About the Author

K T Bowes has worked in education for more than a decade, both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom and has written since she could first hold a pencil. She is married with four beautiful teenagers who are all now making their own way in the world.

She lives very close to Hana’s house in the Hakarimata Ranges and based Culver’s Cottage on a real house which sadly burned down after she started writing the series. The people are made up but the towns and locations are real. If you ever visit, be sure to check them out.

  From the Author

I hope that you enjoyed About Hana as much as I enjoyed writing it. I would be grateful if you would take the time to leave a review at your usual retailer. My work is ranked on reviews and your comments will allow me to reach a wider audience. It doesn’t have to be an essay - I will be grateful for a few words.

I love to read and want to bless others with my writing and that is my motivation. Please feel free to tell people about my work and encourage them to try it for themselves.

About Hana contains over 196, 000 words. As it’s the first in a nine book saga, all the information in it is necessary. Every action and comment, every scene and detail have a place in the grand scheme of things. They all point to something important, you just might not know it yet. The next two books are of similar length but the rest are able to stand-alone. I have been criticised for giving away almost 200k words for free, but by the same token, I’ve also been criticised for not completing the mystery in About Hana. I hope if you’re sucked into Hana’s world enough to read the other books, you’ll see why I couldn’t just round it off here. It’s much more complicated than that. I’ve kept each of the other books at a reasonable fee as, even though they are popular, I want satisfied readers much more. If you’d rather, you can grab the boxed set of the first four books at a reduced price and read them all in one go.
