Assassins & Mob Wives: Couples Retreat

“Back on the bed. Remove every stitch of clothes, Kitten. I want to feast on the beauty of that dark chocolate body.”

A smile spread across my lips. Tony’s love was so pure. There wasn’t a day I didn’t feel special since he returned.

On my knees I sat, peeling off my socks.

  “What’s on your mind, beautiful?”

My heart thudded my chest. “Your love for me.” My lashes swept against my face. “God, you’re sexy,” I purred.

Our eyes locked as a lazy smile lit his lips. “Yeah?”

  “Fuck yes.”

His forearm moved up and down. Bet he was stroking his cock.

“Baby, let me see it.” I thumbed my nipples.

He licked his lips. “I will after you’re naked.”

I peeled off the Velcro holster and placed it on the nightstand. My fingers gripped my sweatpants and panties, shoving them down my thick thighs.

“Wish I was there so I could fuck you up against the wall and watch you fall apart like you always do.”

“Me too.” I flicked the remaining clothes to the floor.

My nipples pebbled before his eyes. Tony sucked his bottom lip into his mouth. “Kitten, lay back and spread those legs.”

His long, thick cock came into view. “I wish I was there to swallow it.”

“Four more fucking days and you’ll be on your knees swallowing my cum.”

I creamed just like that. “Shit, Tony,” I moaned as my fingers circled my clit.

“Good job, baby. Work that wet pussy.”

  “Oh, Tony. I need you.”

My eyes fluttered open. I kept my gaze on his big hand as it slid up and down his cock at a steady pace. A pace he trained me to perfect. I wasn’t too proud to take lessons from my man about his dick. Just like he was confident enough to listen to what my needs were. Tony pleased me so right.

“My hands will wrap around that beautiful neck as I pound that pussy.”

“Tony, Tony.” I hollered as my finger slid in and out of my soaked hole.

“Nadine, I won’t leave you unprotected. I can’t do that,” he groaned.

My back arched. “I know, baby.”

“Your love is what I live for.”

“Come for me, Kitten.” My fingers slipped up my folds, teasing my clit at top speed.

“Oh, fuck yeah, Tony,” I shouted.

Shit, I was sure everyone heard me. I didn’t care. My body shuddered as my orgasm swept over me in waves.

“Nadine,” he roared. His cum erupted and cascaded over his fingers and shaft.

I smiled wide under my euphoria. Our chests rose at rapid speeds. The moment I gained control of my body, I grabbed the iPad and placed it next to me on the bed.

“Baby, we can’t see each other before Friday.”

“Nadine, I know.” He propped up the phone against an extra pillow.

This was what happened when you married a hit man. He needed to get to us fast.

“You know we have a tracker on the bus?”

I smiled. “Yes, Tony, I saw it. Not sure who’s more paranoid, you or Brandon. He attached a drone to the roof of the bus.”

He laughed. “I know. He’s a brilliant guy. Oh, and Sebastian has eyes on the bus.”

  “What?” I glared at him.

“The camera will only activate if we can’t find you, ladies.”

I placed my hand against my chest. “Ok.”

“Rest up, Nadine. I’ll talk to you in the morning before I leave.”

  “Tony?”

  “Yes?”

“This was always your plan, wasn’t it?”

He smirked. “You know who you married. So you know the answer.”

I sighed. “Love you. Good night.”

  “Love you, too.”

Fifteen minutes later, I sauntered toward the door.

“Nadine?” Sydney pulled the curtains back.

  “Hey.”

  “I’ll walk with you.”

  I nodded.

Sydney strolled in my direction. “Our men are watching us?” She closed the door behind us. The grounds were so quiet you could hear a pin drop.

“Not sure why I thought this one time, they wouldn’t.” I shook my head.

“I feel safer knowing they aren’t leaving us alone. The cameras, the tracker, and the drone.” She giggled.

And Tony. “I hear you. We’ll be fine. We can handle ourselves.”

“Yes, we can.” She wiggled her eyebrows before stepping into our tent.

Carmen and Zoey were snuggled in their sleeping bags. No way would I peek inside. They were probably still on the phone, naked with their husbands.

I kicked off my boots, then climbed into my sleeping bag. “Sydney, I heard you at the front of the bus screaming Sebastian’s name.” I peeked at her, smiling.

She wiggled her head against the built-in sleeping bag pillow. “Yeah, I heard you too...”

She clenched her eyes shut. “...shouting oh Tony, I need you.” Her eyes flew open, and we laughed.

“Did you ever imagine you’d marry a guy who’d kill anyone in his wake to keep you safe?”

Sydney stared at the ceiling. “Never in a million years. My life’s full of adventure. My husband and I are spies.” She grinned. “I wouldn’t change my life at all. What about you?”

“I’m a doctor who moon lights as a hit woman. Who would have ever thought this would be my life? I remember me and Tony’s first job. Turns out I am an adrenaline junky. One who likes to fuck after a kill.”

  Sydney laughed hysterically.

I peeked at Zoey, who turned over. Carmen didn’t move. Dominic said she was a heavy sleeper.

“Fucking after a kill is a high,” she sighed.

“Bull riding tomorrow night in Chicago. I can’t wait.” I smiled wide.

“Nadine, yes. Add in a few drinks and dancing. I can’t wait. I better rest since I am driving in the morning.”

“Yes, I’m excited too. Good night, Syd.”

  “Night, Nadine.”

Sydney rolled to a stop outside the gate. “I wonder who’s in the truck.” She peered at the tinted windows.

Samantha shot an evil glare around the room. “The mob wives, bodyguards.”

“Yeah, I forgot to mention Tony sent Rémy and Romeo to keep an eye out for us.” I shrugged. “You know since we’re close to Jersey.”

I glanced at Carmen, Sierra, and Emoni. “Did you guys know reinforcement was coming?”

Sierra strolled toward the door, shrugging on her jacket. “Nope. But you know our husbands. What was the chance they wouldn’t send our bodyguards to make sure everything was ok?” Her gray eyes sparkled.

I hopped off the sofa. “Guess you’re right.” But would they be ok with my husband lurking in the shadows tonight at the bar? We’d find out later.

I swayed my arms as the brisk wind swept through my body. The early morning sunrise didn’t yield the cold.

“Romeo, good to see you so soon.” I wrapped my arms around his neck.

He stepped back. “It’s always a pleasure to watch over you ladies. Not that you needed us.” He nodded toward Sam. “You have a gun toting happy-go-lucky sniper amongst you.”

Samantha tapped her foot against the gray gravel, arms folded. “Romeo, if you were on the other side of the gate there’s no doubt in my mind you wouldn’t have patrolled just as hard.”

Rémy’s arm loosely hung around Sierra’s neck. “The moment Jacob persuaded you to return to camp he shot me a text. He said all clear. We patrolled, Glocks in hand.” He shook his head.

“Sure did.” Romeo leaned against the black Escalade.

Sydney tilted her head to the side. “So you guys were out here somewhere while Zoey and I patrolled?”

“We were at the other end of the property,” Rémy stated.

“We need to sweep the bus. We’ll be back in a sec.”

Romeo bounced off the truck clad in his navy suit.

We chatted about what we planned to eat for breakfast while they swept the bus for listening devices.

A few minutes later the guys walked toward us.

“All right, ladies we’ll get out of your hair for now.”

Sam spun around and narrowed her eyes at the guys. “What does that mean? I know you guys aren’t following us to Chicago.”

“Of course not.” He winked at me the second Samantha stomped back onto the motor coach.

Zoey and Sydney hugged the guys, then climbed onto the bus.

Rémy snickered. “Ladies you have a live wire on your hands.”

Sierra tugged at her ponytail. “Samantha’s just ready for the action. We doubt there will be any. Bye guys.”

She kissed and hugged them. Carmen and Emoni did the same.

“Romeo, tell Marco we’ll be fine. He was so wound up last night.”

“I know. He called three times. I don’t think he slept.”

She rubbed her forehead. “I’ll FaceTime him.”

  “Listen.” Romeo stepped closer.

He glanced at the bus. “They don’t have enemies waiting to catch them off guard. You ladies do.”

“If you thought your husbands would allow their wives to travel cross country without backup, then you all are naïve.”

“We were trained to fight our own battles, Rémy.”

  He shook his head.

Romeo towered over me. “We grew up with your husbands. We vowed to protect the Magarellis’ and the Espositos’. Tony didn’t have to ask us to protect you. We’ve been on you ladies since you left home.”

  Sierra’s chest rose and fell.

Rémy cupped his hands and stood in front of Sierra. “Is there anything you want to tell us?” His green eyes grew darker. His silky deep voice and his powerful demeanor told us he knew.

She straightened her spine and cleared her throat. “No.”

He pointed his finger in her face. “Ok. It’s just a matter of time before that motherfucker vanishes. You know that right, Sierra? He showed blatant disrespect for your husband. You think that shit is ok?” he growled.

Her fists curled at her sides. “Fuck no,” she bit out through gritted teeth.

Romeo slapped his brother’s shoulder. “See she’s aware it isn’t. She was trying to save the piece of shits life. Don’t worry, Sierra. We’re not done investigating him. The moment we are Dillon will hear of the incident.”

Romeo circled me like a shark. “Tony’s your personal protection.” He peeked at Carmen to my right.

“That’s best don’t you think? If Dominic were to accompany Tony like he asked...”

  Her eyes widened.

“...there would be higher incidentals from here to Dallas.”

He flashed a devilish smile. “Ladies bring it in. Group hug.”

We slowly walked into their embrace.

“Ladies, don’t let this put a damper on your trip.”

I stepped back and flashed a devilish smile of my own.

  “See you around, guys.”

  “Nadine,” Rémy growled.

Oh, the fun has just begun.

The second Sydney turned on to the main road, I sat on the floor behind the driver’s captain chair. I scanned their sad faces.

“We’re intelligent women. It’s time for an alternative plan.” I grinned.

  Their eyes lit up.

“Thank God.” Samantha threw her fist in the air. “We’re ready.” She arched a brow.

I clapped my hands. “Good, we’ll discuss our plan over breakfast.”

  CHAPTER SEVEN

  TONY

  MOBSTER

NADINE THOUGHT I’D let her out of my sight. Not a fucking chance. Never again. Fourteen years we were apart. Nadine was the center of my universe. She birthed all of my children. There was no other woman in my life who held a torch to Nadine.

Relaxed at Dillon’s kitchen counter, I pondered on my thoughts, sipping a cup of coffee.

Nadine raised our son in secret behind my back. Last night she felt the need to throw that fact in my face. I cut her off. Told her don’t say it. Too many times during an argument she’d mentioned it.

Our relationship wasn’t perfect. Overcoming our past was a tough hurdle to jump over. Hopefully, one day soon we could move forward. No matter how many times she threw the truth in my face, it wouldn’t stop me from loving her. She looked so beautiful last night.

It took everything inside of me not to jump on the plane and fly to Lancaster.

“Sorry, Tone.” Dillon slapped my shoulder.

“I had to talk to Lily. She said nana wouldn’t let her have screen time this early. My child wanted me...” He pointed at his chest. “...to override my mother.” He chuckled. “Not going to happen.”

I laughed. “Once Anthony and Alexandria wake up, they’ll make the kids breakfast then play a few games. Lily will forget all about her tablet.”

Dillon sipped a piping hot cup of coffee. “Yeah, you’re right.” Sitting across from me, he peeked at his watch.

  “What time will Brandon arrive?”

  “Within the hour.”

“And when will Jacob and Sebastian arrive in Chicago?”

“Let me tell you about their night. I probably shouldn’t laugh, but I can’t help it.”

  “What happened?”

“Jacob said he and Sebastian gathered the kids last night, then flew to Dallas around nine their time. He texted me about four hours later. He said the kids raised hell as they tried to put them to sleep. They finally got the kids to lie down on the floor with him and Sebastian.”

Dillon’s brows rose. “Damn, sounds like they had it rough.”

“Yeah, they did. Jacob sent this pic.” I slid my phone across the counter.

Dillon burst into hysterical laughter. “They didn’t bother brushing the girls’ hair?”

I laughed. “Nope. It was a superb idea they took the kids to Jacob’s parents’ house. His sister Becky will help Rebecca look after the children.”

Dillon pushed my phone toward me.

“Jacob said they need a few more hours of sleep. They’ll meet us in Chicago. He reserved a five-bedroom condo downtown. They’ll probably arrive around noon.”

I ran my hand over my moussed hair. “Dominic will lose his shit once he finds out we left him.”

Dillon sat back in his chair and shrugged. “Too bad. He’s running for governor. Dom can’t run around tormenting every man that stares at his wife. He needs to remain in Jersey for a couple of days.”

“Easier said than done, Dillon. Your brother is a loose cannon. If he catches wind that we left him behind, he’ll lose his shit.”

Dillon gruffly rubbed his chin. “I’ll call him before we board the jet.”

I slapped the marble countertop. “Ok.”

“Hey, where the fuck are you assholes?” Marco’s voice echoed throughout the house.

“We ain’t telling. We’ll wait for you to fucking find us,” I yelled, leaning back on the chair, sipping my coffee.

  Dillon snickered.

Marco walked into the kitchen. “How fucking hard was it for you to say we’re in the kitchen? Like what the fuck, Tone.” His shoulders rose.

“Relax.” I spread my arms. “I was having a little fun, busting your balls this morning.”

He sat between me and Dillon. “Oh, like your wife did last night.”

  “Whoa,” Dillon laughed.

  “Fuck you, Marco,” I snapped.

“That’s the same thing your wife said to me last night.” He laughed, resting his big ass arms on the counter.

“I pissed her off. Hope you took care of her.”

“Fucker, you bet I took care of my wife.” I slammed my index finger into his arm.

Marco glared to his left. “Dillon, you pissed off my wife. It was like a domino effect. We all had to put in work to calm our wives down.”

“Hey, fellas, I can hear you guys arguing like a bunch of chick
s at the front door.” Brandon raised his arms as he walked over the kitchen threshold.

I stood, giving him a big hug. “Good to see you, brother.”

  “Good to see you too.”

“In a few minutes you’ll adapt to our bullshit banter.”

Brandon was like a little brother to me.

“I bet.” He slapped my back.

I stepped back and smacked the back of his head a couple of times.

“Dillon, one of your bodyguards let me in.”

Brandon met him in the middle of the room. Dillon gave him a bro hug. “It’s always good to see you, Brandon.” He turned toward the counter. “You remember my buddy, Marco.”

They shook hands. “Good to see you again. This will be a hell of a week.”

Marco smiled. “It is. Who said the ladies get to have all the fun?”

“That’s right. We’ll hangout before we meet our wives unless they run into trouble.” Brandon sat across from Marco.

  We groaned.

“Let’s get to the airport.” I took a few more sips of my coffee.

“Brandon, would you like a cup of coffee for the road?”

  “Yeah, sure.”

Dillon opened the cabinet over the Keurig machine, retrieving disposable coffee cups. “Sierra bought a ton of these cups for our guys to drink out of while they patrol the premises.”

After we made fresh cups of coffee for the road, we piled into the black Escalade Denali.

Our bodyguards followed us through the wrought-iron gates in a Suburban.

“Tony, you don’t have to drive every time.” Dillon quirked a brow from the passenger seat.

“It’s a habit. You know, being a bodyguard for Sam and Jacob. Besides, it’s my job to protect you.” I turned into the flow of traffic off the side street.

“Not all the time, Tone. That’s what Jasper and Cruise are here to do in the vehicle behind us.”

“Like I said a force of habit.”

Dillon turned to the buildings in passing.

Brandon tapped my seat. “Are we picking up Dominic?”

I peeked at Dillon behind my blue aviator sunglasses before returning my focus on the road. “Nope. We’ll see him in a couple of days.”

“That reminds me. Let me call Dominic.” He pressed his number.

  The phone rang on speaker.
