The Argument of Constants

  * * * * *

  You live in the Unreal.  When the Real Travel through the Unreal, it remains apart from the Unreal.  This is why we can Travel and change "reality."

  There is another argument, the Argument of Constants.  It says that the Real does not change and all things Real are constants.  We can't prove it, but we believe in it.

  If the Argument is true, when we Travel and it, whatever it is--changes, then it must never have been Real. It was just another possibility, a variable of the Real.

  Change happens around us, sometimes to us, but our hearts and minds--our existence remains the same.  Those things remain, and thus are Real.

  And no, the "laws" of physics are not Real.

  Our quest is to discover what is Real and what is Unreal.

  This is no easy quest.  When we Travel, we always lose someone who we thought was Real.  Some are gone faster than others...some are more Real than others.  Each time there is another loss, we come closer to realizing something.

  None of us are completely Real.  Perhaps.

  We've been searching for a person, someone who is absolutely Real.  We search as if we are a lost brotherhood, a rare species, searching for strands of a new beginning.

  To create a True world filled with Real people and Real things.

  You are the first I've found who I believe to be completely, utterly, and entirely Real.  I and a handful of others have searched for hundreds upon hundreds of years. Upon thousands and thousands of possibilities.  Within millions and millions of Unreal realities.  Our mission has always been to find you.

  And now we have.
