“You gon’ learn how to watch yo’ mouth.” His deep, rugged chords made the hairs on the back of my neck stand. “Fuck you wildin’ for? They’re leaving in a few. I didn’t wanna come all the way home just to leave right back out.”
I tossed the middle finger up over my shoulder. ‘Cause... didn’t I say fuck him? Not only was he inconsiderate, he was deaf too. The moment my feet hit the closet carpet, True gently wrapped one arm around neck and the other around my waist. He placed a wet kiss on the side of my face giving my body a firm squeeze.
“Stop sayin’ fuck me.” He mumbled in my ear.
“True. Get off me.”
He hugged me tighter. “No.”
I tried to wiggle free. “I’m serious, True.” Turning my head sideways, I attempted to dodge another kiss. But failed.
“I am too. Who you getting flyy wit’, Jelly?” He bit down on my ear lobe hard.
“True...” When I moved he clamped down harder. “Stop.”
He shook his head no.
Sighing, I stood there stupidly. “You play too much.”
True shrugged.
“I’m leaving.” I didn’t care if I was pouting. True left his ex-girlfriend’s house at an unreasonable hour. And he did it without caring how I might feel.
Finally letting go of my ear, True spun me around. He lifted me bride-over-the-threshold style effortlessly and carried me back into the room. Dropping me onto the bed he put my hands above my head. True gazed into my eyes before he trailed soft kisses from the middle of my eyes, down my nose, and lastly my lips. I turned my head and he bit down on my earlobe again. Hard.
“True...”
“Gimme a kiss.” He grumbled, still latched onto my damn ear.
I closed my eyes. I’d rather True draw blood than share a kiss with his insensitive ass. He let go of my ear, but grabbed my face, puckered my lips for me and then kissed me unnecessarily loud. Him thinking I was playing made me even more upset. He was being silly when I was seriously in my feelings.
“I’m sorry.” He stated still holding onto my face.
I rolled my eyes.
“I shouldn’t have went over there. But I ain’t even on that type of time wit’ Nisha and she know that.” He licked around my lips slowly. “I just wanted to see my young life off. ‘Cause I knew once I got home and slid in this pussy I was gon’ sleep until the late afternoon.” He pouted playfully, giving me fake sad eyes.
And I swear I tried to keep my game face. But a low giggle slipped from my lips. I quickly looked at the wall, so I could get my attitude back. “I don’t forgive you.”
He kissed my neck, widening the gap between my legs with his knee. “Please?” His hand slid into my panties.
I faced him. “You can’t do things without considering how I might feel.”
His finger dipped into my love. “Okay.” He kissed my lips gently.
“Just because “sorry” exists, doesn’t mean you can hurt my feelings, say it and I’m automatically supposed to forgive.”
“Don’t ask permission ask forgiveness...” His eyes gleamed playfully, and I tried to snap my legs shut. “Stop.”
“Get off me.” I looked up at the ceiling, and he took that opportunity to suck down hard on the front of my neck.
“I’ma do better.”
“I’m not starting a cycle with you.” I told him sternly.
True nodded. “Understood. Now turn that ass around.” He pulled at my panties. “Matter fact I’m bouta twist yo’ ass up like a pretzel.”
I laughed. “Why are you so silly?”
“I want them legs behind your head.”
I shivered when his tongue slithered down my chest. He positioned himself between my thighs removing his shirt. I watched as he unbuckled his belt and took his pants off. The big bulge in his Versace briefs made my kitty thump. True wrapped his hands around the back of my thighs and pushed them back.
He blew slowly down my slit before swirling his tongue around my clit. I relaxed completely widening the gap between my thighs for him. The warmth from his tongue and the way he skillfully sucked and nibbled on my pearl had me winding my hips. He pushed my legs back further, slid his tongue down my fold, and right to my ass.
“Mmmm...” I whimpered.
His tongue found my clit again, and this time he pressed down on it firmly with his tongue. My hips bucked a little as his tongue moved around my pearl in a fast, circular motion.
“I’m about to cum, baby.” My clit stiffened and seconds later I was calling out for God. True lapped up my juices as he lowered my legs. With heavy lids, I watched him wipe his mouth down with his palm. He came out of his briefs— and even though I was still spent off my orgasm— I positioned myself on my hands and knees in front of him.
He reached forward, slapping me hard on the ass. Taking his manhood into my mouth, I took as much of him as I could without gagging. True moaned lowly before grabbing the back of my head. He fucked my face slowly, telling me how good my mouth felt. Turned on by how much he was, I played with my pussy.
“Fuck...” True growled. He worked his hips making sure I didn’t gag, but still tapping the back of throat. “Hol’ up.” He mumbled, trying to pull his dick out.
Using that opportunity to take back control, I wrapped both hands around his dick. Sucking on the tip, I jacked him off slowly. When his balls jumped, I spit on the head of his dick and looked up at him. True’s eyes were directly on mine as I slurped and sucked. When his body went still, and his eyes closed, I knew he was close.
Gladly taking all of his nut down, I relaxed the hold I had on him. True’s eyes fluttered open as I laid on my back.
“You still gon’ twist me up?” I smirked.
He chuckled. “Freaky ass.”
“Only for you.” I eyed his sexy ass seductively.
“Ah, yeah?” He stroked his dick right back to life. When he plunged into my pussy, my nails scraped down his back.
“I love you, baby.”
So much.
I’d never had a man make my body feel this good. True always found my spot and worked a mind blowing, life changing, body rocking orgasm out of me. Every time. He did it so skillfully, sometimes I had to remind myself it wasn’t a wet dream. Only True Jones knew all the right things to do and say to send my entire being into overdrive.
“Oh my god!” My second orgasm almost put me right to sleep. True fucked me harder pushing my legs behind me head. “Baby.” I tried to wiggle free.
“Stay still.” His grip on me tightened. “Whose pussy is this, Chance?” He pumped deeper.
“Yo—yours.” My eyes rolled to the back of my head. “Yours baby. It’s all yours.” I promised.
There could never; would never be anyone else.
Another orgasm ripped through my body the same time True announced he too was cumming. My legs shook slightly as True took a labored breath. We enjoyed the feel of each for a few seconds before his body dropped onto the bed next to me.
“You forgive me?” He asked, eyes closed. Chest heaving.
Turning on my side, I hugged his body and drifted off to sleep.
True
I shifted in my sleep, opened my eyes and adjusted them to the dimly lit room. When I turned on my side I came face to face with my jellybean. Her curly hair was all over her head, and her yellow glittery pacifier moved as she sucked on it. Her bright eyes danced around me and then she cooed. I gently caressed her hairline and then fixed the gold chain around her neck.
“Mommy. I can come help you if you need me too.” Chance exited the bathroom in her robe. “She’s in the bed with her dad, and don’t try to change the subject.”
Carlee heard her mamas voice and spit her binky out of her mouth.
“Well, tell Noah to come get the money from me. I’ll split it with him.”
Carlee’s bottom lip dropped, her eyes glossed over and then she started wailing.
Fake ass cry.
I chuckled.
“Mom
my.” She sat down on the bed and picked my baby up. “If you need anything, you know I’ll take care of it.”
Scooting closer to Chance, I wrapped my arm around her waist and closed my eyes.
“I’m not doing anything to her. She’s being a brat.” Chance bounced Carlee. “Okay, well Granny Ann wants to spend the day with her. Me and True are going Christmas shopping.”
I shook my head. I didn’t remember agreeing to spending my day shopping.
“Okay, well, let me get her dressed and then I’ll call Noah and thank him. He seems to be your only son with common sense.” She laughed. “Why do I have to take that back?” Chance giggled. “Bye, Mommy.”
“What time is it?” I turned on my back.
“One. So, get up, please. I still have to get a couple things before Christmas.”
Sucking my teeth, I reached for a pillow and put it over my face. “I ain’t going.”
“Um, yes you are. I’ll run you some shower water and get Carlee ready. Granny Ann said Chasity and Chase are already there.”
“I know.” I mumbled. “I talked to them last night.”
Chasity called me crying because Chase got into a fight with my little thirteen-year-old cousin and his lip got split. I had to have Chase explain to her that he was a’ight. It didn’t matter how much older or bigger you were than my young bull, he was ready to run through whoever. I’d instilled in him to fear no nigga because they all bled the same. The only muthafuckas he had to worry about was me and God.
“Okay, well I want to leave in the next hour.” Chance hopped off the bed and twisted back into the bathroom.
Me and Jelly walked hand in hand into Stock Hill. We’d just left the Plaza, and I had to practically pull her out of the last store. Once we were seated and handed our menus, Chance ordered a Patron margarita and I settled on Hennessy. After we ate I had to go pick up the pictures we’d taken a couple weeks ago. I couldn’t wait to see my dope ass family in one photo.
“My thighs are burning,” Chance rubbed her legs.
I smirked. “Good. You shouldn’t have been showing out last night.”
“Here are your drinks.” The waiter sat our drinks down on the table. “Are you guys ready to order?”
I let Chance place her order first and then I recited mine.
“This is strong,” she stirred her drink.
Replying to a few text messages, I grabbed my glass. “What you got planned for tonight?”
“Wrap some of those gifts up. Chasity wants to come over, and if she does, I’ll have her help me out.” She sipped from her straw. “She’s still upset about Chase and Marlo fighting.”
“She’ll be a’ight. Her ass is just sensitive.” Chasity loved her big brother something serious. She fucked with him all the time, but she was Chase’s biggest supporter; right or wrong.
“Chase told me Marlo tried to bully all of the little kids.”
I could believe that. The little nigga stayed in some shit.
“He better keep his hands off my baby.” Chance grabbed her phone with an attitude. “Chase is way smaller than him.”
“Chase ain’t gon’ stay nowhere if he feels uncomfortable.”
Before we left Granny’s, Chase, Marlo, and few of the other little homies were in the game room playing Madden, and talking shit to each other. If anything, Marlo respected my son’s unwillingness to back down. Chase was the youngest boy cousin, but he’d been the only one to stand up for himself and his little sister. Plus, I’d seen the knot on Marlo’s head; he’d think twice before trying my son from now on.
“I was thinking about getting my nose pierced.” Chance leaned forward. “You think I would like right?”
I stared at her. “Yeah.”
“I might stop by Ava’s shop and get it done.” She smiled. “So... let’s talk about Vegas.”
My eyebrows furrowed. “Let’s not.”
“Why not? I already talked to Ava.” Chance smirked picking up her glass. “I can’t believe he was gay.” She fake gagged.
I chuckled.
“Glad I never gave him oral.”
I frowned, and Chance laughed. “That shit ain’t funny.”
“Oh, please. True, I know about almost every chick you’ve screwed.” Her eyes roamed my face. “And you want to know why?”
Crossing my arms, I fell back comfortably against my seat. “Not really.”
“Well I’ma tell you anyways.”
My eyes bounced around the restaurant. “I’m already knowing.”
Hard headed ass...
“Because they’d either call me, write me on social media, or pop up to my place of business.” Chance’s eyes narrowed.
I shrugged. “What can I say? It’s a reason I’m big daddy.”
She chuckled. “Don’t I know.”
Our eyes locked and my dick bricked. I’d been with plenty of chicks, but the shit I had with my Jelly was one in a million. She was a good girl and a freak muthafucka. Looking at her you wouldn’t think she fucked me into a coma most nights. Or that her head game was on another level. Baby even took ass shots; all while talkin’ that nasty shit.
Smart and sexy.
My bitch was far from average. Chance was my best friend, the mother of my child, and my woman. My kids and my family adored her. She loved me for me, all while staying her understand, caring, bubbly self. And she was all mine.

Just give me all of you…
Chance
Morgan: Chance I just wanted to say I’m sorry. I should’ve handled that situation a whole lot better. We’ve been friends our entire lives which is why I can’t believe shit went down like that. I’m open to fixing our relationship if you are.
I read the text message twice. Both times I rolled my eyes once I got to the end. There wasn’t really much Morgan and I could to say to each other. There wasn’t anything to fix. Our bond had been broken for good.
Did I miss Morgan? Of course, I did. I’d endured some of my roughest days with her right by my side. She knew about all of my insecurities, and I’d kept every one of her secrets. I’d always love Morgan, but our friendship was dead.
“Chance it’s a man in a suit asking for you.” Keri stood in my office door.
I glanced at the computer on my desk.
“Is he here for an interview? You want me to send him back?”
The man stood next to the counter with her arms folded as he looked around the semi crowded shop.
“Yes, you can let him back. And Keri can you tell Keshawn to keep the bean bags in their designated areas?”
She nodded before disappearing. I watched the monitor as Keri led him to my office. Quickly checking my reflection in the mirror on my desk, I pushed my chair back. When he entered I smiled and stood. Making my way around my desk, I approached him, and we exchanged a handshake.
“Hello, I’m Chance, the owner. How can I help you?” I motioned for him to take a seat. “Can I get you coffee or water.”
He shook his head no. “I’m fine, thanks.” Taking a seat, his eyes surfed my office. “My name is Detective Branch.”
I nodded retaking my seat. “Nice to meet you, Detective. What can I do for you?”
“Are you familiar with a Relshon Bell?” His dark eyes landed on me.
My body tensed, but I quickly brushed the nervousness off. “Yes.”
Detective Branch reached inside his suit jacket and removed a small notepad. “When was the last time you spoke with Mr. Bell, Chance?”
“The day he held me hostage at his home.” I sat back comfortably and crossed my legs.
“And did he contact you at any time afterwards?”
“If he did that would mean I spoke to him.” I smiled. “So, no.”
Detective Branch looked up at me. His lifeless orbs bore into me. “Did you know he was dead?”
I shook my head nonchalantly. “No. I haven’t exactly been trying to keep tabs on him, Detective.”
His hard glare stayed on me.
“Well he is. Mr. Bell was beaten, shot, and then thrown out of a fourteen-floor window.”
“I can’t say that I’m sorry to hear that.” I shrugged.
Detective Branch glanced back down at his notepad. “Are you affiliated with True Jones, Roman Morris, Eli Kincaid, Silas Patterson, or Drake Morris? They are rumored to be working for an Italian cartel.”
“Affiliated? No.” I chuckled. “But I know them. And as far as rumors go, you can’t believe everything you hear. Most intelligent people don’t.”
“Is there a possibility they could’ve done this?” Our eyes locked.
“No.”
“How are you so sure? They’ve all been in some type of trouble involving the law.”
“I have too. Just a few months ago, I had court for a parking ticket.” I licked my lips. “Does that make me a suspect too?”
Detective Branch flipped his notepad closed, “I just find it coincidental that the same man who kidnapped you is dead. And you know individuals gang affiliated and rumored to have ties with the Italian Mafia.”
“Rumored.”
He nodded before placing a business card on my desk. “If you hear anything, don’t hesitate to reach out to me.” Detective Branch stood up and fixed his suit jacket. “Take care, Ms. Robins.”
I got up from my seat and extended my hand. “You too, Detective.”
After running the conversation I had with Detective Branch down to True, he left the shop, telling me not to worry. Apparently Tone already had it under control. That didn’t ease my mind, though. I didn’t want to see True or anybody else behind bars on behalf of Rel. But all I could do was let the infamous Santonio “Tone” Morris do what he did best: clear chaos.

Why can’t you agree with me for once?” ♫
Wale’s On Chill played lowly from the built in Bose speakers in the ceiling, as True and I lay across the couch. His head sat in my lap as I gave him a personality quiz. He flat out refused to participate at first because he was trying to catch up with football highlights. We’d even exchanged a few mean words because he’d come home with an attitude. But after much compromise, the TV was on mute, and he was halfway through his set of questions.
