About the Author
Michael J. Behe received his Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Pennsylvania in 1978 for his dissertation work on physical properties of sickle cell hemoglobin. From 1979 to 1982 he was a Jane Coffin Childs postdoctoral research fellow at the National Institutes of Health. He is currently Professor of Biological Sciences at Lehigh University. He lives near Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
