  Perfectly Wrong

  "Perfectly Wrong"

  Chapter 1

She was the cheer leading captain and he was the quarterback of the football team. They were high school sweethearts from the moment they both turned 14. You would see them every day walking hand in hand, if Jason was around, not too far you'd find Sam.

As the years went by their relationship progressed, Prom King and Prom Queen, no one was shocked nonetheless. They both came from wealthy families and had everything they could want.

He drove a Benz and her, a BMW with chrome on the front. Senior year came fast and scouts were coming to games on the regular. Jason's only focus was getting a scholarship to Notre Dame.

It was the largest game of the season with not an empty seat in the house, but Sam had some news that would change his priorities around. She walked him to her car and handed him a stick.

"What in the world is this?"

  "Stop playing, Jason I'm pregnant."

"That’s not even funny. If you pregnant then you know it's not mine. Sam you know we used a condom every single time."

"Don't you dare leave this on me! You know you were my first. My parents are going to kill me and if they find out it’s by you it’ll will be worse."

"Be worse for you? This is my most important game! I've got scouts in the crowd just watching for my name."

"I don't care if you had the president sitting in your section, I didn't climb on top of myself and get my own self pregnant."

"So call the clinic in the morning and make plans to get rid of it."

"I am not getting an abortion, because you and I both did it."

"Well, do that shit on your own. I've got plans to go to college. Plus, I don't know what I'm doing and I'm too young to be a father."

"It's like I don't know even know you and in one moment you've become a stranger."

Jason ran back to the field and was overwhelmed with anger. He knew if his parents found out they would make him stay. Then all his hopes and dreams would be gone, because he wouldn't get to play.

Sam stood there bawling, thinking of what she would do. Then Jason's mother walked up.

"What’s wrong sweetie? How are you?"

  Chapter 2

"I have something to tell you, but you won't look at me the same. I know this isn't the time or place and I shouldn't have told him at his game."

" Sam just spit it out already, I'm sure it's not that bad."

" I'm pregnant with Jason's baby and he told me to get rid of it and handle that."

" Now you know I'm really disappointed that you have stooped this low. Just because if Jason got accepted you don't want him to go. Now I know he isn't that stupid to mess up his entire career. I knew you were too needy and this was my fear. Now you stay away from my son because we don't need drama from you. I think it's best to contact your mother and maybe she can help you."

" What do mean I'm needy? You are such a bitch! Maybe his coach needs to know he's still doing coke with Mitch."

" Now look here you little brat! You are really playing with fire. No one told you to conduct yourself in a way that would disrespect your families honor. You should've kept your legs closed, and now your pinning it in my son."

" Let me stop you right there! Jason is the only one!"

" That is what they all say when they are worried about being left. Did you think you guys were going to get married? You haven't even entered college yet? Now you leave us alone and let my son be a success in his career. Maybe the local community college will accept you with your situation here."

" Now you listen here bitch, you've got one more time. I may have disappointed my parents but a whore you will never find. My mother raised me with morals and it was an honest mistake. Maybe the coach needs to know you've been giving Jason steroids at every game."

  Chapter 3

"Giving Jason Steroids at every game? It's all about what you can prove. How about defamation of character? How would you like to be sued?"

"Defamation of character? Now I may be young but I'm not naive. How about I tell the coach and they can make Jason pee?"

"What is it do you want from us? You're starting to act crazy! No one told you to get knocked up, and it's not our fault you're pregnant with a baby."

"Well, that baby is your son's and what I want is him to help. No matter what you say, I didn't get pregnant all by myself. Now you talk to Jason about what we should do or else I'll leak the truth."

"Now there is no reason to go talking irrationally, I will pull him from the game. Then you two can sit down and we will see what we can arrange."

Jason's mother pulled him off the field and he was screaming in the stands.

"Tell that bitch to go fuck herself and I am no longer her man."

"Now calm your voice all the way down and please don't make a scene. We have a reputation to uphold and you need to think rationally. She is threatening to tell the coach about your father giving you roids, and that is a serious threat. Those type of drugs are not a toy. Now you had sex with this girl and she has turned crazy. So go out there and handle your business and get rid of this damn baby."

Jason went back to the parking lot and lost control of his mind. He pulled a pistol out of his truck and then went back inside. He thought about how hard he worked and felt his life was over. He wasn't thinking clearly because his mind wasn't sober.

He walked into the stadium and cocked the bullet in the chamber. Then pointed into the stands only focused on his anger. He let off multiple rounds, and innocent students were hit. All because he chose to grow up and couldn't handle it.

  Chapter 4

Jason had lost control and became overwhelmed with anger, so he never went to address Sam because he didn't know what to say to her.

Rather than be responsible and come up with a plan, he chose to grab a pistol and start shooting up the stands. He wasn't thinking correctly or even using his head, he became overwhelmed with envy and wanted everyone dead.

He was his families prized possession and they waited for him to pick a school, but Jason had made a choice and he had now become a fool. He didn't want the scouts picking anyone from his team.

"I am the best in our division and they should only pick me."

Sam was still waiting in the parking lot and she had no idea what he had done. The baby had come as a shock, but where did all this come from.

  You see Jas
on had been showing signs from taking so many Roids, but Jason's father had him under pressure that he felt he couldn't avoid. He felt pressured to be the best and bring victory to his name. He felt pressured to be a winner and win every single game. He felt pressure to please his dad, and wanted to stop the drugs.

"It will only enhance the skills you have, so come on just take them son."

As Jason was letting off rounds on students in the stands, two students ran up and tackled him.

"What the hell is wrong with you man?"

Jason's mother and father returned to him in cuffs, thankfully only 3 students were injured but even that was way too much.

Jason was taken to jail and would be expelled as soon as he left. But the charges he would face, he would soon regret.

"Don't worry son, I will have the best attorney. Then maybe you will have a second chance to redeem your football journey."

"What the hell are you saying Dad, don't you get it's over! These steroids are making me crazy and all I want is to be sober. One minute I'm sad, the next I'm freaking out. Sam is pregnant with my baby and I'm going to jail now."

  Chapter 5

Jason went to jail, as his mother cried,

"Jason what were you thinking, why did you...why?"

Jason was charged with attempted murder and many other counts, he knew their expectations he would never amount. Now justice wasn't served for the victims that were hit, all because his parents paid a very large settlement. Jason got off easy with only a 5 year bid, he promised he felt remorse for everything he did.

Now Sam was completely shocked when she heard what he had done, but she knew where all the anger was really coming from. She put her emotions aside and focused on her grades, she graduated with honors and a 4.0 GPA.

She went to visit Jason and support him through jail. Not a day went by where Jason didn't have mail. She stuck by his side and made plans for their baby, but then Jason asked the question.

"Have you talked to your parents lately?"

"Well of course I talk to them, I still live at home."

"Do they know that you are pregnant? Let me see your phone!"

"See my phone for what? Relax, don't start acting crazy."

"I want to tell them myself that you're pregnant with my baby."

"You need to understand the shooting is still fresh and they don't know we are talking. This entire thing is just a big mess."

"So what you are just going to ditch me and run off with my kid? I sit in a cell every day. You don’t think I know what I did?"

Jason and Sam agreed that it was time for her to leave, then when everything passed she would tell them she conceived.

So she went and got a job at a local burger joint. Her parents cut her off just to prove a point. She moved out on her own in a moment of spite.

"I can do this on my own... I will be all right."

But Sam wasn't okay and she really started to struggle. Working full time and being pregnant was really hard to juggle.

Sam ended up fired and cried herself to sleep. She didn't have money for bills or any money to eat. So she went to visit Jason and came up with a plan. She would start smuggling drugs as quickly as she can.

Jason gave her a number to another inmate’s plug, but things took off bad when Sam fell in love.

  Chapter 6

Sam went to meet the plug and lost herself in his looks. He was tall, dark, and handsome. From that moment she was hooked.

Now she was pregnant with Jason's baby and she knew she needed to be honest with him from the door.

"It's okay girl I got you, I'm gonna hold you down I promise." He assured her.

Sam still agreed to start moving the drugs and although she was helping Jason, she was now doing it more for the plug.

As she prepared for her next visit, she taped a few zips to her waist. She had to be very cautious, because inside a prison there was no escape.

She walked inside the building and emptied her entire purse. She began to start sweating profusely, because she knew they would search her first. She walked through the metal detectors and leaned against the wall.

"I'm going to pat you down, now keep your hands against the wall."

The C.O.'s began to pat her down and feel all down her back. Then they came around to the front.

  "Ma’am now what is that?"

"That is just my sweater. Is it okay I have it on?"

“Do you have an under shirt to wear?”

  "No ma’am."

  "Okay, then keep it on."

After a moment of panic, Sam was now in the clear. She sat down at Jason's table.

"Hey baby, slide them over here."

She pulled out 5 zips, each of them one by one, and he shoved them in the side of his shoe. He made a hole in one.

"Man, baby I love you so much. I'm so happy you are holding me down. I really am missing not having you around. I can't wait till this is over and we can have our family. I feel like you are the only woman who knows how to handle me."

"Yeah, I'm just trying to do what I can. That plug that you sent me to is a really nice man."

"Why would you even say that to me when I'm sitting here expressing my love? Sam, I promise if you're cheating on me you are going to get yourself fucked up."

  Chapter 7

"What the hell do you mean? I just said he was nice! These prison walls got you kinda skitzo. Are you sure that you're alright?"

"Don't play with me Sam. I've already been through enough. You know that I've got anger problems, and you will get that man fucked up. You are pregnant with my child and there is no going back. Plus, the plug that I sent you to, isn't that man black?"

"Jason it doesn't even matter, this was all your plan remember?"

"Good, then keep it that way. Because I'm getting out in December."

"What do you mean? Are you sure? I don't even know how to feel."

"Well you should feel happy Sam, I'm getting out on an appeal."

"That's great news I guess. Then you can start to act like a dad."

"I thought that you would be happy, why are you acting mad?"

"I'm not. I'm just saying, that none of the baby's stuff is free."

"Sam you know my parents have my back, and they are going to help me."

"God don't you get it? I'm grateful for their help, I am. But you should be doing shit on your own. Grow up and act like a man."

"What is the problem? And why the sudden change? Matter fact give me your phone. What the fuck is that pussy's real name?"

"Jason, just relax. It has nothing to do with….”

"Maurice! That's the bitches name. Don't worry I've got plenty of heat."

"You know what? I am done! I'm over you and your drama. So how about when you leave, you can go and live with your momma."

"That's okay, I'll get my kid and you won't ever see him again. Get the fuck out of my face an enjoy your monkey black man."

"You know what Jason, screw you. I don't care whether or not he's black. He fucks me way better than you and every night blows out my back. Don't threaten me about my child. Look at you, you're all raggedy. Better yet, when I have this baby, he'll be calling him Daddy."

  Chapter 8

Sam and Jason stopped speaking, and she continued to be with Maurice. He did everything for her, from clothes on her back to her nails on her feet. She was really into his personality and everything he had to offer. The fact that he was a drug dealer, really didn't seem to stop her.

But Maurice was not being honest and he was leading a double life. Because he already had a family, 3 children and a wife. Sam was starting to get hooked and fall deep in love. He was around her often, but she couldn't get enough. He started to catch the vibes that she was in too deep, so he started ignoring her calls so his wife didn't catch him creep. Then Sam sent him a text.

  "I'm going into to labor."

So he decided to keep his promise, that he'd support her through her labor. She had a healthy delivery and de
livered a beautiful son.

Then a nurse walked by and whispered,

"What the hell has he done?"

You see, his wife's best friend was at the hospital because that is where she worked.

His wife and her friend were crazy, and Sam was destined to get herself hurt.
