The two women were Han Lu’s best friends. The taller woman was named Yang Hui, and the shorter woman was named Wu Jiao.
“Lulu, I’ve heard that many handsome boys are here at the party tonight. You have to introduce them to me,” Yang Hui said with a smile.
“Don’t worry! I’ll send them along your way,” Han Lu replied.
Then, her face darkened and she furrowed her brows as if she had suddenly remembered something. She swept her eyes across the crowd as though looking for someone.
“What’s wrong?” Yang Hui asked.
“I’ve heard Dad say that the woman will be here tonight!” Han Lu said with a sullen face.
“Your elder sister?” Wu Jiao blurted. She then covered her mouth after realizing that she had misspoken.
Han Lu’s face became even more sullen than ever. “That woman is not my elder sister! I don’t have an elder sister. The Han family only has one daughter.
“Who is she? Can she compare to me? She’s just a filthy whore. She’s not qualified to step through the Han family doors, much less be my elder sister!

Wails of disappointment were heard at the front entrance of the mansion.

She stretched out her arms to block the way.
