After a thoughtful sigh, Face said, "No, leave them alone. I got who I came for."
Reese placed his pistol under his t-shirt and followed Face out of the bedroom, leaving the two terrified children crying into their duct taped mouths. And although they couldn’t see, they knew their mother lay dead only a few feet away.
Doc was waiting for them out in the hallway. He was carrying his bag of medical instruments with the large jar containing Hood's heart.
"Our job is done. Let's get out of here," Face said, as they all startedwalking toward the stairs.
Doc stopped and said, "Ya'll fellas wait for me down stairs. I'll be another minute or so."
Face and Reese looked at Doc's strange expression. "Is everything alright, Doc?" Face asked.
"Everything is fine. I just need a minute to take care of something." "Okay, we'll wait for you downstairs," Face said, then he and Reese turned and walked away.
"What's up with Doc?" Reese asked, as they walked down the stairs."I don't know, and I'm afraid to find out," Face smiled as he sat on the arm of the sofa.
Reese nodded and smiled with agreement. They both knew Doc was indeed a very strange motherfucker.
"Oh, shit!" Face said.
"What is it?"
"We forgot the money!" Face said. He and Reese both jumped up and ran back up the stairs.
They rushed into the master suite. The sight of Hood's mutilated body, along with the overwhelming smell of blood had them on the verge of throwing up. Face opened the closet door and Reese followed him inside. They saw two large black suitcases on the top shelf. They each reached up and grabbed one of the suitcases. Face sat his on the floor and unzipped it. Neat stacks of hundred-dollar bills stared him in the face. It was the most money either of them had ever seen.
"Damn! Killa-D was right again," Reese laughed.
They each carried one of the heavy suitcases out of the bedroom andclosed the door behind them. The latex surgical gloves they had all been wearing prevented them from leaving fingerprints behind. They stood in the hallway waiting for Doc. He was still in the back bedroom with the two kids and Britney's corpse.
"Come on, let's go see what's taking Doc so long," Face said.
They sat their suitcases down and started walking toward the back bedroom. When they approached the closed door, they heard a loud grunting sound coming from the other side.
When Face turned the doorknob and pushed the door open, he and Reese stood there in total shock. They couldn't believe their eyes. Doc was lying on top of Britney's naked corpse, his pants around his knees and he was having sex with her dead body. It was the same heinous act that had gotten him kicked out of medical school and banned from the profession.
Doc quickly stood up and pulled up his pants. He was embarrassed to be caught... Again!
While they all walked out of the front door, carrying two suitcases filled with money, neither of them said a word. This had been one of thestrangest nights of Face’s life. However, his crying soul was now feeling some relief.
He had avenged his mother and the murder of his father by killingHood. For Face, it was the ultimate revenge. Yet, deep down inside, he knew it was only the beginning…

In 2004, Jimmy's first novel, MONEY, DESIRES, AND REGRETS hit the bookstores; followed by his second novel in 2005, ON EVERYTHING I LOVE. In 2006, A ROSE AMONG THORNS was published by AMIAYA Entertainment, making Jimmy DaSaint the only federal prisoner with three published novels. Not only is Jimmy a successful author, he is also known and respected as one of the top three rappers/street poets in the entire federal prison system.
