Sam pressed more firmly against her lower back. “Arch your back. Give Carson that ass.”
Her puckered opening burned as Carson began to push his cock into her, the bombardment to her senses starling a harsh cry from her.
Although aware that Carson and Sam spoke to each other, the roaring in Deanna’s ears and the ripples of pleasure running through her drowned out her surroundings.
Nothing mattered except Sam and Carson and the pleasure.
The intimacy of being with someone who cared about her.
Wanted her.
Sam’s hands at her waist.
Carson’s closed over her hips.
Sam’s cock surged deep, filling her with its heat and steely hardness, moving faster and faster and creating a friction against her inner walls that felt better with every thrust.
She kept her eyes closed, living the fantasy they’d created.
Carson thrust into her each time Sam partially withdrew, the foreign and very erotic act of being taken in both her pussy and ass at the same time consuming her with a decadent bliss that made everything else fade away.
She couldn’t move. Couldn’t think.
She could do nothing but feel, lost in hypnotic heat while the encouraging voices of her lovers wrapped around her.
The pleasure began to ripple, the ripples growing in heat.
In strength.
The waves of it made her dizzy, the tingling sensation growing and suffusing her with warmth before exploding in a rush of sizzling heat.
She cried out and rode the waves, distantly aware of Sam’s and Carson’s groans as they both surged deep.
Another orgasm hit her to layer over the first, and throwing her head back, she lost herself in it.
Stunned and delighted by Deanna’s overwhelming response to their lovemaking, and shaken by his own, Carson caught her against him, sharing a look with Sam over Deanna’s head.
Sitting up, Sam caressed her thighs and bent to nuzzle her neck. “She really went over, Carson.”
Carson eased his cock from her, rubbing her belly and side when she whimpered. “I know.”
Pressing his cheek against her temple, Carson groaned and lowered himself, sitting on his heels and pulling Deanna from Sam’s cock and back against him. “That’s our baby. Hmm, you’re trembling.”
Sam pushed the covers aside and rose, staring down at Deanna as if he’d never seen her before. “Hold her while I get cleaned up.”
Carson had no plans of going anywhere, at least not until Deanna had settled.
After covering her with the blanket, he stretched out behind her, rubbing her arms and pressing his lips against her neck, breathing in the scent of his warm woman and sex.
Carson rubbed her belly and bent to touch his lips to her shoulder before rolling her to her back, the need to kiss her and look into her eyes overwhelming.
To his delight, she opened her eyes and smiled at him with a moan.
“That was…incredible.” Deanna’s blush delighted him even more. “Amazing. I’ve never felt anything like that before.”
He moved his hand on her belly again, his cock stirring as he pictured her swollen and glowing, carrying a child who would belong to both him and Sam. “That’s part of our tactic.”
He glanced up when Sam came back into the room and slid into the bed on Deanna’s other side. “Our plan is to give you so much pleasure each time we touch you that you’ll never stop wanting us.”
Deanna grinned and lifted her hand to touch his face. “I can’t imagine not wanting you.”
Carson wrapped his hand around her cast, holding it gently. “Good to hear.”
“Do you do things like that often?”
“No.” Sam slid a hand through her hair and bent to touch his lips to hers. “Nobody ever mattered before.”
Deanna smiled again and sighed. “I wonder what Uncle Don would think of us having sex in his bed.”
Carson rubbed her belly again and set her cast gently onto the mattress, frowning that she called it sex when it felt like a hell of a lot more. “Your uncle made sure you came here so that Sam and I could watch over you. He knew you’d be safe with us. I’m sure he’d be very happy knowing that we’re taking care of you and that you’re safe with us.”
Deanna surprised him by crawling over Sam to get out of the bed. “I’m sure you’re right. I hate to disappoint him, but he left you in control of my money, and I’m afraid that’s all the control of my life you’re going to get.”
Chapter Thirteen
Still stinging from Deanna’s words, Sam sat at his kitchen table, watching Deanna and Casey as they all ate the beef stew Mary had made.
He glanced briefly at Carson to see that his friend also appeared unable to keep his eyes from the two of them.
They looked right at home at their table, with Casey filling the silence by telling them all about her time with Mary and the cookies they’d made.
Although Deanna kept most of her attention focused on Casey, each time she met his eyes or Carson’s, she blushed furiously.
Although they’d made love, the passion flaring between them and the need to show her that she belonged to both of them had rushed their lovemaking more than he’d planned.
Promising himself that he would take the time to explore her more thoroughly the next time, he ate his lunch, content just to watch them.
As soon as they’d finished their lunch, Deanna rose, gathering her dishes and Casey’s. “We’d better get ready to get back home. I’ve got to start cleaning out some of my uncle’s things. I swear that man kept every magazine he ever got.”
Mary laughed and took the dishes from her. “That he did. Don’t worry about cleaning up. I’ve got the dishes.”
Carson had already started bundling a fidgeting Casey into her coat when Sam rose to get Deanna’s. “Hey, Lil’ bit. You’ve gotta stay still. My hands are too big for this zipper.”
Sam helped Deanna into her warm coat, inwardly smiling when Mary chose that time to go check on the laundry.
Bending to nuzzle Deanna’s neck, Sam smiled at her shiver. “We’ll be over later. We’ve got to check on some things, and then we’ll bring more firewood over. My cock’s hard at the thought of stretching you out in front of a fire and exploring you the way I didn’t earlier.”
Deanna giggled. “I can only imagine what Casey would think of that.”
“That’s one of the nice things about having two lovers. One can watch for Casey while the other takes their time with you.”
He turned her to face him, her back to Carson and Casey. Cupping her breasts, he massaged gently, focusing his attention on her beaded nipples. “How does it feel to have two men so enthralled by you?”
“Unreal.” Deanna sighed and straightened, zipping her coat as she stepped away. “Fun.”
Sam stiffened and stepped forward, lifting her chin to force her to meet his gaze. “This is a hell of a lot more than just fun, and you know it.”
Pressing a hand to his chest, Deanna smiled. “No. You and Carson make me feel good. Please don’t read more into it than that.”
Turning away, she held out a hand to Casey. “Come on, sweetie. We have to make some room for your new books.”

Sam parked his truck behind Deanna’s house and got out, anxious to get to her again.
After lunch, he and Carson had gone out, pulled a mare who’d somehow gotten herself tangled in a fence out of it, helped tear down the burned bunkhouse, and filled the back of the truck with more firewood, taking a truckload to their house before loading up another truckload for Deanna.
Carson glanced at him. “She knows we both want her, at least.”
Sam glanced at his friend, unsurprised that Carson was still thinking about Deanna. “Yes, but her thinking about it as fun pisses me off.”
Carson chuckled. “Used to irritate us when one of the women we met on the circuit wanted more than just fun after one roll in the sack.”

“Yeah, well, she’s been stuck in an abusive marriage for years. Can’t blame her for being gun-shy about getting involved in another.”
With a sigh, Sam pulled up to the back porch, frowning when he saw Steve come out the back door, his arms laden with Don’s old magazines.
Carson sat forward. “What the fuck is he doing here?”
Pleased to be able to turn the tables on Carson, Sam smiled. “I don’t know what you’re getting so worked up about. He’s just helping her clear out magazines.”
“He’s a fucking Romeo. He’s got more notches in his bedpost than we’ve got horses. Hell, he’s fucked damned near every woman in town.”
Sam got out and slammed the door behind him. “Worried? Thought it was okay with you if she’s just looking for fun and games.”
“With us!” Carson slammed his own door and rounded the back of the truck, striding purposely toward the house.
Sam beat him to it, and as he stepped onto the back porch, the back door opened abruptly, the sight of Deanna struggling to hold on to a stack of old magazines urging him to rush forward. “What the hell are you trying to do?”
He took the magazines from her and scowled. “Damn it, woman! You have a broken wrist.”
“Gee, thanks, Sam. I didn’t know that.” She crossed her arms over her chest, watching Carson as he approached.
Carson smiled, obviously hearing Deanna’s sarcasm. “Getting brave, aren’t you, baby?”
She blushed and lifted her chin, the combination of shyness and bravado making Sam’s cock throb. “What if I am?”
Wanting her attention on him, Sam set the magazines on top of the pile she’d already started and slid his hands to her waist. “Are you?”
She lifted her hands to his chest in what he assumed to be an instinctive move, her breath catching. “Am I what?”
His cock stirred at the breathlessness in her voice, his chest tightening at the flare of hunger in her eyes.
Smiling, he bent to brush his nose over hers. “Are you getting brave?”
Swallowing audibly, Deanna pulled away slightly, staring up at him with wide eyes filled with confusion and desire. “I don’t know what you mean.”
Sliding his right hand higher, he cupped the outer curve of her breast, a groan escaping when she leaned into him, turning her body slightly to push her breast more firmly against his hand.
“I think you do.” He doubted if she even realized that she’d leaned into him. Smiling, he bent to brush his lips over hers, his touch light enough to keep from scaring her and to test her.
Gripping the front of his shirt, she moaned and came to her toes, lifting into his kiss. “I have work to do.”
“We’ll help you.” He nipped at her bottom lip, imagining her full lips wrapped around his cock. “Tonight we’ll play some more. I have every intention of using my mouth to explore every inch of you.”
Reeling from his words, Deanna sucked in a breath, her pussy clenching and releasing her juices. “You can’t say things like that.”
“It seems that I can. Only seems right to give you fair warning.”
Her pulse tripped when his thumb slid over her nipple, the rush of heat it caused mind-numbing.
Unable to resist the feeling of being held and feeling safe in the arms of a man whose desire for her couldn’t be hidden, she moved against the hard cock pressing at her belly.
He took her mouth with a tenderness that did nothing to disguise the possessiveness in every sweep of his tongue.
The possessiveness and gentleness were also in his hold, wrapping her in both and filling her with a sense of wonder and power that she’d all but forgotten.
Lifting his head, he took a deep breath and put his arm around her to lead her inside. “Come on. I should have taken you inside before I kissed you instead of keeping you out here in the cold with no coat.”
She wrapped her arms around herself and went inside, turning when he closed the door behind him. “I wasn’t cold.”
Sam’s slow grin sent another rush of warmth through her, her arousal so intense that the beginning of panic set in. “Good. Later, I plan to make you even hotter.”
Grateful that Casey chose that moment to rush into the kitchen with two more magazines, Deanna nodded and reached for them. “Thank you, sweetie.”
Casey handed over the magazines and eyed Sam accusingly. “You kissed my mommy.”
Sam crouched to Casey’s level, his lips twitching. “I did. Your mommy looked like she needed a kiss. Is that all right with you?”
Casey gripped Deanna’s leg. “Are you a daddy?”
Sam shook his head. “No, honey. I’m not a daddy.”
Nodding, Casey released her leg. “Daddies are mean.”
Fighting tears at what Casey had been through, Deanna bent lower but paused when Sam held up a hand.
“May I?”
Nodding, Deanna pressed a hand to her rolling stomach and sniffed, determined not to cry in front of Casey, jolting when Carson appeared in the doorway.
Sam sent a look of thanks in her direction and gave Carson a warning look before smiling at Casey. “Not all daddies are mean.”
“Mine is.” Casey lifted her chin as if daring him to disagree.
Carson moved in behind Deanna, wrapping an arm around her and pulling her back against him as if offering support. “I got rid of Steve.”
Casey hugged her doll closer. “I’m a good girl.” Her voice broke, urging Deanna to break free of Carson to gather her daughter close.
“Oh, baby!”
Sitting on the floor, she gathered her daughter onto her lap. “I’m so sorry. So sorry. I should have left sooner.”
Casey hugged her back. “We did it before, but he catched us. I ’member. He catched us. He hitted you and took my backpack and frowed it in the garbage. I tried to be good so he won’t get mad.”
Sam glanced up at Carson, blinking against the red haze that blurred his vision.
Wrapping his arms around both of them, he rocked them instinctively, wishing he could erase all the pain they’d endured. “You’re safe now. You’re both safe. No one will ever hurt you again.”
Casey lifted her head from her mother’s shoulder, staring straight into his eyes. “You pwomise?”
Swallowing the lump in his throat, Sam nodded. “I promise.”
Carson crouched on the other side of her, running a hand over both her hair and Deanna’s, a storm swirling in his eyes. “We both promise. We won’t allow anything to happen to either one of you.”
Turning to look at Carson, Casey wiped her eyes. “What if my daddy finds us? He’s gonna be mad and hit Mommy.”
Carson shook his head. “I won’t let him. Sam won’t let him. None of the men here will let him.”
Sam gathered both of them close and got to his feet, pressing a kiss to Deanna’s hair while sharing a look with Carson. “Deanna’s shaking.”
Steadying Deanna while Carson helped her set Casey on her feet, Sam forced a smile, his anger simmering just below the surface. “Why don’t the two of you make a pile of everything you want to get rid of? After Carson and I stack the firewood, we’ll start a fire and get rid of whatever you don’t want.”
Deanna sniffed and nodded. “Thank you, but don’t you have work to do?”
Carson led the way to the living room. “Yes, but part of the benefits of being the bosses is that we have a lot more flexibility.”
Sam went out with Carson to unload and stack the firewood, grateful to have something to do to expend the restlessness borne of fury. “I want him to pay for what he’s done to them.”
Carson’s lips thinned. “Find myself imagining what I’d do if I ever saw him. None of my ideas seem quite harsh enough.”
“I know what you mean.” He glanced back at the house, picturing the way Deanna had looked. “I’d kill to keep them safe.”
Carson smiled humorlessly. “We’ve got enough land to bury the body and make sure no one ever finds him.”
Sam dropped his next load of firewood and straightened. “There’s a thought.”
Chapter Fourteen
Holding a can of furniture polish and a cleaning rag, Deanna sighed and eyed the living room. “It looks much better.”
Every bit of clutter had been cleaned out, and the furniture had been rearranged, making more room for Casey to play in front of the fire.
It was also perfect for lovemaking, something both Sam and Carson had pointed out several times during the afternoon.
Sam came up behind her, closing his hands on her waist. “I’ve got a nice soft blanket to spread you out on. I’ll bring it over with dinner.”
With a shiver of delight, Deanna dropped her head back against his chest, watching Casey show Carson one of her new books. “I’ll make dinner. It’s the least I can do after all your help today.”
“You’ve already done too much today. Mary’s making fried chicken. Casey’s falling asleep. Why don’t you put her down for her nap and rest a little yourself?”
Once Casey slept, Deanna passed the kitchen where Carson and Sam sat drinking coffee and went straight to the fireplace.
She thought about how her uncle had worried about her and Casey, so much so that he’d arranged a future for her that included Sam and Carson.
She didn’t delude herself into thinking that they wanted more than an affair with her, mostly because they felt sorry for what she’d been through.
When she’d asked Steve if either Sam or Carson had a girlfriend, Steve had laughed.
“No. Women try, but the bosses don’t even bring them to the ranch.”
Her thoughts drifted back to her uncle again.
Uncle Don had loved her, which made him see her in a way that others didn’t.
She hadn’t been enough to make Jimmy happy.
She knew intellectually that the fault hadn’t been hers, but emotionally, she couldn’t quite shake the sadness of failing.
Staring at the pictures of her and her uncle together, which she’d positioned prominently on the fireplace mantel, Deanna couldn’t help but wish she’d been able to come to her uncle’s funeral.
