Tyler was about to walk over to the bar to get it, when suddenly Sebastian James appeared. Seemingly out of nowhere.

He seemed to know Lena intimately well. He bent down, kissing her full on the lips. Lena took a few seconds before pulling away. She smiled, uneasily, looking at Ty. “S.J….Fancy meeting you here.”

Fuck. Did she forget she had a…thing with him a few years back?

Oh yeah. She remembered now that vodka, gin and penises were not her friend.

At least not all at once.

“I just wanted to stop by and say hey, before I head out. I waited for you all night.” He completely acted like he didn’t see Ty.

  An observation not missing Ty.

“Yeah, well…that was nice of you.”

Lena couldn’t believe her incredible fucking luck.

This shit could only happen to her.

  Well. And Reese.

“So call me next week. It’s been a while. We’ll get together. You still owe me a rematch.”

He finally looked at Ty, like he just realized he existed. “Of golf that is.”

  He winked at Lena knowingly.

  “No problem. Next week. Sure.”

She was lost. She knew she couldn’t explain this away.

He kissed her again, hugging her close. “Make sure you do.”

  He brushed by Tyler. “Malone.”

Ty felt jealousy unfurl, like a punch in his gut. He turned, looking at her.

  “You fucked him didn’t you?”

  Lena stared at him wordlessly.

She didn’t have to answer him. Her silence was enough.

“You know, I’m just curious. Do you fuck anything in pants? Or do you actually have standards?”

  Lena stiffened.

  So much for feeling guilty.

She slapped him hard, across the face. Finally, she spoke.

  “I guess I don’t. I mean, after all…I fucked you, didn’t it?”

  She stared past him.

“Now then…If you have a brain slightly bigger than your left testicle, you will get out of my way.”

She closed her eyes, holding on to the last shreds of her temper.

  “Move.”

Ty moved and she walked by him, turning around.

“You really just don’t know when to fucking shut up, do you?”

  He watched her walk off.

He rubbed his cheek, feeling the imprint of her hand.

Why was he feeling a suddenly ridiculous sense of déjà vu?

  About the Authors

  Alisa Anderson

Well…Alisa did stuff and is still doing stuff. Only now she has two boys crazy enough to want her to be their mommy. Hey, at least she tried to warn them. So her job is done.

She lives for a world full of controllable anatomically correct, android men programmed to meet her specific feminine needs (wink, wink, nudge, nudge with a big waggle of the eyebrows.) Who look like the Rock and Ian Somerhalder, and Idris Elba. And, that’s it she promises. Variety. Gotta have it right?
