Any success these books enjoy is all thanks to people like you who took a chance on a series you’d never heard of from an author you’d never heard of who claimed she could write something funny. As a reader myself, I’d never bother, but I’m sure glad you did.
I have a shitload more funny books coming your way, assuming I survive the switchblade armadillos or giant syphilis meteor or homicidal land dolphins or whatever insanity the following months have in store for us. And I hope you’ll humor me by giving the next series a shot.
