  “He will be in ten minutes.” Dimitri grinned. He tossed the wig, cocktail waitress outfit and a drink tray on the floor next to me. “Put that on and stay low.” He told me.

Eros called me from her phone, and I got chased by his men. I remembered that Alec had said you would be at The Adonis, so I thought I’d come find you.” I told them. Dimitri looked like he was struggling to control his wolf.

  “Big mistake Raven. The Adonis is owned by Eros. The reason we went there was so they would see us out and about.” Dimitri said.

  “What was the diversion?” Niko asked Dimitri looking through the rear view mirror.

  “I had Alexander grab Phillip’s ass and come on to him. It started a fight.” Dimitri chuckled and Niko laughed out loud.

  “If they’ve seen Raven in the city, we can’t go back to the pack house. They’re going to be watching the roads. Let’s go to the penthouse. Kosta should have a lead by tomorrow on Rocky and Leo.” Dimitri said.

  “How does Kosta know?” I asked.

  “Karla has been working for him, to keep an eye out on you. She told him that Leo and Rocky had been taken early this morning. If you had gone to Spiro, like you promised, you would have realized that it was a trap.” Dimitri scolded, and I could feel his frustration with me.

  We pulled into an underground garage and Niko dropped Dimitri and I off. I was wondering where he was going and if Dimitri and I were going to be left alone tonight. Dimitri used a key fob to access the elevator and stepped inside.

  “Niko is not going to stay?”

  “He’s going back to keep up the charade, they’ll be back after a few hours.” The elevator doors opened to a hallway with one door at the end. Dimitri tapped in a code and the door unlocked.

  We stepped inside and the window views of the city were breathtaking. It had panoramic views, I could also see the ocean and the Piraeus Port marina. Dimitri pressed a button on a remote controller and all the blackout shades on the windows rolled down.

  Dimitri started unbuttoning his shirt and poured himself a glass of whiskey. He sat in a big leather chair eyeing me, I could feel his frustration and desire. He wasn’t too happy with me at the moment.

  “We can bring them to the island too. The pack house on the island is no mansion, but it has plenty of rooms to accommodate them. Elaina and some other staff will also join us there.”

  “What about Leo and Rocky?” I asked.

  “We should have their location in the morning and work out the rescue plan. I need you to trust me Raven, don’t worry, we’ll get them back.” He assured me.

  “I’m sorry I didn’t finish Eros off; I’ve only had my gifts for a few months.” I said feeling like I had failed.

  Dimitri stepped over to the closet, handed me one of his shirts and put on black boxer briefs. My eyes trailed across his chest and I longed to feel it pressed up against me.

  “Do you need anything? Something to drink? Are you hungry?” He asked.

  “I’m good, thank you.” I said.

  Dimitri’s POV

  I went to the dresser, pulled out my gun and shoved a clip full of silver bullets into it. Raven looked at me with wide eyes and shock. “Eros’ men don’t fight fair.” I explained.

  “Are you sure I can’t come with you?” She asked.

  “Baby, Alec is one of the best fighters we have, and they have him. They will not hesitate to use silver bullets and you are the main target. I need you safe and I need you to help keep Odessa safe with you. I was planning on taking you both to the island this morning, but I have to go deal with this. Now give me your phone.”

  “My phone?” She asked.

  I took her phone and dialed my number. I hung up when I felt my phone vibrating, registering her cell phone number. “That’s my number. Call me if you need anything. I’ll be back as quick as I can. Raven, you are not to leave this penthouse.”
