Dark Truth

  Mica hissed violently through his teeth. “I won’t let him get the slightest oppertunity to even think about getting near you. You will have more gaurds tomorrow. I talked to Nathan, Zeke, and Malieke they know of two other’s that they have worked with before that would be great for the best protection. They will be here right before the sun rises in the morning to run or to ride with us. Their names are Jake and Rob!”

  “That’s great Mica.” Vincent said. “It will make it even harder for them to get anywhere near Raven now.” Vincent smiled at me and at Mica. “I will kill anyone that tries to hurt my sis or the nephew or niece of mine that Rave is carrying.”

  “Thank you Vincent.” Mica responded and patted his brother on the back.

  Mica wrapped his arms around me while we sat on the sofa. He kissed me every five minutes or so, but I did not mind. I needed to feel his love for me in this moment. We all talked and discussed and planned anything and everything just incase that they some how had a plan to get through our gaurds.

  I know that my family will do whatever it takes to keep Lavon away from me and mine and Mica’s child that I am carrying and Micheal. I have the most wonderful most caring family ever. My husband is the best that their will ever be in this life time or any other. I will love him and he will alway’s love me forever.

  Chapter Twenty Two

  Surprise, Surprise and their Is Still Trouble!!

  It ‘s been another two weeks passed. I’ve been going to work with Mica everyday that they have been working. Lavon has still not had an opening or the oppertunity to get to me, which is making him more and more furious. He wants so badly to get me away from Mica.

  I see inside of Lavon’s head everyday at the set. He is realizing that he will not be able to get to me at the set, he will have to wait and do it when I am at home. I can see him planning. It’s not a bad plan, but now I know what it is. Him and the rest do know where are house is, I have seen in his and Krystal’s mind that they have both been there, standing outside. They listened as me an Mica made love, that of course is one reason that they are both so desparate to separate us, they both hate the idea of us touching and kissing each other and just strait up making love day in and day out.

  Some more of Lavon’s thoughts really truely bother me deep down. It is the things that he thinks of that he want’s to do with me to love me and to hurt me, things that he wants to do about me being with child and that Mica is somehow the father makes his thoughts darker on the whole subject.

  I have also gotten a good look into Krystal’s mind. It isn’t anything good either. Her thoughts are just as dark as Lavon’s. She want’s Mica’s love still, even though she is tied to Zarious in way’s that she can not leave him and she can not voluntarily kill him herself even though she has tried. She is helping Lavon find a way to bite me, so that I will be tied to him in those same way’s and I’ll have no choice but to be with Lavon. I won’t be able to be with Mica anymore, she will sit there and watch me suffer and be in pain as she is now.

  She doesn’t like the idea of me being with child by Mica anymore than Lavon does, she will do everything in her power to help him get me. She seem’s pretty confident. Looking inside of Lavon’s and Krystal’s mind is very depressing. I guess vampires like us do have all the feelings that a human has, but just intensified. But looking into their minds really have me down, but honestly what choice do I have. We really need to know when exactly they will try and come for me, so that we can be prepared and ready for them. Sure dad has preminition, but I... have direct access. I can get it strait from the source, details and all.

  “Rave. You are unusually quiet today. Are you okay?”

  I sighed. “Yes and no. Mica I’m fine, and that is because I have everyone of you here with me. But just waiting On the time for Lavon to attack me, not knowing exactly when, and then having to be inside of his and Krystal’s mind about every single day.....” I just couldn’t finish the sentence. For a vampire I am more exhausted then I thought could be possible for the simple fact that we do not get tired, wore out or exhausted, but being inside their mind, I don’t think it is good for me.

  “I’m sorry love. I didn’t know or realize that this is taking such a tole on you. I hate that you are suffering this way, but I’m not sure what else we can do. I will not loose you. I can’t. You are my one and only love.” He gazed into my eye’s and I seen the pain in his for my suffering. I seen the love that he has for me. I can’t let him down, I can not live without him. I think it would be the most horrible torture for me, so I guess listening in on their minds isn’t anywhere near as bad as living without my one and only love.

  “I feel the same way.” I said to him and pulled him closer to me, so that I could just hold him and try and make all of my stress and worry disappear for the moment. “Don’t worry Mica I can do this. I’ll be fine. It is just a small price to pay to make sure that I get to keep you and you get to keep me.”

  “I know you can do this. I have that faith in you. You are litterally a very strong women vampire. I believe that you can do anything that you want to do.” He sighed then kissed my head then put a big adoring smile on his face. “So, is their anything particular that you want to do today? Since I don’t have to go to the set today.” He stared at me until I answered him. But he waited patiently while I thought.

  “I think the best thing for us to do today, is to just take this day, to just be with each other. Were alway’s surrounded, and I understand why, but I want to be alone with you today. Even if we can just take a walk or just watch a movie. Just as long as we get to be alone with each other today.”

  “I’ll go and talk to the others. I’ll send Ang. up to sit with you.” He kissed me once quickly, then was out of the door and My wonderful sister was sitting beside me.

  “I can feel your worry Rave. You need not to worry.” She said to me putting one arm around my shoulders, and I laid my head on hers.

  “It’s not exactly worrying that has me so down. It’s looking into Lavon and Krystal’s mind all of the time. It is very depressing. Their thoughts are just so dark and evil, and just plain violent.” I looked up at her and waited for her response.

  “That is a mind of a daywalker. They are dark, evil and very violent beings. They are souless. We are to, but we arn’t made up exactly like them. They want what they want. I’m sorry that you have to go through this, but just remember that were all gonna be here for you, to go through it with you.” She smiled reassuringly at me. It did cheer me up a bit.

  “Thanks Ang. You really are one of my best sister’s. Your alway’s here talking to me and trying to make me cheerful just like you, and I really do appreciate it.” I smiled back at my adoring sister.

  I heard Mica comming up the stairs and then through the door to our room. He was smiling. “It is settled.” He told me. “Angelic, dad needs you downstairs.”

  “Okay.” She said. Then as she was turing to go to the door, she paused then looked back to me. “Oh, Raven. Don’t forget what I told you.”

  “I won’t.” I told her, then she left the room. “So what is settled?” I turned and asked Mica.

  “Right. Well it is only me and you today. Dad and the rest are going to be outside roaming and guarding to make sure that no one get’s near here, so that we can have some time together.” His smile widened.

  I pulled him to me and started to kiss him. I was just so happy that I get my day with him, finally alone. I am letting myself go today. No stress, or complications. I’m just gonna make love to my husband right here and right now and I am so going to enjoy it. Every single minute of it!

  Later we were on the couch watching a movie enjoying each other’s company. I had my head laid on his lap with my feet at the end of the sofa, and he had one arm draped over me, gently rubbing my huge pregnant stomache, and with the other he was stroking my hair. Then suddenly... I jumped up quick
ly. I was seeing inside my babies mind when I was getting more minds than one.

  “What’s wrong?” Mica asked hissing and startled.

  “Sorry I didn’t mean to startle you. I was seeing and kind of hearing more than one thought in hear.”

  He hissed through his teeth again. “Lavon!” He stated. He stood up and crouched as if to protect me searching the room with his eye’s.

  “No,no. Not Lavon. The babies!” I said smiling.

  “What do you mean the baby.... wait. You just said babies. Why?” He aked me confused.

  “I heard more than one mind!”

  “More than one?”

  “Yes! I read each of their minds.” He said nothing, but he smiled so I went on. “Mica I read three minds.”

  He sat their very still with his smile on his face, and he was speechless. After five minutes of silence, I had to speak.

  “Mica, will you please say something? Your making me anxious!” I said bouncing up and down on the sofa in fast movements.

  “Three?” He asked in awhisper.

  “Yes. Three!”

  “Wow. I mean it was impossible for us to have even one, but now.... were having three.” He put his arms around my neck, then started kissing me, excitement and happieness was the only expressions that were on his face. We once again made sweet and terrific love, Right there on the sofa where we were sitting.

  We did end back up in our room though. I ended up laing on his chest as alway’s. We talked. He was so exicted about having three more children. We both know that after they are born their is no way that we can have anymore. We won’t ever be in that same situation that we were in when I concieved these. I will never be human again.

  It wasn’t long after, when we heard the door downstairs open and closed. I knew that it was dad and the rest. I could hear their thoughts. We got up and put our clothes on again, then went downstairs to see what was going on.

  “Mica, Raven. I’m glad you came down. We need to talk.” Dad told us and the rest stared at us. They all looked very serious.

  “What is it?” Mica asked before I had the chance to.

  “Well. I had a vision, while we were out patrolling the area. Raven you are going to go into labor soon. My vision didn’t show me exactly when, but I do know that it will be very soon.” I suddenly felt happy but nervous at the same time.

  “I feel fine.” I said. And it was true. I felt better than I have in a very long time. I looked to Mica.

  Before dad could respond to my statement, Mica started to speak. “Well their is something that we have to tell you guy’s.” Mica said with pure joy on his face. “Raven heard three little minds comming from inside of her. That means we are having triplets, so Ang. get ready you are going to have a time delivering these babies!” His voice raised with the excitement.

  “We have a lot of planning and stratigizing to do then!” Angelic said very perky and happy. I could hear into the others minds and they were all shocked, but at the same time the women of the family were jumping for joy.

  “Looks like you are going to really have your hands full Mica.” Vincent teased.

  “I can’t wait.” He responded to his brother. “I could never imagined having one, but to have three!”

  Angelic decided that she wanted to check my measurements, to see around how much longer I may have. We went upstairs, while the rest stayed downstairs in their planning session. Things are surely going to be different now since dad has forseen the labor comming soon.

  “Well your at fourty five centimeters. Your a little over five months, and well... I’d say with having triplets if evrything goes okay... I’d say you may have around mabe a month left. If that.”

  “A month. That’s all?” I smiled, who would have thought.

  Their was a knock at the door then. “Come on downstairs if your done. Were done with the planning pretty much now.” Carter said.

  We were out the door immediately and down the stairs. Everyone was waiting in the livingroom. I walked over to sit by Mica, and Ang. and carter sat beside us.

  “This is how it is going to be until Raven has the babies.” Mica spoke to us all. “Angelic will have to be near Rave at all times incase she goes into labor. And of course Raven will still continue to go to work with us everyday. It is to dangerous to leave her hear with only her guards and Ang. having to be at work. The guards are not aloud to move from Rave. They will be with her at all times. Regaurdless.” Mica said stern and seriously.

  “Yes and also we need to make sure that Lavon can not even be to where he can even look at her.” Dad told everyone.

  “Is their anyway that we can keep Lavon and his crew off of the set?” Liza asked.

  “We can alway’s talk to security, but honestly their is no guarantee that he’ll be held out because of Krystal. She is just as determined as Lavon is about all of this.” Mica said. “But we will try!”

  “Well, I do know that one thing is for sure. He does not plan or intend to attack on the set. He plans to do it here at the house. But you never know he might try, if he gets mad enough. But it’s not likely.” I said.

  The guards gathered at the door when it was time to leave the next morning. Mica ran with me in his arms again, gripping me as tightly as he could. The guards surrounded us. Of course the guards are like us(vampire hybrids). We reached the set early as alway’s so no one would see how we came to be there. Fifteen minutes later people started to arrive.

  “I don’t see Krystal or none of them yet.” Mica said looking around as we entered the set.

  “I’ll go talk to security, and see if they can keep Lavon out.” Dad said then walked over to talk to the guards. He was explaining who Lavon was and what he looked like. He asked them to not let him or any of his friends on the set if it is possible in any way.

  I took my normal seat, with Micheal beside me. My guards surrounded us. A few minutes later, I could see Krystal comming on set. She glared at me while she was walking toward me. Mica who had walked to where the director was to discuss a scene with him, was instanly at my side. Of couse he came to me at a little over human pace speed.

  “Stop right there Krystal.” he hissed though his teeth and held his hand up in front of her so she could not get passed him.

  “I can come over to say hi to my son if I want.” She hissed back at him.

  “You do not have that right anymore. You will not come any closer to him, and you are certainly not a part of his life anymore.” He growled at her.

  “The hell I ain’t. He is my son, I gave birth to him not this little whoremongeral that you picked up lord knows where.” She said though her teeth glarring at Mica and pointing at me.

  I looked into her mind and seen what she was so close to doing, but was trying to hold back, so not to expose herself as what she really is. She wants so badly to be rid of me and she knows that I will never leave Mica willingly.

  “You are lucky that we are at work Mica, cause if we weren’t, I’d probably just bite her myself and be rid of her.” She lowered her voice on the last part to ensure that no human ears could hear her threat. Then she finally turned and walked away.

  At the same moment that she was walking away, we heard a comotion comming from the area where security was. We looked to see what was up. Dad was standing their with them still and Lavon was raising hell, because they weren’t letting him through.

  “You’ll regret this Charles!” I heard him say to dad.

  “I don’t think that I will.” Dad whispered back to Lavon, and smiled.

  “All of you better watch your backs.” He said silently to where only if you were supernatural that you could hear. “I’m comming for her, and I will have her for myself.” I watched as Lavon continued back to his car where the rest of his crew were standing up against it.

  Mica ha
d to go shoot some scenes with krystal. But vincent was able to stay with me for that time being. “Don’t stress sis. He won’t get to you.” Vincent told me sounding very confidently.

  “Vincent. It is hard not to stress when I can hear everything that they are thinking, and believe me it is not anything good. It is all dark and death and evil and very very violent.”

  “Guess that’s true. But still don’t worry to much. I hate to see that.”

  More hours than I thought was realistic went by. I watched my family play their roles to the tee. Krystal was the main one having issues for the fact of all the tension comming off of her from her anger with me. She can make it hard to work with, but I give my family credit. They did not let it distract them one bit.

  “Mommy.” Micheal said to me, because that is what he feel’s comfortable calling me.

  “Yes, Micheal?”

  “Is it time to go home yet?”

  “Not yet, but soon okay.”

  “Okay.” He said. He really is well behaved. No normal three year old could sit this still for this long period of time without acting out in some way or another.

  “Break everyone.” I heard the director say to everyone. You have thirty minutes.

  Mica was already about at my side. The rest was following behind him. Micheal ran up to his father and Mica opened his arms and scooped his son up into them. “Are you hungry Micheal?”

  “Yes. Very.” Micheal told his dad.

  “Liza, will you please take Micheal over there and get him something to eat? Oh, and take Nathan here with you.”

  “Sure.” Liza told her brother.

  “Everything okay?” Mica asked me after kissing my lips.

  “So far. Besides having to listen to Krystal and her evil side kicks minds the whole time that we have been here. It just seems like they are getting more and more mad as the day goes by today. For some reason today is different.” I said and sighed.
