About the Author
Alex Boyd writes poems, fiction, reviews and essays, which have appeared in many publications such as The Globe and Mail and Taddle Creek. He helped establish Best Canadian Essays, co-editing the first two collections of work selected from Canadian magazines. Boyd’s poetry collections include Making Bones Walk (2007), winner of the Gerald Lampert Award for best first book of poems in Canada, and more recently The Least Important Man (2012). He lives in Toronto.
