Tempt Me: Tattoos and Temptation Book 5

by Mia Monroe

A swoosh of heat envelopes me at the thought of fucking Felix. Or more accurately, being fucked. I never in a thousand years would have thought of myself as a submissive person. My sex life up to this point was pretty evenly matched. We just did it. My eyes shift to the front door. But something about Felix pulls an unknown side of me to the surface. I want to be on my knees, ready to do anything he tells me to do. I grab my dick, squeezing hard to beat down the brewing erection. Later. For now, I need to go get him.

I step out of the car and ring the bell, twisting my neck back and forth to relax a little. The door opens and Mr. Marchand appears, smiling wide when he sees me.

“Apollo Onassis. It feels like one hundred years since I have seen you.”

I shake his offered hand as I enter. “Mr. Marchand. Such a pleasure.”

  “How have you been?”

“Good. Yeah, things are going well. I have a great job managing a tattoo shop.”

“Oh, that is nice. Feed your habit, yes?”

  I laugh softly. “Yes.”

Mrs. Marchand comes into the foyer, leaning in to kiss me on both cheeks.

  “Good to see you, Apollo.”

  “You too, Mrs. Marchand.”

She glances at the staircase. “We have not seen him for hours. I can only imagine what he will be wearing.”

  I chuckle. “The anticipation builds.”

Mr. Marchand nods, but his brow pinches. “He says it is safe for him to, euh, embrace his style openly. Is this true? You have lived in Miami all your life.”

“He’s safe. We’ll be with a large group of friends, and we’re going to a very popular gay club. People dress any way they want.”

“Okay. That’s good. I am fine with whatever my children want to do but I want them to be safe.”

“Of course. I won’t take my eyes off of him.” I literally can’t.

“I feel better then. I know how protective you can be. Almost as bad as Lucien, no?”

  “No one is that protective.”

We all laugh. Seconds later, the sound of clacking shoes from the staircase draws my attention. When Felix comes into view, my mouth falls open. Holy fuck.

“We will leave you,” Mr. Marchand says. “Be safe, boys.”

  “Thank you, sir.”

Felix smiles as he approaches. He’s wearing tight black skinny jeans, and on his feet, sky high heels. He chose a silver sequined tank top, and his hair is in gorgeous waves. His face is thick with makeup, artfully highlighting every perfect feature on his face. He’s dripping in jewelry again, and as he drags a hand through his long tresses, a softly floral scent wafts over me. He’s carrying a silver clutch bag.

“What do you think?” he asks, twirling slowly.

“You’re fucking breathtaking, Felix. Seriously. You’re beautiful.”

He smiles, his cheeks turning pink as he does. “I wanted to look extra nice tonight. I wanted to feel sexy.” He steps closer. “I wanted to tempt you.”

“Tempt me to do what, Felix?”

  “Invite me in again.”

  “Mission accomplished.”

“Good. If you think this is nice, you should see what I’m wearing underneath it.”

“Fuck.” I grip his hand, leaning close in case his parents are within earshot. “You’re making my dick hard.”

“Perfect. I intend to keep it that way.”

“Maybe we should skip the club.”

Felix pats my chest, laughing softly. “The anticipation is delicious, no?”

“You’re right. I’ve never felt like this before.”

“There is so much more you will feel before the sun comes up.”

  “I can’t wait.”

“My parents are not expecting me to come home tonight.”

Clarity washes over me for a second, hitting me like a bucket of cold water. “Will they tell Lucien anything?”

“Unlikely. Please do not worry about my brother tonight. We will figure it out later. Together.”

“I know, I just feel... I tell him everything.”

“You will tell him when the time is right.” His hand slides down to my waist. “Unless you think there is nothing to tell.”

I can see the worry in his eyes, and I would steal the sun to make it go away.

“There’s a lot to tell him, Felix.”

He smiles, that flirty glimmer returning. “You will know when the time is right. Are you ready to go?”

  “Yes.”

I follow Felix out like a lost puppy. This man has me completely wrapped around his finger. In the car, he buckles his seatbelt then makes a point of folding his hands in his lap.

  “What’s up?”

Felix smiles. “Keeping my hands to myself so I don’t distract you.”

“Yeah? What were you thinking of doing?”

“I just want to touch you, Apollo.”

“You can when we get to the club.”

“I plan to. Do you like to dance?”

“I’m not that good, but I’ll go out there. You a good dancer?”

“I don’t know, but I have fun, and that is all that matters to me.”

  “Good point.”

I back out of his driveway and start the drive to Velvet. Felix tells me about the things he made this week and how excited the client with the mermaid cake was when they saw the tail. He’s so animated as he speaks, waving his hands, flipping his hair, pulling faces. I think I could sit and listen to him talk forever.

Once we arrive at the club, we pay the cover charge and head inside, navigating the strobe lights and bumping music to find our friends. I see Genesis first, clinking his cocktail glass with Luca and Cairo.

“Hey, guys,” I say when we get to them.

  Genesis smiles. “Hey, boo.”

“What do you want to drink?” I whisper to Felix. “I’ll go to the bar.”

  “Whatever you’re drinking.”

  “Be right back.”

I wait in line at the bar, ordering two Crown and cokes when it’s my turn. As I wait, I glance back at Felix. He’s chatting and laughing with the guys, tossing his hair, and at one point he does some kind of twerk, making Genesis throw his head back in laughter. I can only imagine what they’re talking about. What I can really imagine is Felix tossing that ass back on my dick.

  Fuck.

My own thoughts startle me. I know it’s been a while for me, but damn, I need to slow down and think about this. Kissing is one thing, but fucking? You can’t come back from that. I pay for the drinks, and as I make my way back to the group, Felix turns in my direction and locks eyes with me. The smile on his face wraps around my heart. I think what I’m feeling for him is a lot more than lust. It’s another L-word. I thought I was in love once, but the way I feel when Felix looks at me is new. The way my insides melt when he says my name is something I haven’t experienced before. And right now, the way my dick lurches in my jeans just from the way he’s smiling at me, yeah, I’m a fucking goner.

  “Here you go.”

  “Thanks, boo,” Felix says, giggling.

  “Not a fan of boo.”

“What should I call you?” He takes a sip from his tiny straw, batting his lashes. “You want a pet name?”

  “Yeah, I do.”

  "Mon petit chou?”

  “What does that mean?”

“The translation is odd in English, but it is like saying sweetheart.”

  “I like it.”

“Mon chouchou?” He smiles, his teeth teasing his bottom lip. “It’s even sweeter.”

“I like that too.” I step closer so Felix has to tilt his head back. “What should I call you?”

“What do you think of me?”

  “You’re beautiful, sexy, charming.”

“You’re sweet. I know one word I hope you call me by morning.”

A smile pulls at my lips. “What word is that?”

  “Lover.”

“Have you thought this through, Felix?”

I haven’t thought about anything else since I was sixteen, Apollo.”

  “What?”

“Let’s go dance,” Genesis says, pulling Felix’s arm, and interrupting the conversation.

I watch him go in stunned silence.

“What happened to you, man?” Luca asks.

“Um, nothing. I’m just…” Suddenly it hits me. All the looks and blushes when he was younger. The questions he would ask me about my type and how to date. Following us everywhere wasn’t just about hanging out with his older brother. It was about me. My heart swells in my chest. All this time Felix had a crush on me. I was just too thick to see it sooner. Maybe I just couldn’t see it until I had my eyes opened. I wasn’t ready to see Felix as more than Lucien’s little brother back then.

  “Apollo?”

  I blink at Luca. “Sorry. I was...thinking.”

  “You okay?”

“Definitely. I’m really good.” I take a sip of my drink. “Don’t worry. Go dance with your guys. I’m good.”

  “Yeah, okay.”

Luca saunters off, leaving me in my thoughts. I glance around the club, watching the tables fill up with our friends, finding myself between Jude and Grey. Tate and Nix show up and head out to the dance floor. Grey is with a friend chatting quietly while Jude is ordering bottle service for the table. When he’s done, and Briar goes to dance with the others for a few minutes, I take the opportunity to get a burning question out of me.

“Can I ask you a super personal question, Jude?”

He chuckles. “Sure. What’s up, man?”

“You mentioned before that you thought you were straight before you fell for Briar.”

  “Right.”

“So, um, when you got to the physical part, how did you know what to do?”

“Ah. A combination, I guess. I watched porn, read some articles, but mostly I let Briar lead the way.”

A flutter rolls through me. Yeah, I gotta let Felix take the lead.

“You, uh, thinking about hooking up with someone?” Jude asks.

“I want to date Felix.” Fuck, that felt amazing to say aloud.

  “Cool. Briar says he’s awesome.”

  “He is.”

“Are you worried about the physical stuff?”

“Not worried. I want to. I mean, I really want to, but I guess I’m worried about how to start and if I won’t be good at it.”

“I get it. To me, it’s about trust. If you trust the person you’re with, then it’ll be great. Briar knew I didn’t have experience with men so he was patient and let me go at my pace, which was all the way. Kind of how I do shit.”

I laugh, sipping my drink. “Not to get too personal, but um, I’m kind of looking forward to letting someone else lead for a change.”

“Yeah, it’s fucking nice. We’re pretty equal now. I’ve learned what I like and how to please him. I’ll tell you one thing, it’s amazing. It’s like discovering a universe you didn’t know existed. I was hooked immediately. Still am.”

  “That sounds awesome.”

“Yeah. I hope it works out for you and Felix.”

“Me too. It’s a risk. He’s Lucien’s brother so if it didn’t work- awkward.”

“For sure. Briar was my best friend. It was a risk, but it paid off. Sometimes you just have to jump in head first.”

“Right. Thanks for talking about it.”

Jude pats my back. “No problem. Want to go dance with the guys?”

  “Sure.”

We head over to the dance floor, leaving our drinks and table with Grey and his friend who seem content to sit and talk. I get behind Felix, who twists his head up to me with that smile on his face that makes me want to act a fool. I wrap my arms around his waist from behind, swaying our bodies together. Felix grips my arms, holding me closer even though my dick is already pressing against his ass.

We dance like this for the rest of the song until one of the big rap hits of the moment comes on. It seems to have an effect on Felix, Genesis, and Cairo, as the three of them giggle and start singing the rather obscene lyrics. I mean, I’ve heard the song, everyone has, but I’ve never heard it coming from a man’s mouth. The three of them are basically twerking and dancing, but when Felix starts grinding his luscious ass into my dick, my whole world seems to tilt on its axis. The music fades, our friends blur, and it’s me and him. Leaning down, I wrap my arm around his waist and twist him around so he’s facing me. He smiles, draping his arms around my neck and continuing his slow grind into me. Neither of us speaks. It isn’t necessary. He knows exactly what I want. As the song ends, the loud din around me forces its way back into my awareness.

“I want to go home,” I whisper.

“We just got here, mon chouchou.”

“I know. I want to be alone with you.”

Felix cups my cheek and presses a soft kiss to my lips. I’m just now noticing with his heels on he’s the same height as me.

“Sometimes, mon amour, we have to wait to get the things we want the most. We have to pine and desire and want.” He bites my bottom lip, causing lightning bolts to shoot through me. “When we get that elusive thing we have wanted for so long, it is even sweeter than we could have imagined.”

  “Felix...you’re killing me.”

“No, I would never. Do you know, Apollo, what I would do for your happiness?”

  “Show me. Let’s go home.”

He searches my eyes. His, green and sexy behind thick lashes and dark eyeshadow, seem to reach into the depths of my soul.

“I have a secret,” he says. “Remember I said you could have all of mine?”

  “Yeah.”

“I want to stay in this space with you just a little bit longer.”

  “What space? The club?”

“No. This space of wanting. I want you to desire me to a point where you can desire nothing else. No food, no water, no air. Just me, Apollo. Then you can have me.”

“Fuck. You’re doing this on purpose.”

  “Of course.”

  “To tease me? Torture me?”

“No.” He reaches up and drags his fingers through my hair. “It is how I have desired you all these years. More than anyone else. More than anything else. I never thought I could have you because I did not know your discovery about yourself. I believed I would have to drown in my desire for eternity. I knew anyone else I chose would always be the second option because the first was unattainable.”

My heart is racing. “But you can have me now.”

“Yes, c’est magnifique.” He tilts his head. “But Apollo, we will not be the same in the morning as we are now. You will call me lover, amour, and I will be yours. Everything changes.”

“I know, Felix. I want it to change. I want you. What do I have to do or say to show you?”

The confidence that is always present slips away, and the Felix from ten years ago appears. “I am a little afraid.”

  “Of what, babe?”

“You will not like it. You have not been with a man before. I am a confident lover. I am sure I can be pleasing to you, but you do not know what your reaction will be. It makes me a little hesitant even though I want it more that I can find words to express.”

In that moment, Jude’s words come rushing back. “It-it’s about trust, Felix. I know you’ll be patient and teach me how to please you. How to be pleased by you. I trust you.” I cup his face, kissing him, not caring that we’re standing in the middle of a dance floor with our friends around us. “I desire you more than I’ve ever wanted another person. I know what I’m asking for, and I want this change. I want to be lovers by the morning.”

His features relax and he smiles. “I have one more secret.”

  “Tell me.”

“I have fantasies about you. I intend to make them come true starting tonight.”

  “Please.”

As we say goodbye, and I ignore the many curious glances from our friends, I grab Felix’s hand and practically drag him through the club. My
earlier clarity of trying to take it slow and deliberate went out the door the minute Felix started dancing on me, whispering all those words of desire and want, and telling me we’ll be lovers in that fucking sexy ass voice of his. I’m done for. I’m all in. I’ll deal with Lucien whenever I deal with him. We’re adults for fuck’s sake. I’ll just keep telling myself that instead of focusing on my best friend’s impending wrath.

I drive to my house, trying to mind the speed limit while blocking out the gorgeous being beside me. He seems calm, singing along to the radio, but all I can think about is that I’m going to touch a dick tonight that is not mine. This is some epic shit. It’s like losing your virginity all over again, and just like the first time, I am here for it.

When I pull into my garage, I take a deep breath, and wait for Felix to join me. I open the door that leads into my kitchen.

“Do you want some water or—”

Felix is on me, pressing me against the counter, and attacking my mouth. He kisses me so hard, my breath catches. “Bedroom,” he murmurs.

Leaning down, I scoop him up, earning a giggle. We continue kissing as I walk us through the house to my bedroom. When we arrive, I toss him on the bed, gazing down at him.

“What now, Felix? You wanted to lead, and I want to follow.”

The sexiest smirk I’ve seen yet spreads across his lips. He pulls himself off the bed then points to it. “On the bed, amour.”

I nod enthusiastically, taking his place. Leaning back on my elbows, I watch in awe as Felix drags his fingers through his hair, letting it fall in silky waves.

“I have a plan,” he says softly. “You said you trust me.”

  “One thousand percent.”

“Bien.” He glances around my room. “You have some music you can play?”

  “What kind?”

  “Sexy.”

I clear my throat. The man’s words alone could make me come at this point. I fidget for my phone in my back pocket, open my music app and scroll, stopping on a promising playlist, then I set it on the charger. A song I’ve never heard before comes on but the beat is hypnotic, the woman’s voice dripping in sex, and Felix obviously likes it as he starts swaying to it.
