A Time of Deceit: Revelation Page 4

Then Higby directed Mary to mount him. She straddled Higby as he was seated. She went wild. She made her hips go up and down, slowly at first then more rapidly and with greater force. Higby wondered if she would break his shaft in two. He enjoyed the roughness of her movement. Mary seemed lost in a state of ecstasy. She kept on moving faster and faster. Her movements aroused Hibgy to a point that he could not control himself any longer and he let out a yell and exploded into a state of satisfaction.

Sheila had been aroused by the noise Mary and Higby were making. Higby directed Sheila to now pleasure him. Sheila was happy to accommodate him. She attacked his shaft with earnest and knew how to bring Hibgy to a state of arousal. She was able to prolong his pleasure by reducing his arousal and then bringing him back to a high state of arousal. She kept this up for a full 15 minutes until he could not control himself any further.

Higby thought to himself that he had hit the jackpot. These women seemed to have an impact on his needs that he had not experienced before. He had to keep them. They would not be missed.

Higby. “Let’s go home Luther. We are keeping these two.”

Luther. “Yes, sir. Are you sure?”

  Higby. “Just get us home.”

  Luther. “Yes, sir.”

Luther was surprised. Higby had never decided to keep any of his victims before. Fortunately, an area had been prepared in Higby’s house for just such an occurrence. Luther knew that Higby’s tastes would ultimately lead to keeping human sex slaves. Luther also knew that this would begin the road to Higby’s downfall. Sara will not be happy if she finds out. He would make sure that she did find out.

  SCENE 17: QUEEN MADELINE

Macabe had traveled for hours to see Queen Madeline and waited until the sun had set before approaching the headquarters of the Queen. He entered the building and knew that he was being observed by figures in the shadows. A security guard approached him and directed him to empty his pockets. He was patted down. He was told to take the elevator to the 18th Floor. He was told his pocket contents would be returned to him upon his exit from the building. The elevator door opened on the 18th Floor. Macabe was in the Queen’s office, the entire floor. Seated at a desk was Queen Madeline of the Calaberi vampire clan. She appeared to be alone. But, Macabe knew that was an illusion. Macabe would not communicate with her telepathically. She detested that and would not be in an agreeable mood if he did it. So, he talked to her normally.

Macabe walked the distance to the Queen’s desk and upon reaching it said. “Queen Madeline, thank you for seeing me.”

Madeline. “Things seem to be getting out of control. Your call was opportune. I would have called you if you had not called.”

Macabe. “Yes, things are out of control. I would like to see if we can improve things.”

  Madeline. “How?”

Macabe. “The Leader would like to have the underworld leaders sit down with him and work things out. He is concerned about what is happening.”

Madeline. “A little late for that. What does he want? To be assured that we will pay the taxes he has imposed in violation of the Alliance?”

Macabe. “No, just the opposite. He wants to find out information. He wants to revert to things before the taxes were imposed.”

Madeline. “Why would he do that now? It may be too late. Things have come to a boiling point.”

Macabe. “We know. But, it does neither side any good to continue on the present path of strife. The only one to benefit will be the humans. We can’t take a chance of losing control over them. They are becoming more difficult to control. They are becoming more aware of both of us. You know what that will lead to. Our mutual destruction. There are too many of them now.”

Madeline. “It would be your destruction not ours. We have been here for many years. Long before you and yours arrived. We will continue to survive.”

Macabe. “Maybe, but why chance it? Our alliance has held for centuries. It has benefited us both. Why take a chance on any possibility of destruction? Together we are stronger.”

Madeline. “Then why the taxes? You aliens have practically all the riches of this world under your control. Why did you need more? Why did you need taxes from us?

Macabe. “We don’t. It seems to have ben a mistake. An action by the Board without the approval of the Leader.”

Madeline. “So, the Leader is not in control?”

Macabe. “No, he is in control. The actions were taken secretly without the knowledge of the Leader.”

Madeline. “That is disconcerting. The Leader is either becoming sloppy or lazy. Neither bodes well for him.”

Macabe. “I understand he is correcting the Board’s action as we speak.”

Madeline. “Would he like some help with that? I would like a piece of Asa and the rest of the Board myself.”

Macabe. “Agree to help me with setting up the meeting and getting the other underworld leaders to attend and I am sure the Leader will accommodate your request.”

  Madeline. “You promise?”

Macabe, knowing that he could never break a promise to the Queen and live, nervously answered “Yes.”

Macabe knew he was taking a big chance but he had no choice. If he failed to set up the meeting the Leader would punish him. He was between a rock and a hard place. Making the promise was his only choice.

Macabe was hoping that Sara and the Leader had not already acted against the Board. He had to contact the leader immediately. The Leader wanted an update. He would get it.

Madeline. “In that case I will help you. Contact me tomorrow. I will ask the others to agree to a meeting in a neutral area. That will be an issue that may be harder to agree upon than anything else. We will set the location. Not the Leader. Understand?”

  Macabe. “Of course.”

Madeline. “We don’t trust the Leader. Don’t forget that.”

  Macabe. “I understand.”

Madeline. “We are finished. You may leave.”

At that point three vampires appeared out of the air. They had been standing beside him the entire time. He thought to himself. “I didn’t know that these vampires could cloak themselves so effectively. Learn something everyday. They are more dangerous than I thought.”

The three vampires escorted Macabe to the elevator and accompanied him to the main floor. He obtained his personal property and the security guard escorted him to his vehicle. Macabe was relieved that he had made it out in one piece.”

Macabe immediately called the Leader to report on the meeting and relayed the Queen’s request. The Leader listened and said. “Lets see if she sets up the meeting. Then I will consider the request.”

Macabe was more concerned about his survival now.

After Macabe entered the elevator, another vampire uncloaked himself next to the Queen. He asked the Queen if she thought that Macabe and the Leader were acting in a trustworthy manner.

Queen. “I think Macabe is. The Leader can never be trusted. So, we must prepare for all contingencies during this future meeting.”

The vampire answered. “As you request.”

  SCENE 18: FELDMAN AT WORK

Union Station in D.C. was bustling with people as usual. Feldman made his way out to the taxicab queue and waited to be directed to a taxi. It was a cold rainy day in D.C. and he wanted to get into a taxi as quickly as possible. It didn’t take long until he was directed to his taxi. He normally stayed at the Mayflower Hotel and would normally have told the driven to take him there. But, not today. He had a task from Sara that was urgent. Urgent for his survival. He gave the driver the address to his cable station on First St, NE. The driver nodded and took off. Normally it was only a five to ten minute walk from Union Station, but people always took a taxis when it rained. The drive took 15 minutes today because of traffic.

Feldman payed the driver but did not tip him. Feldman never tipped anyone.

Feldman entered the office building and showed his security badge when passing through the security ar
ea. He was known to the guards but they always demanded to see his security badge.

He took the elevator up to the studio floor. It was quiet. It always surprised him that a cable news office would be so quiet. He walked to his editor’s office and opened the door. Feldman never knocked. The editor, a young women in her early thirties, turned toward the door and frowned. It was obvious Feldman was not a person she wanted to see.

Feldman sat down on the opposite side of her desk and looked at her without a smile or a salutation.

Feldman. “I have a hot story concerning the Treasury Secretary. I think it should be aired on tomorrow night’s news.”

  Editor. “What is it?”

Feldman. “The Treasury Secretary is having homosexual encounters with young men.”

Editor. “So? A lot of people in this town are having homosexual encounters. Why is that a hot story?”

  Feldman. “I have photos.”

  Editor. “Let me see.”

Feldman. “Here,” as he slide the folder over to the other side of the desk.

Editor, after looking at the photos. “Yes, you do have photos. Are they real or falsely created photos? Have you determined that?”

  Feldman. “They are real.”

  Editor. “Prove it.”

Feldman. “They are real. My source is impeccable.”

  Editor. “Who is your source?”

Feldman. “I can’t tell you that.“

Editor. “Why not? If you want to air the story, you have to tell me. I have to be able to ascertain the validity of these photos. If they are digitally created false photos, we could be subject to a lot of problems if we share them publicly.”

  Feldman. “They are real.”

Editor. “Let’s have our people look at them to see if they are real.”

Feldman. “How long will that take?”

Editor. “Just a few days. A story this big has to authenticated. A few days is not long. If the photos are real, then we can put a couple of researchers on it to dig out more history.”

Feldman. “That is too long. It has to be aired tomorrow night.”

Editor. “Let’s wait a few days.”

Feldman had had enough. He reached out to the editor’s mind and seized control. He directed her to release the story for air tomorrow night.

Editor. “On second thought, let's air it. Get some copy done so the producer can review it.”

Feldman. “Yes.” Feldman rose and left the office. The editor went back to what she doing before Feldman entered her office.

SCENE 19: TECHNICIANS IN NE OHIO

The transport plane landed at the Akron-Canton airport and taxied to a remote corner of the airport. A hundred technicians left the plane and entered the nearby hanger. Two hundred more were to follow the next day.

They expected to be met by some of the previous technicians that the Board had sent to correct the problem in Northeastern Ohio. The hanger was empty. It was huge. It had been a hanger for blimps and was unused now. The leader of the group began to organize his technicians. He had a job to do. It was going to be even more difficult if no support or direction from the initial force of technicians was available. He knew that someone had screwed up and not notified the technicians in Ohio of he and his men’s arrival. Northeastern Ohio was a big area to apply mind control to. His technicians had to identify the people affected by the Ghoul attacks and erase their memories of the events one by one. There was no easy way to do this. Every minute of delay will increase the possibility of exposure.

He had been given intel that the Ghouls had limited their attack to North Canton, Ohio. North Canton is a small city in Northeastern Ohio with approximately 17 to 18 thousand residents. It is about a 10 minute drive southeast of the airport. He and his men couldn’t march to North Canton. That would attract too much attention. Transportation was supposed to be waiting for he and his men. This was a real screwup.

First thing he had to do was contact his superior to find out how he should proceed. He got out his phone and called.

Lead Technician. “Lucius, we have arrived at the airport. There was no support personnel or transports waiting for us. When do you expect them to arrive?”

Lucius. “ Joseph, I don’t expect them to arrive. All the technicians have been annihilated by the Ghouls.”

  Joseph, the lead technician. “How?”

Lucius. “It appears as if any ability to control them telepathically has been compromised. We don’t know how. That will make your job much more difficult. You have to erase human memories and at the same time deal with Ghoul attacks. A difficult situation. But, you know the penalty for failure.”

Joseph. “What intel can you give me?”

Lucius. “The initial force was able to get about 70% of the job done. They were not able to complete the erasures in a small area that is bounded by the following street locations.

On the east by Whipple Ave, NW, on the west by N. Main St., on the north by W. Maple St. and on the south by Glenwood St. It would be a manageable area if not for the Ghouls. They are camped out there waiting for you. That is where they destroyed the entire force of initial technicians. We are not sure what they have done to the humans there. For the time being, we have put a blackout of all news concerning the problems in North Canton. You can still accomplish your mission. But, time is running out.”

Joseph. “Can you get me transportation?”

Lucius. “No. You are on your own for now. Good luck.”

Joseph was dumbfounded. How could this happen to a superior alien species? By the Ghouls? They are enormous primitive creatures who live underground. They have rarely ventured outside their environment before. Why now?

Joseph talking to his next in command. “Mike, Bring the men together in about 60 minutes. I have to talk to them. We have a problem with transportation. There is none. So Mike, I want you to commandeer enough vehicles to get us out of here and to North Canton. I want to be ready to leave in an hour. Understand? Take whomever you need to get the vehicles.”

Mike said. “Yes,” and left to gather his men and get the needed vehicles. Getting the vehicles should not be difficult. This was an airport with vehicles coming and going all the time.

  SCENE 20: BORAD REVEALS TRUTH

Sara and the Leader had been back from North Dakota for a day. Macabe had updated the Leader on his meeting with Queen Madeline and her demand. The Leader didn’t think he would honor the request. Who honors the request of someone he considers an underworld savage. Anyway, he wanted to confront the Board himself. They had acted unilaterally, without his consent, when levying taxes. They have been hiding the tax receipts from him. Why? He would find out. How could they think they would get away with it?

Leader. “Sara, contact Asa and the other Board members and tell them that I am calling an emergency meeting for tonight. Tell them the issue to be discussed is the problems in Ohio. Then set up the interrogation room and holding cells. They will be used tonight. Do it quietly. I don’t want to telegraph our move.”

Sara. “OK, what time shall I tell them?”

Leader. “Normal time, 8:00 pm. Make sure our guards will be there. Things are going to get out of hand.”

  Sara. “Yes, Sir.”

Sara left to execute her duties and as soon as she left a vampire appeared facing the Leader. The Leader was not startled as he knew the vampire was waiting to communicate with him.

The vampire addressed the Leader. “Queen Madeline sends her regards. She has, at your request, set up a meeting with the underworld leaders of this country. The meeting will be in three days at the Queen’s palace in Hays, Kansas. The meeting will start shortly after sundown. The location is central to the Country and makes it less likely that any underworld leaders will be slighted because of unequal travel distances.”

  Leader. “I see.”

Vampire. “The only holdout was Greer of the Ghouls. He refuses to attend.”

  Leader. “I see.”

  Vampire.
You can bring a small group of no more than 5 with you.”

  Leader. “I see.”

  Vampire. “Is that acceptable?”

  Leader. “Yes.”

Vampire. “Queen Madeline requests that one of the 5 be Asa.”

Leader, stifling a laugh. “Only if he is in addition to the 5 which I am allowed to bring.”

Vampire. “The Queen anticipated your position. She agrees.”

  Leader. “Good.”

Leader. “The Queen must guarantee our safety. Understood?”

Vampire, as he vanishes. “Of course.”

The Leader thought how unfortunate it was that he could not deal with Asa tonight. He knew that once the Queen got her hooks into Asa, Asa would not be his problem anymore. At least Macabe would be pleased that his word will be kept.

He called for Sara and she responded immediately.

Leader. “Sara, we will not need the interrogation room or holding cells tonight. Prepare them for next week. Macabe was successful. He managed to persuade Queen Madeline to set up the meeting. Three days from now, in Kansas. We will take a team of 4 in addition to Asa, you and I. Pick guards who are skilled in mind control and hand to hand combat. I don’t trust the Queen or other underworld leaders.”

  Sara. “I agree.”

Leader. “Lets talk about Greer of the Ghouls.”

  Sara. “Why?’

Leader. “He has become a problem that needs to be addressed immediately. Find out where he is located and what he is doing. I want a strike force ready to eliminate him before the meeting in two days. We shall accompany the strike team. Get back to me within the hour.”

Sara, as she turned to leave. “On it.”

  SCENE 21: GHOULD ATTACK

Sara had organized a team as the Leader directed. It consisted of 12 guards who were accomplished warriors. All trained to be ready to deal with any combat situation. They had been briefed on the mission. The mission to penetrate the Ghoul defenses in North Canton and to capture or kill the Ghoul’s leader. The guards were eager to get going and execute the mission. So was the Leader. The fact that 100 technicians were now making their way to the Ghouls was a benefit. Added strength to complete the mission. The Leader and his team had to get there quickly to capitalize on the presence of the technicians. The technicians would take the Ghouls attention away from the Leader’s attack and mission. So, they had to get there and set up before the technicians arrived and started their work.
