Entangled Heart Page 19

I started with her ankle and kissed my way up her body, tracing my tongue along the seam of her thigh, making her shudder with desire.

“Jamie,” she moaned and twined her fingers in my hair, guiding me to where she wanted me. “I need that magic mouth of yours.”

In a second I was there, head buried between her legs, slurping the honey that seeped from her pussy, flicking my tongue against her clit because the delighted, orgasmic sounds she made had my dick growing against the bed, leaking its own pleasure. I moaned, letting the sound vibrate against her sweet pussy and sucked on her clit.

  “Jamie! Fuck, yes. Yes.”

Yeah, it was those sounds that did it for me, that had a film of sweat covering my skin, making my heart race like I was running a marathon, had my cock harder than it had ever been. I gripped her ass cheeks so her legs were high in the air and slid my tongue deep inside her pussy, fucking her the way I would with my cock in a few short minutes. Her hips ground against me, fucking my face, taking pleasure from me because it was her due. Because she was my woman, and her pleasure was my pleasure.

“Holy shit! Jamie, I’m—” That was, the last words she spoke before her sweat slicked body shook with pleasure and a low, vibrating hum of satisfaction erupted from her mouth. Her tits jiggled as her body shook with her orgasm and my tongue slowed, but it didn’t stop.

“Jamie,” she groaned, thrashing her head from side to side as more pleasure seeped from her body, and I lapped it up. “I need you, Jameson.”

And that was all I needed to fucking hear. I rose up between her legs and stroked my cock, long and hard and eager. “I’m right here Maddie. Right here for you. Always.” My hands gripped the inside of her thighs, spreading her wide and in one swift stroke I was buried deep. “Oh fuck!”

“Oh my, fuck,” she shouted at the invasion.

It was almost perfect, and right now, I needed it fucking perfect so I slid back, taking her with me until my feet were firmly on the floor, and I could lift her so the angle was perfect. “Just. Fucking. Perfect.”

“Hell. Yes.” The words came out on a rushed breath and Maddie’s eyes slid closed, her head fell back.

“Look at me, Maddie.” I waited until her gaze was on me and slid nearly all the way out and back in again. “Yeah, don’t look away. When you come on my cock, I want those pretty brown eyes fixed on me. I want you to keep looking at me until you get used to seeing this face,” I told her and squeezed her ass, lifting it another inch so I could sink deeper into her.

“Because I’m not going anywhere. Not one goddamn place Maddie. I’ll be here for you.” Another stroke. “For the baby.” Another, slower, deeper stroke. “For Molly when we find her.” This stroke was hard and deep, making her cry out. “And for whatever or whoever comes next. Got it?”

She nodded, breathless. “Yes. I got it. Now gimme some more dick.”

I smiled at her command, gripping her tighter as I pounded into her, hard, sure, thrusts that sank deep. So deep she grew wetter and wetter, coating my cock with her juices. Every stroke into her cunt felt better than the last and then, Maddie was flying apart, crying out her pleasure.

“Maddie,” I growled and her eyes widened and met mine again.

“I love you, Jamie. I fucking love you.”

Damn this woman could affect me like no other. I held her tight enough to bruise her and fucked her hard and deep, like I could fuck all my emotions into her dripping pussy. Her tits bounced with every thrust, making my mouth water, and I couldn’t resist. I held her tight, my hips pumping as I leaned over and took a pink tip in my mouth, nibbling and sucking until she clamped down around my cock. My balls tightened, and I growled, “Maddie.”

“Harder,” she growled and I let my teeth sink into the delicate, silky skin of her nipple and that pushed her over the edge, and her tight cunt yanked me over the edge with the force of a hurricane. My legs shook, my breath hitched, and my body froze for a second before my cock exploded inside of her.

“Holy fucking shit! Holy. Fucking. Shit. I’m dead.”

She collapsed on the bed, her brown eyes gazing up at me in wonder. “You really are some kind of wonderful, aren’t you?”

I rolled to her side with a grunt and pulled her to my side. “What I am, Maddie, is yours. All yours.”

She crawled up the bed to straddle my body and pressed her lips to mine in a kiss that was hot but too damn quick. “I’m yours too, Jamie. But I’m also up for letting you prove it again. Oh!” Her body jerked wildly when two of my fingers found their way into her slick pussy.

  “You were saying?”

Her response was to spread her legs wider and drop down on my fingers with a growl. “Fuck, I’m so yours.” She smiled down at me, hips moving slowly as aftershocks hit her with every stroke. “I love you, Jamie. I really fucking do, but right now I can’t seem to get enough of you. I just want you.”

  “You already have me, Maddie.”

Wasn’t that the fucking truth? Now that she was here, in my home, I wasn’t letting her go.

  Not fucking ever.

  Chapter Thirty-Three

  Madison

Could a girl die from too much pleasure, because I hadn’t stopped smiling, stopped floating instead of walking since Jamie declared his love for me last week. I’d been shacking up with him since then. Now it was Friday, and I was excited for the weekend. I lounged on the sofa as if I didn’t have a care in the world.

It was a lie, of course, because there were so many thoughts running through my mind there were footprints on my brain. I was going to be a mom. I didn’t just chicken out at the abortion clinic, but I let Jamie do his damnedest to convince me to keep the baby. I’m having a fucking baby!

I was in love and having a baby, and—maybe, kinda, sorta—shacking up with my baby daddy. I was all right with how things had come together.

Or maybe it was the orgasms.

No, it wasn’t the orgasms. Okay, it wasn’t just the orgasms. It was Jamie too, and all the things he’d done over the past week to show me he loved me, to show me he would be there for me and the baby, to prove to me that he was in this thing all the way.

It was a little disconcerting to be the sole focus of Jamie’s attention. He called to check on me during the day, he sent lunch to make sure I was eating a perfect blend of healthy pregnant foods, and delicious greasy shit that I couldn’t get enough of.

He rubbed my feet and told me I was beautiful even when I had ketchup smeared on my cheek. He fucked me when I needed it, when I wanted it, when I was a fiend for his cock. Which was pretty much always. If this was some kind of dream or hallucination, I didn’t want to wake up. I would sign one of those papers that said not to revive me, because I wanted to live here, in this past week, for the rest of my life.

If only Molly was here, things would be perfect.

  “But she’s not.”

Molly wasn’t here, and she didn’t want to be bothered with me, so I had to accept that. I had to respect her wishes and figure out a way to live without her until she was ready because I believed that one day, she’d be ready. Maybe it was a foolish, naïve belief, but I needed something to hang on to during these uncertain times, and Molly was it.

I sat up too quickly when I heard the key in the door. I took a deep breath to let the dizziness pass before I pushed to my feet and stood to greet Jamie with a kiss, the way I had every day this week. It was a nice little ritual that was a little too sitcom-perfect for real life, but I was gonna go with it until it stopped working for us.

“Did you have a good day today?”

I loved the way his lips pulled into that slow simmering grin when I asked about his day, but I loved it even more when he wrapped me in a hug that wasn’t meant to arouse, but it did. He was so big and so hard, and fuck me he smelled like leather and sandalwood, which made me want to jump him again.

“Pretty good. Productive, anyway. How was yours?”

I sighed and shrugged my shoulders. “It
was all right, I guess. Nothing to write home about if I had someone at home to write to.” I tried for a smile but it fell flat, and Jamie gave me another squeeze.

“I have a surprise for you.”

“Oh yeah? Is it a naked surprise or an edible surprise?”

  “Neither.”

My shoulders fell. “Bummer.” I flashed a saucy grin up Jamie and held my hand out. “I still want it, though.”

“It won’t fit in your hand.” He was being vague on purpose, but I was on board with this game, so I decided to wait him out.

“My mouth?” I licked my lips slowly, smiling as heat flared in his eyes.

  “No.”

I rolled my eyes. “Then maybe you want to tell me what it is, or better yet, show me?”

“Good idea.” Jamie took a step to the side, his smile shifting from heated to hesitant. He took another step and looked toward the door, pretending not to notice my curious stare.

“Is it a puppy or a kitten?”

  “Not quite.”

“The suspense is killing me,” I whispered as my legs started to move nervously.

“You always were one for dramatics.”

The female voice was familiar as hell, the only one I knew better than my own, but I couldn’t believe it. I blinked at the sight of Molly standing in Jamie’s doorway. Her jeans were a little too big and she wore a t-shirt that highlighted her bony shoulders and sharp collarbone.

“Molly?” I said not believing the vision in front of me. The woman was tall and lanky like my sister. She had the same honey-brown eyes that I did, but her crowning glory, her long blond hair had become a deep, dark mahogany color. “Is it really you?”

She nodded slowly, a crooked, unsure smile on her face. “It’s me, in the flesh. Good to see you Madds.”

My feet were on the move at the sound of her voice, and I pulled her rail-thin body against mine, squeezing tight.

“Holy shit, Mols, it’s you. You’re here,” I whispered as tears stung my eyes and fell down my cheeks. “I’ve missed you, bitch.” I almost felt like my old self in that moment, like the six-year-old girl who was always happy to see her big sister. Except that this woman just looked like my big sister, a shell of the woman she was when she left for Nevada.

She let out a watery laugh. “I’ve missed you, too.” Her words were soft and quiet as she pulled out of my grasp, and I tried not to take it too personally.

I took a few steps back out of the way and waved her inside. “Come on in and tell me everything!”

Finally, Jameson spoke up. “I knew it was killing you, not being able to talk to her, so I reached out to Molly for you. She met me at the station, and now, here she is.”

I couldn’t stop my tears—stupid hormones—but I smiled anyway. I stared at Molly for a long time, still unable to believe this dark-haired waif was my sister.

“Did you come because you wanted to see me?”

She dropped down on the sofa, and I braced myself for her answer. Whatever it might be.

“Yes. Of course, Maddie. I’m sorry for not taking your calls, but I couldn’t risk it.” She held up her hand to stop the defense that was on the tip of my tongue. “Jameson explained things to me, and I’m sorry to make you worry for so long about me, but I had to be sure that no one found out where you were. That’s what they threatened before Rich got me out of there, Maddie. He may be dead, but the others aren’t.”

Rich. She called him Rich like they were friends, like they had some kind of intimate relationship. “He treated you all right? Rich?”

Molly nodded with a sad smile. “Yeah, he did.” She slammed her eyes shut as if reliving a moment. “He woke me up in the middle of the night, a hand over my mouth so I wouldn’t scream, and I thought, this is it, this is the night where I die and they find my body in the desert. But he got me out of that motel with another two girls, and we drove all night until we were up near Reno.”

  “Why Reno?”

Molly shrugged. “I don’t know. He couldn’t get in touch with his handler. He was worried, so he gave us a wad of cash and stashed us in a hotel up there to wait for whatever came next. Later he came with new ID’s and told us he’d get back to us. He never did.”

I sighed and went to her, wrapping my arms around her again and when Molly leaned into my embrace, I sighed. I smiled. “It’s taking me time to get used to the idea that he was a good guy, but I’m sorry you lost a friend.”

“Thanks. Rich was a complicated man, but at the end of the day, he rescued me from hell, so I can’t hate him for anything else.”

This time, she hugged me .and I felt a little lighter because I had my sister back.

I had my fucking sister back!

It was a few long minutes before I was able to tear myself away from the couch and my sister’s side and face Jameson, who watched us with curious eyes. My footsteps were shaky, and he met me in the middle, just as he promised he always would. He put his hands to my waist as I wrapped mine around his neck. “Jamie, you gave me my sister back.”

He flashed a cocky grin. “I told you I loved you. And that I’d help you. No need to make a big deal about it.”

I gasped and smacked at his chest. “Dick.” But he was the man I loved, and he’d given me so much. I jumped into his arms and wrapped my legs around his waist, attacking his mouth like I hadn’t kissed him exactly the same way this morning before he left for work.

“I love you, too, but I’m not sure I can ever repay you for this one.”

“It’s a good thing we have forever for you to try.”

Molly cleared her throat loudly, and I somehow managed to tear my lips away from Jamie’s to look at her.

  “What’s all this?”

With a reluctant sigh, I slid down Jamie’s body and stepped out of his reach, smiling myself silly at all my good fortune.

“I don’t know about you, Molls, but I’m starving. I hope you don’t mind me saying so, but you look like you could use some food.”

When she nodded her head vigorously, I said, “So why don’t we order some food and catch up on life?”

Jamie wrapped an arm around me and pressed a kiss to my forehead before he turned a smile to Molly. “Food is already on the way. You two catch up and, I’ll be back later.”

Who was this amazing man, and how did I convince him to make a life with me? I pushed up on my tiptoes and whispered, “I’m going to make a really big deal out of this. Later.”

Heat flared in his gray eyes at my words. “I love you,” he whispered before dropping a kiss on that spot right behind me ear.

“Love you back,” I called after him and gave his hard ass a smack. “We’ll save you some food. Maybe.”

When Jamie was gone, Molly fell back against the sofa with a knowing smile. “I guess we do have a lot of catching up to do, and I’m thinking maybe you should go first, little sister.”

“Since I think we could both use some happy news before we catch up on your life, I’ll give you the short version. Jameson started out as my best friend, and then I fell in love with him. Somehow, he loves me back and we’re having a baby together.”

“Damn!” Her brown eyes widened in shock. “Have I been gone that long? I mean, time moves slowly in a motel room, but holy shit, Maddie! And he’s fucking hot as hell. And a cop.”

I threw my head back and laughed, feeling light and worry-free for the first time since I came to Nevada.

“I know, right?” It was crazy how much this journey had changed my life. “I wish it hadn’t all happened while I was trying to play hero and rescue you, but I love him, and he says he loves me.”

“He does. I saw the way he looks at you, like you’re the warm cherry pie and the ice cream. And it explains why he was so worried about me when he saw me at the police station.” She sighed and her gaze darted away from mine. “You’ve got a good one, Maddie. I’m happy for you.”

I frowned. “You’re staying, right? This isn’t just a visit?”

“I don’t know. I was thinking about going back to San Bernardino, but I mean…what else is there for me?”

“Are you fucking kidding me? You’re my sister. You’ll stay here with me.” I gathered her in my arms, putting a hand to her beautiful face that was now all sharp angles. “Stay here until you’re ready to get a place of your own, if that’s what you want, and then I’ll help you.”

“I have like, two hundred bucks to my name, Madds.”

I sighed just as the doorbell rang. “I have money. Don’t worry about it. I have a good paying job and I’ve been staying with friends since I got here.” The food arrived, Jamie, of course, had ordered enough to feed ten people, and I was grateful because Molly needed to eat.

  “Kitchen or backyard?” I asked.

At Molly’s hesitation, I clarified. “Fenced in, totally private back yard?”

Her shoulders relaxed and a relieved smile appeared on her beautiful face. “Backyard sounds good. And maybe a beer if you have it?”

She would need more than a beer to get over the past year. She would need a fuck ton of therapy before she was the old Molly again. If the old Molly was even still in there.

“You like whiskey? There’s this stuff called Velvet Fire and wait until you hear the story behind it. I can’t drink, but you can have at it.” It was the least I could do, distract her with fluff and gossip before we dug into the hell she’d been forced into.

  Chapter Thirty-Four

  Jameson ~ One Month Later

  “Jamie, oh yes! Fuck, yes!”

Music to my ears. Maddie was gorgeous as she tossed her head back, nipples hard and skin flush while she rode my cock all the way to another orgasm. She was insatiable, and I had no complaints about it. In fact, I just gripped her hips a little too forcefully and thrust up into her, sending tiny waves of residual pleasure rocketing through her body.

“Jamie,” she panted with a smile, “you’re trying to kill me, aren’t you?”
