The Divine Summoner: Godson of Altima

"My fiancée assigned a female knight to protect me," the master explained.
The two mischievous animals immediately hopped on the bed and claimed it as their turf.
Luka placed food on the table. He had ordered some takeout sandwiches from the restaurant he visited with Camellia for lunch. "So, are you going to leave the bed or not?" he asked with a grin.
[Damn you, bastard!] Bel huffed as he hopped off the bed and raced to the small table.
Gripper was only a step behind. If he were late in reaching the table, then Bel would eat everything!
The two pets devoured the delicious sandwiches while Luka watched with amusement.
Orella soon returned and marveled at the sight of a small white rabbit engorging himself on a sandwich half his size! She was aware that Luka had two pets and expected to encounter them sooner or later. But the knight was shocked by their big appetites!
When they finished eating, the pets looked at the intruder.
"Hello! I'm Orella, a flower knight assigned to protect Luka," she greeted with a friendly smile.
Bel hopped off the table and slowly approached her. The rabbit sniffed her body to learn the newcomer's scent. He sensed no malice from her and gave his approval by jumping into her arms. Bel buried his head in her bosom.
Hoot! Gripper hugged her left thigh.
"I think these guys like you," Luka said.
Orella stroked their heads gently. When she was young, Orella wanted a pet. But she never got one because she lived in an orphanage. Their friendly behavior invoked her maternal instincts. Thus, Orella allowed them to hug her as much as they wished.
Luka spent the early evening doing homework before departing for dinner with Orella, Bel, and Gripper in the mess hall. To avoid attracting unwanted attention, the knight chose not to wear her red armor; however, Orella kept her equipment inside a magic ring.
Afterward, the group entered the shadow realm, where Orella gave Luka some strength training. She made him do pushups while the trainer sat on his back. Then she took out a sled; Orella rode while Luka pulled it across the courtyard.
After a half-hour of exercise, Luka was physically exhausted.
Orella carried him in her arms, and Luka used the keystone to return to his dorm room before losing consciousness.
She bathed him and brought his naked body to bed. Orella then stroked his penis until it grew in her hand. She put his engorged cock into her mouth, and her hot tongue swirled around it and caressed its tip until Luka ejaculated.
Orella sucked to the last drop and savored the bitter taste of his cum; it was the first time she performed fellatio on anyone. She conducted this sex act as practice; Camellia previously gave Orella a sex manual, and the knight wanted to try something she learned from the book.
The escort laid on the bed and pulled the blanket over her and Luka. Orella wrapped her arms and legs around him and fell asleep.

Another Challenge
Luka awoke to find himself pinned in bed! Someone laid on top of him, and strong arms and legs tightly wrapped his body, preventing his escape. He saw big chocolate eyes staring into his face! When Luka tried to scream, soft lips smothered his mouth! After a brief but passionate kiss, his captor released Luka, allowing him to draw breath.
"Why are you yelling? Do I look that ugly to you?" a female voice groused with indignation.
Luka shook his head and relaxed because he learned the other person's identity. "Can you please get off me, Orella?" he pleaded. When the knight promptly rolled off him, Luka peered at his chest and noticed he was naked! "What happened to my clothes?" Luka inquired with embarrassment.
"Would you believe me if I said you got drunk, ripped off my clothes, and ravished me throughout the night?" Orella teased.
Luka bristled at her wild imagination. "Look, you are bigger and stronger than me. There's no way I could force myself on you against your will. And I don't drink alcohol, so I couldn't possibly be drunk last night," he replied with annoyance. Luka stared at her calmly while waiting for an honest answer.
Orella looked at him for twenty seconds or so until she lost her concentration and turned away. "Fine," she huffed. "You fainted after we finished your physical training session. I bathed you while you slept and then took you to bed. Since your dorm room is on the top floor, a chilly draft seeps in at night. I didn't want you to catch a cold, so I offered my body to keep you warm. How will you thank me?" she asked with a grin.
[That big lug also sucked on your cock before you unloaded a big one inside her mouth.] Bel added helpfully.
Luka blushed at Bel's words and pretended he didn't hear them.
Orella reached down and stroked his balls. "I wouldn't mind offering you my v-card if you woke up earlier. Maybe next time," she winked and pulled him off the bed.
Luka looked out the window and saw that it was shortly after sunrise. "Are we late for something?" he asked.
She nodded. "Your morning exercise. I want you to become strong enough to defeat me without using magic. THEN you would become worthy of marrying my liege," Orella replied. The escort entered the washroom with him and did their business side-by-side.
Luka felt embarrassed sharing a bathroom with her. But then he remembered Orella's upbringing and understood why she didn't care. The two donned loose-fitting, exercise outfits and departed the room with Bel and Gripper following along.
Luka brought the group to the shadow realm, where Orella demanded that he repeat yesterday's exercise segments. This program included pushups while the trainer sat on his back; he also pulled a sled while she rode. Once Luka completed both exercises, they engaged in mock combat with wooden swords. Unfortunately, Luka could not hold his ground because Orella's superior strength broke through his guard.
"You need to get stronger, kid," the knight teased him. Orella pulled him to his feet and continued the sword training for a half-hour.
Meanwhile, Bel and Gripper fought each other in another section of the field. They felt bored watching Luka lose continuously against his instructor. But the two appreciated Orella's might, and they respected her for not going easy on Luka.
Afterward, the group teleported back to the dorm, where Luka and Orella quickly wiped their bodies before putting on their school uniform and armor, respectively.
When Luka arrived at the mess hall, a group of students blocked his path. When they parted and left a person in the middle, Luka sighed.
Kand von Yalong had his arms folded before his chest. The nobleman laughed like an evil villain as Kand thrust his finger at his love rival. "I've returned to challenge you, Luka Heavensfell!"
Orella stood in front of Luka and placed a hand on her sword hilt. "Shall I take care of this annoying insect, Your Grace?" she asked.
"It's fine," he replied and pulled her back.
"Good morning, Kand. I'm glad to see that you recovered from that knockout punch I gave you yesterday. You probably spent quite a bit of gold to remove the panda eye," Luka observed.
Kand became infuriated at the reminder because he bribed the healer with 1,000 gold coins to remove the black eye. "You got lucky yesterday! Today, I'm challenging you in an eating contest -- my group against yours. Let's see who can eat the most food!" he declared and laughed again.
Luka turned around and looked at his pets. Their eyes shone like stars at the prospect of an endless buffet of meat! Orella gave him a blank look; although she possessed a healthy appetite, the knight was careful about her diet. Thus, Orella didn't wish to participate. However, she couldn't let Luka face Kand and his cohorts alone and decided to join the eating contest.
Luka turned back to his opponent and grinned. "Let's add a condition. The loser has to pay for all the food eaten during this duel."
The students standing with Kand laughed. They were all nobles carrying fat wallets. Besides, how much could a skinny brat and his escort eat?
The two groups claimed two adjacent tables closest to the food line.

Supporters quickly learned of this duel and volunteered to bring food to the table. They consisted of Luka's fan club members and senior students. To make the competition fair, they agreed that each student would bring two plates using their meal tickets. The volunteers would get reimbursed from the losing side after the contest was over. The used dishware would remain on the tables to help determine which group ate the most.
"Please bring lots of meat," Luka requested. He nodded for Etla to start the duel.
The students began to bring trays loaded with food to the table. Since Kand's group had eight participants, they quickly accumulated dishes. Kand was unhappy to see Bel and Gripper join the contest, but he couldn't protest their participation since the two stood behind Luka and were part of his entourage. Besides, eight stomaches trumped four; there was no way Kand would lose this duel!
The upperclassmen counted out loud as their favored group finished each plate of food. When Kand's table accumulated thirty dishes, Luka had only a dozen.
"Will you surrender?" Kand asked in a dignified manner.
"No, we will continue," Luka replied nonchalantly. He already ate three plates and couldn't eat more. But Orella and his pets were still feeding.
"Suit yourself!" Kand signaled for his cohorts to resume. However, none of them could finish their plates. Hence, the count for their side stalled at thirty.
Orella ate another three plates before stopping at six dishes. However, Bel and Gripper continued to eat non-stop.
The students were amazed when each animal finished ten plates, meaning that the accumulated total for Luka's side was twenty-nine!
Luka nonchalantly asked his fan club to bring more food. Bel and Gripper were finally full after each animal gobbled five more plates of food. Hence, his table accumulated a shocking total of thirty-nine plates!
Luka turned the tables on his rival with the same question. "Will you surrender?"
Kand's eyes turned red because he couldn't afford to lose! "Eat as if your life depends on it!" he yelled at his companions. The group began to share dishes, but they could eat only six more plates before the students stopped and held their bellies in agony.
"The final count is thirty-nine dishes for Luka's team and thirty-five for Kand's team!" someone shouted. "Now pay up!"
Kand placed his bag of gold on the table.
The volunteers began to count the money and distributed gold coins to reimburse everyone. Every two meal tickets cost five gold; thus, the total amount for reimbursement was three hundred and seventy gold pieces!
Kand watched helplessly as his allowance disappeared. His head slumped as his companions dragged his bloated figure out of the mess hall.
Princess Camellia appeared outside the Elite classroom at lunch break and accosted Luka. "Let's go to a more private place to eat," she suggested.
Luka was okay because he ate very little in the eating contest; he followed his fiance out of the campus and entered a small restaurant called the "Big Oak Tree." Luka noticed that all the workers were beastmen!
A catgirl with light gray fur greeted Camellia with a respectful curtsy. "I'm delighted to see Your Highness again, nya!"
"Hello, Deliah! May this princess get a small private room?" the royal patron requested.
"Yes, of course!" the hostess's tail swayed back and forth. "Please come this way, nya!" She led the newcomers to the restaurant's back section with delicate footsteps and entered a small room. "Is this suitable?" Deliah inquired.
"Yes," Camellia replied with a small nod after a quick survey of the private dining room. Paintings of oak trees adorned the walls, and brown leather sofas gathered around a coffee table. Scented candles strategically placed on the table and along the walls made the room very intimate.
The princess grabbed Luka's hand and pulled him to a two-seater. The other people accompanying her sat outside the room while the flower knights stood guard at the doorway.
"This princess shall have two sets of the usual," the guest ordered.
Deliah nodded and exited the room.
"This princess is sorry that Kand has been bothering you because of us," Camellia lowered her head.
"Please raise your head, Camellia!" Luka said with alarm because royalty rarely apologized for anything.
"Kand belongs to brother Josen's faction. He wanted this princess to marry Kand and take her out of competition for the royal throne," she explained.
"But the throne passes through sons in our kingdom, correct?" Luka pointed out.
Camellia exhaled deeply. "There are exceptions in Morninglory's history where the daughter became the ruler, as such Queen Elizaworth and Queen Harrielle. In both instances, the male candidates tried to rebel against their kings and lost the confidence of the aristocracy," she replied. "The Divine Church of Light also supports this princess to take the throne if we marry you," the fiancée admitted in a quiet voice.
Luka's brows arched. "Why are you telling me this?" he asked with suspicion.
She held his hands and squeezed them. "This princess desires for us to have an open and loving marriage as equal partners. That won't happen if we are constantly hiding important matters directly relevant to you," Camellia answered and looked deep into his eyes.
Luka stared back for a few seconds and felt she was sincere. He took a deep breath and said, "You shatter my expectations of royalty."
"Well, this princess is a well-known maverick in the royal family," the fiancée giggled.
"Your Highness, I apologize for my intrusion, but your order is ready." Deliah returned with a pushcart. She placed two plates of food and mugs on the coffee table. "Please enjoy your meal," the hostess curtsied and exited the room.
Luka peered at his dish and saw steamed whole flounder with scallions and rice on the side. The cup contained iced tea. "Let's eat before the food gets cold." Since Luka participated in the eating contest, he couldn't eat very much. Instead, he placed the leftover in storage to feed his pets later.
"Do you intend to feed that to your pets?" Camellia asked with amusement. The princess learned about Luka's two companions, who also participated in the eating contest, from her spy network.
"Yes, they would hate me if I didn't give them a share. Those gluttons have excellent noses and would know what I ate for lunch," Luka explained. "If I don't share food, they would throw fits and harass me later."
The princess clapped her hands, and soon Deliah entered.
"How may I serve Your Highness, nya?" the employee asked.
"Prepare two more servings for takeout," Camellia ordered.
Deliah curtsied and hurried to the kitchen. She noted that the royal patron had finished half the meal. Thus, there was enough time to cook up two more fish orders before Camellia was ready to leave.
The princess ate slowly to give the cook more time to process her takeout order. Once the customer finished her food, Deliah returned with two boxes wrapped in leaves.
"Thank you, Deliah. The fish was excellent!" the guest praised. Camellia rose from her seat and exited the private room with Luka, who placed the takeout in his magical storage.
"Please come back soon, nya!"
As the young couple walked while holding hands, Camellia continued her conversation. "This princess is aware that Lumina destroyed your Izan province before all the residents evacuated. The commander in charge received a light punishment consisting of removal from command of the city and docking of a week's salary. We have his current location if you wish to take action against this mass murderer." The princess glanced sharply at Blanche.
The maid handed Luka a folded piece of paper.
Luka held it unopened in his hand and stared for a few seconds. He remembered Trevor von Milstein's divine punishment, which precipitated the hostility between himself and a faction within the church. Taking action against another member would escalate tensions with this group.
"I'm not going to pursue this matter any further. A rift already developed between myself and the ch
urch. If I assassinate the ex-commander, his faction might retaliate against my dukedom." He handed the slip of paper back to the maid. "But thank you for your support," Luka added.
Princess Camellia was shocked by his response because her mother wouldn't allow anyone to cross her without retaliation. Nonetheless, Camellia accepted Luka's decision. "This fiancée trusts your judgment." She tiptoed and kissed his forehead.
Camellia giggled when he blushed. She pulled on his arm. "Let's hurry back to school!"
Chapter 106
Weekly Challenges
The school days settled into a predictable pattern for Luka: a weekly challenge from the sore-loser Kand, private lunch with Camellia, afterschool practice in his shadow realm, and evening spar against Orella followed by hot oral sex while he lost consciousness.
Kand tried to find Luka's weaknesses and tested them in their duels. For instance, the nobleman looked at Luka's slender frame and thought the love rival was physically weaker. Thus, Kand offered an arm-wrestling match. To his surprise, Luka smashed his hand into the table with enough force to break his knuckles! The challenger had to pay extra cash to get the nurse to provide Kand with a high heal potion.
All the onlookers were shocked at this outcome because they thought Kand had a good chance of winning against his girly-looking opponent. Their eyes landed on his crushed right hand; the audience realized that Luka was as strong as his pet gorilla.
Some folks in Kand's entourage carried magic items hoping to catch Luka cheating with a magical enhancement. But when their detectors failed to go off, the observers realized that Luka relied purely on his physical strength to win the match.
The followers felt frightened by this revelation because Kand wasn't weak; they flocked to his faction partly due to his family background and strength as a leader and a warrior. All of them firmly believed that Kand was the most suitable marriage partner for Princess Camellia. But Luka proved to be an insurmountable barrier for their liege, and the students began to pity Kand and his unrequited love for his childhood friend.
Orella nodded her approval because she thought Luka improved his physical strength through her harsh training in the early evenings. The boy possessed a surprising tenacity and willpower. The knight helped pull him to his feet, and then Orella gently pushed the crowd aside to make way for Luka to leave the scene.
