  The Satan’s Devils MC

The Satan’s Devils MC series is not about a typical MC. Oh, the normal elements are there, hot alpha males who certainly aren’t shy in the bedroom, but as well as the usual adversaries, the bikers end up facing some of the social issues in today’s world.

Disability, sex trafficking, grooming of young girls, racism, and overcoming the grief of losing a partner form the various backgrounds that these bikers have to face in order to win the woman they want to ride with through life.

Each book has been written as a standalone, but the best experience is gained by reading the books in order.

  Paladin’s Hell

I was nineteen when I became Jayden’s knight in shining armour, her Paladin. At only fourteen, she developed a teenage crush on me, the man who rescued her.

I gave her time to grow, waiting for her feelings to mature. As years, when I was forbidden to touch her, passed, I never doubted she was mine. I just wasn’t allowed to show it.

Circumstances send us to Colorado, away from the restrictions and over-protective brothers. At last we have a chance to be together.

  What could be better?

  What could be worse?

A new club. A new life. Out of my depth, I don’t fit in.

A different president and his old lady who’ve been married thirty-six years. That their marriage is on shaky ground spills over into how they treat us. For some reason, Hellfire and Moira want to force Jayden and I apart.

Jay and I are just beginning. Or, is it the end?

After all this time, will we make it work? Or have the years I’ve spent waiting been wasted?

  Demon’s Angel

  Demon

Before Nathan died, Violet had been the annoying child who’d followed us around everywhere. As a teenager, she’d developed an annoying crush on me. My promise to my best friend had been to watch over his little sister, a debt I considered paid when she was grown and settled out of state.

Ten years later, she’s back in my town, this time with a baby in tow. Now twenty-five, she’s the one who’s got me twisted up in knots. Bust she’s Nathan’s sister. She needs help, I can give it–as a replacement big brother, of course.

She’d be horrified if she knew what I’d really like to do to her.

  Violet

It’s embarrassing to remember the last time I’d seen Demon. I’d been an incorrigible flirt. When we meet again, I realise my feelings have matured, but not changed over the years. I still want him.

He doesn’t see me that way, treating me just like he would a sister.
Stepping into Nathan’s shoes to help me out of trouble. I do need someone’s help. But it hurts that he’s only offering to keep a promise he made to my dead brother.

I’ve become involved in a war. Now, because of the debt Demon thinks he owes, I’m dragging the Satan’s Devil’s into it with me. But having to deal with unreciprocated feelings is nothing compared with keeping my son safe and out of the clutches of his real father.

  Devil’s Due

When I left everything behind to go nomad, I didn’t expect to run into trouble before I stepped foot in the clubhouse I was aiming for.

I didn’t expect to save a woman, not just once but multiple times.

I didn’t expect to pit myself against the US Marshals or another MC.

I’d just extracted myself from one relationship, I didn’t want another.

Sometimes what we get is what we never go looking for.

How this will work out, I’ve no idea. Would I survive on the outside, no longer being a member of an MC? Could I give up everything, even my identity to be with her? Or can I ask my brothers to step in and save us both?

  Prologue

  Paladin

Two and a half years ago…

Standing, with my back against the wall, I watch the girl lying on the bed. Observing the slight differences, changes in her breathing, little twitches of her muscles that signify she’s stirring, waking up. My gut clenches in sympathy, half wishing she could continue sleeping, knowing her nightmare is still to come.

Jayden, Ella’s younger sister, who’d been groomed by much older men, members of the Herrera family who had forced themselves on her time and time again. I hadn’t been in the house when the Satan’s Devils had found her. As a dutiful prospect I’d been standing guard outside. My role began when I’d been called in to carry her out and take her back to the safety of the compound.

I’d seen enough of what she’d been through from the state she was in. I’d gritted my teeth and stilled my hands to stop rushing in and gunning them down myself. Had to be satisfied with the knowledge that all her abusers would die. Once she was out of the way, they’d be killed at the hands of the men I hoped one day to call brothers.

Even sleeping, she fills me with pity. As she wakes, I wish I could take all her pain, both physical and mental, away. What she’s gone through will stay with her for years, for all her life. Her pallor pale, her eyes sunken, there’s drool at the side of her mouth, but it doesn’t detract from her beauty. My stomach tightens again. Will, can, she ever recover?

“Marsh, could you leave us, please?”

“Sorry, Ella. No can do. Slick told me to stay put so here’s where I’m stayin’.” Even if I hadn’t been given the instruction, I couldn’t move from this spot. Not bothering to analyse the reasons why, I just know I want, need, to stay close, to protect her, even if all I can do now is help save her from those thoughts in her head.

“Can’t you stand outside the door? You can guard us from there just as well.”

As I wonder how I can refuse Ella’s reasonable request, Jayden takes one of her sister’s hands in hers, and points the other toward me. “You. You were there. You rescued me.” Rather than immediately correct her assumption, I give her a smile and a quick nod. She looks at Ella and pleads, “Can he stay?”

Unable to keep my distance, I walk to the bed, now admitting the truth. “I didn’t have much to do with it. I just carried you out. I didn’t think you’d remember.” She’d been drugged and out of it.

Ella’s hovering as though she’s her mother, not her sister, but I ignore her. It’s me who passes Jayden the painkillers the doc had left. It’s me who carries her into the bathroom and holds back her hair as she vomits. Something about her calls to me. Already, I care.

I stay, listening to her story. Feeling my eyes water as she goes into the horrific details. How she’d been groomed, threatened, isolated. Forced to do things no fourteen-year-old—scrap that, no woman should ever have to do. Telling myself it might be hard hearing, but it had been devastating for her to live it. She’s the same age as my sister. Not that I have any contact with her, just know of her existence, we’d both been entered into the system after my mom had died. But she’s out there somewhere. I’d hate to think anything like this would happen to her.
