“Hey, Reese. What’s up?” I question.
“Shit..ummm, you need to get to Mercy hospital as quick as you can. It’s Adam, he’s hurt pretty bad.” I quickly stood, and the phone fell from my hand. What the fuck has happened to my little brother?! My head automatically tilts to the side.
“Who was it, baby?” Monica asks, looking at me, puzzled. I try to answer her, but the words won’t come out.
Felix stands then, coming to my side. “Axl? Axl, who was that on the fucking phone?!”
Finding my voice, I reply, “It’s Adam, we have to go!”
If I find out Los Diablos had anything to do with my little brother laid up in the hospital, they won’t have to ask questions about who the Snatcher of Souls is…I’m coming straight for them with a bloody introduction!
