Brad's Girl

It was late Saturday night when I decided to go for a drive.
Being stuck up in the house feeling sorry for myself wasn’t helping my situation at all.
I needed so fresh air.
I had managed to pull myself together enough to throw on some sweats and a t-shirt. Pulled my hair back into a ponytail.
Put on some lipgloss.
I walked out to my car, inhaling the autumn air.
It felt so good to my lungs.
I pulled out the driveway and turned onto the main street, turning the music up a little louder than usual. It just so happened that a Rihanna song that I liked was playing. The one about her not wanting to be a murderer.
I had no idea that I was being followed.
