“Well, there are still some guys looking into moving. Maybe talk to Ice. He lives in that small, shitty cabin.”

“It’s not that bad,” Jules muttered. “He added on after they had kids.”

“What about you?” Cap asked me. “Any ideas?”

“Fuck, I hate moving. Do I really have to decide right away?” I whined.

“What the fuck are you talking about?” Jules asked. “You know one of the ladies is going to do all the work for you.”

“Still, there’s the day of the move and I have to wake up in time for the people to get there and then there’s all the organizing-”

“That you could hire a moving company to do,” Cazzo added.

“And someone’s gotta watch the kids-”

“You don’t have any kids,” Jules interjected.

  “And all those heavy boxes-”

“Which the movers will be carrying,” Cap said.

  “And the driving-”

“You live in the same fucking town,” Cazzo said exasperatedly.

“And don’t get me started on the unpacking,” I groaned.

“Alec,” Cap interrupted. “All I’m hearing is that you’re a lazy fucker and you don’t want to be around for the day of the move.”

“Or for the unpacking,” I added.

“I think we can handle that,” Cap grinned.

“What does that mean?” I asked in a panic.

“It means that I’ll take care of everything.”

“No, Cap, that’s not what I-”

“Don’t worry. I’ll make sure it’s everything you want,” Cap smiled deviously.
