to the sub. The moment he saw her hands he reached to undo her bonds. It was clear that the restraints were too tight and had compromised the blood flow. Viper heard the cane swish through the air, this time aimed at him. He turned to block it, managing to grab the thick rod and wrench it from the idiot’s grip easily.
“Get me a blanket,” he ordered the Dom as the injured woman fell into his arms.
The man looked intimidated enough to do it, but at the last moment threw his hands in the air, muttered several expletives, then turned and walked away. Viper cradled the woman close, trying not to hurt her any more than she already was. She was still clothed in shorts and a T-shirt, but when the material had ridden up in her efforts to escape he’d been ready to beat the living shit out of the cane-wielding maniac. The cane stripes were across the woman’s spine and kidney regions as well as up and down her legs. Obviously “safe, sane, and consensual” weren’t the practice here at all.
Hell, what was happening in most of the scenes amounted to nothing more than assault.
Viper almost reacted violently to the soft touch of a man’s hand on his elbow, but managed to rein in the impulse. Standing in the middle of this club, the lights dim, the music so loud it hurt his ears, the screams of people being injured, was almost reminiscent of some of the missions he’d been on with the SEAL teams and his body was reacting in much the same way.
He half smiled with relief when he realized the man was the Dom from the scene he’d just been watching. He held a soft blanket in one hand and his sub with the other. Together they helped Viper arrange the blanket over the injured woman and then led him to the nearest exit.
As they stepped into the quiet, dark night Viper felt a small measure of calm wash over him.
“She needs a doctor.”
“No!” the injured woman said urgently. “No, no doctors.”
“Sweetie,” the sub said stepping closer, “you need medical help.”
“No,” she said breathlessly. “I’ll be okay. It’s not as bad as la—”
She cut her words off suddenly, perhaps seeing the anger that passed across Viper’s face.
“Last time?” Viper asked, trying to rein in his rage once more. “This has happened to you before?”
“Please,” the young woman said quietly. “I just need to go home.”
“Where’s home, sweetie?” the other woman asked. The worry on her face when she heard the address didn’t calm Viper’s fear for the woman in his arms one little bit. “Why don’t you come home with us for a while? At least let me tend to your wounds.”
Viper gave the woman a grateful smile. He hadn’t quite gotten himself settled into an apartment just yet. Offering to take an injured woman back to the cheap motel where he was currently staying seemed sleazy.
“No doctors?” the young woman asked, sounding both hopeful and scared to death.
The woman glanced at her Dom before answering. “Not unless you agree,” she said, clearly unhappy with the offer but obviously realizing the woman would refuse their help otherwise.
“Okay,” the young woman said with a slow nod. “Thank you.”
Viper gladly abandoned his rental car and slid into the backseat of the couple’s family-sized sedan. As much as he wanted to continue to hold the young woman, he also wanted her safe. Very carefully he helped her into a sitting position and secured the seat belt hoping that their journey wasn’t far.
“What’s your name, sweetie?” the woman asked as her Dom started the car and carefully maneuvered out of the parking lot.
“Bianca,” the young woman said breathlessly as the car jolted slightly.
The older woman gave her a sad smile and nodded. “I’m glad to meet you, Bianca. I’m Bethany. This is my husband Adam, and this is…”
She waited politely for Viper to offer his name. He almost told them the nickname he’d lived by for most of his life, but it seemed a little inappropriate under the circumstances. “Ben,” Viper finally offered, the name feeling unfamiliar on his tongue. It might be the name on his birth certificate, but he’d rarely used it voluntarily.
Bethany gave him a concerned look, perhaps worried he’d made the name up on the spot, but her Dom reached over and placed his hand on her thigh and she settled immediately. Clearly their marriage and relationship was very solid, Bethany’s faith in her husband absolute.
It wasn’t long before they pulled into an underground parking garage. Viper helped Bianca out of the car, but she insisted on walking, so he stayed beside her instead of carrying her. Every instinct he owned urged him to lift her up and hold her close, but he ground his teeth and let her do things her way.
Unfortunately, it also gave him time to observe some of the more visible damage and her obvious limp. The growing bruise on the back of her knee made him want to track down the asshole who’d wielded the cane so viciously and demonstrate some of the hand-to-hand combat techniques he’d learned in his time with the Navy.
“Come on, Bianca,” Bethany said as they entered an apartment on the third floor. She carefully placed an arm around the young woman’s waist. “Let’s go check the damage.”
Viper wanted to follow, but Adam called him back. “She’s in good hands,” he said as he urged Viper out of the foyer and into a comfortably decorated living area. “Bethany is a nurse. If she thinks Bianca needs a doctor she’ll call one of her friends to come over.”
“Oh,” Viper said as a little bit of relief ran through him. He only had this man’s word for it of course, but Viper felt confident if they’d meant the young woman any harm they would have tried to leave him back at the club. “Thanks for your help.” He meant it sincerely, so he was a little disconcerted when Adam gave him a frown.
“Your name’s not really Ben, is it?”
Viper laughed softly, feeling kind of glad that the man was observant enough to notice that something was amiss. “Actually, Ben is my real name, but I usually go by Viper.”
The other man nodded as if he understood Viper’s reasons for not offering the name he was known by. “Navy SEAL?” Adam asked, managing to surprise Viper with the astute observation. Most civilians who heard his name or saw his tattoos immediately pegged him as a criminal, or at the very least, a biker.
“Retired,” Viper said with a nod, trying hard to hide the grief that word evoked. He’d been good at his job, and even though he’d known he wouldn’t be an active SEAL forever, he hadn’t been ready to move on either.
“What are you doing now? Any plans for the future?”
“What is this, twenty questions? You sizing me up to marry your daughter?” The words came out sounding annoyed as hell, but Adam merely laughed and apologized.
“I’m sorry, Viper. It’s just…well you’re the first genuine Dom to step foot in that club. Some of what happens there is sickening.”
Viper nodded. He’d seen enough in his short time there to know that it was true. “So why do you go there?”
Adam shrugged at the question. “Bethany and I both enjoy having an audience, and well maybe if others see what we share they might realize that there are different facets of the lifestyle. It’s not about beating a sub raw, but for many of the so-called Doms at that place it’s the only thing they want. Many of the subs are call girls. I can only guess that the money is worth it because most of them keep coming back week after week.”
“Bianca?” Viper asked. It didn’t matter to him if she’d been paid to submit. What the guy had been doing was outright assault and nothing like the BDSM lifestyle as Viper knew it.
“I’m not sure about Bianca. I haven’t noticed her there before.”
* * * *
Bianca closed her eyes and embraced the pain. She knew it was a strange way to be, but the pain gave her focus, gave her something else to think about. It overrode the memories that
wouldn’t leave her alone.
She whimpered slightly as Bethany’s hands ran over a particularly sore spot on her side.
“Do you know the man who was caning you?” Bethany asked as she continued to lightly press and poke at the welts up and down Bianca’s back and legs.
“No,” Bianca answered quietly. She knew this woman wasn’t likely to understand Bianca’s risky behavior, and right now she didn’t want to explain. She sought the pain to block the memories. That’s why she was in this position in the first place.
“Bianca, a couple of these are quite bad.” Bethany made a soft sound of distress as she lightly touched a tender spot just under Bianca’s shoulder blade. “The man who did this doesn’t know the first thing about BDSM. Please don’t go back there.”
Bianca stayed quiet, unwilling to upset the woman who was helping her by making a promise she wouldn’t keep.
“I really would like to take you to see a doctor.”
“No doctors!” Bianca said a little more vehemently than she’d meant to. Letting someone do this to her, actively seeking such self-destructive behavior, would likely warrant more psychiatric assessment and offers of counseling. She didn’t want any more counseling. It hadn’t helped at all in the past three years. Why would it start helping now?
“Okay,” Bethany said quietly. It was clear that she was upset by Bianca’s refusal, but she didn’t push her. “I’ve got some painkillers that might help. Over-the-counter stuff,” she added quickly when Bianca opened her mouth to say no. She didn’t do drugs. Not ever. With the sort of memories she had stored in her head, she had no idea what type of experience mind-altering drugs would give her.
