Caliphar excitedly scrambled into the passenger seat, taking the headset Koriphus offered him as he put on his own.

  "Ready to do this?"

  "Hell yeah,"

Koriphus started up the chopper, the blades began to rotate as he carefully lifted it up off the ground.

"Be careful!" Aurelia's voice crackled into Caliphar' ears, he leaned out of his seat and looked down to see her holding a walie-talkie.

He gave her a thumbs up as Koriphus took them up out through the open roof, vanishing into the sunlight.

  Preparing

Aurelia shielded her eyes from the harsh light of the morning sun as it began to creep over the horizon.

She had woken up before any of the others, and wanted a fresh start on the plan they had discussed the night before.

The walkie-talkie hanging off her hip began to crackle with static causing her to reach for it, afraid the noise would disturb the others from their rest.

  "Hello?"

"Aurelia? Is that you?" Caliphar' voice crackled in her ear as she held up the device.

"Yes, yes! It's me, Caliphar. Are you guys okay?"

"Yeah, we're fine and headed back. We had a little trouble with the helo but Koriphus figured it out,"

"I'm just thrilled to hear you two are okay, see you soon!" Aurelia replied before the signal went out.

"Was that Caliphar and Koriphus?" Norenia's voice spoke from behind Aurelia, causing her to turn around to look at the girl.

"Yeah, he was letting me know they were heading back here," Aurelia nodded to her.

"That's fantastic news!" Norenia said happily.

Zxeron and Eros appeared behind Norenia, both wagging their tails excitedly having understood Aurelia's words.

"Are the others still resting?" Aurelia inquired as Zxeron came up to her, her hand instinctively patting the creature's head in greeting.

"They're all still well asleep, I didn't want to disturb them‚ What are you doing up?" Norenia responded.

"I wanted to get a head start on our plan, but I'm going to wait on Caliphar to get back, I could use his help,"

"Good idea, I know you're tough and all but having a partner would be much safer in case you get surrounded,"

Aurelia blew her breath out through her nose as she looked at the younger girl, shaking her head at her.

"I want to show these military pricks who the real superior race is,"

The loud humming sound of helicopter blades drew their attention toward the sky, the both of them spotting the outline of the helo approaching the base.

"Ahoy!" Caliphar shouted as he leaned out of the side of the aircraft, waving his hand frantically at Aurelia and Norenia on the ground.

"Are you insane?" Aurelia yelled at him, seeing him leaning out of the cockpit.

He grinned wide, laughing wildly as he looked at her.

Koriphus maneuvered the helicopter towards the tarmac, letting it drift downward as it touched the ground before he killed the engines.

Aurelia ran up to meet Caliphar as he jumped down from the passenger side, suddenly throwing her arms around his neck tightly as he wrapped his arms around her, hugging her close.

"What, I don't get a welcome back hug?" Koriphus said jokingly as he climbed out of the pilot's seat.

"Of course you do, Koriphus," Aurelia giggled as she moved to hug him.

"Thank you," He smiled, hugging her back quickly before letting go.

"Did you see anything interesting while you were gone?" Norenia questioned as they all stepped inside the hangar.

Caliphar had his arm around Aurelia's shoulders as they walked together.

"Not really, but we took out some guards watching over an outpost‚ Until the chopper started giving us issues," Koriphus responded casually.

"What kind of issues?" Aurelia inquired as they moved to sit around the prison bus.

"Electrical issues, I had lost power when we tried taking off this morning‚ I can't figure out what I did to get it working again but after messing with it, it was fine,"

"We flew back without any trouble, so I suppose it's fixed," He added looking up at Aurelia.

"Huh, that's weird‚ But maybe the problem resolved itself?" Norenia murmured, joining Koriphus to sit against the bus' front right tire.

"I'll ask Sif to check it out later, she knows more about than I do," Koriphus added.

"Aurelia was actually waiting for you to get back before she went out, she decided it was a better idea to have backup with whatever it is she was planning," Norenia continued as she glanced up at Caliphar as he and Aurelia joined them on the floor by the bus.

"Oh?" Caliphar inquired glancing at Aurelia.

"Yes, I was about to go on a scouting mission, I need to find an outpost or bunker, preferably a bunker and send a message to those soldier dicks and their leaders," Aurelia explained with a nod.

"When should we get started?" Caliphar asked without hesitation, a gleam in his eye.

"Right now, I just need to pack some supplies, you could help me," Aurelia answered before turning to walk towards the supply room, Caliphar on her heel.

"So what kind of supplies do we need?" He wondered aloud as they stepped into the supply room, closing the door behind him.

"Ammo, water, C4..." She muttered as she went over the list in her mind.

"C4?" He questioned, looking at her with a raised eyebrow.

"Those assholes are the reason you lost your eye, we need to hit them back, do something they would least expect from us,"

"To be completely honest, I wouldn't mind a little revenge for losing my eye‚ I'll pack as much C4 as I can," He grinned turning towards the far left wall.

Aurelia turned to the far right wall and began stuffing a backpack full of bottles of water and boxes of ammo for her and Caliphar' guns.

She was focused on getting enough supplies that she hadn't realized Caliphar had finished his task and was now standing behind her.

Caliphar cleared his throat, causing her to turn around to face him.

He smiled at her when she made no action to move away.

She set her pack on the floor before wrapping her arms around his neck, pulling him into a tight hug.

"Is that offer from earlier still valid?" She whispered into his ear as she pressed her chest against his.

He grinned as he wrapped his arms around her waist.

"I suppose so," He chuckled playfully.

She kissed him slow and deep as he held her close, returning the kiss passionately.

Her hands blindly undid the zipper of his jeans, letting them fall around his ankles with his boxers.

He grinned into the kiss as he blindly unzipped her jeans, tugging them off her hips along with her panties.

She broke the kiss suddenly, before urging him towards a nearby pile of blankets.

He willingly followed her, allowing her to push him down into the pile.

"You're so sexy," He murmured as he watched her move to straddle his lap.

Aurelia smiled down at him, not hesitating to straddle him between her thighs.

He grasped her hips as he helped her guide himself inside her heat, both groaning at the feeling.

They began to thrust into each other, moaning each time he filled her all the way as they built a steady rhythm.

Caliphar groaned as soon as he reached his climax, Aurelia moaning just as loudly when she came with him.

An unexpected knock at the door caused them to freeze in their place as they glanced up at the door.

"What the hell's taking you two so long?!" Koriphus' voice echoed through the door.

Caliphar helped Aurelia off himself as they quickly snatched up their jeans and underwear, dressing as they approached the door.

"We were making sure we had everything we needed, is that a problem?" Aurelia spoke as she yanked the door open to reveal Koriphus and Cellestia standing in the doorway.

Caliphar approached carrying both their backpacks, full of supplie
s.

"Sif's looking for you," Koriphus explained, a hint of a knowing grin on his face.

"What for?" Aurelia inquired as she and Caliphar stepped out of the supply room.

"I don't know, she just asked to talk to you two," He shrugged stepping aside to let them pass.

Caliphar could hear Norenia giggling behind him as he followed Aurelia.

Sif was standing by the front of the prison bus, her arms over her chest, she looked irritated but about what Aurelia couldn't tell.

"Koriphus said you were looking for us," Aurelia said when she approached the bus.

"Yes, I wanted to know why I wasn't alerted that Caliphar had returned," Sif explained, blowing air out her nose.

"We were told you and the others were still asleep, we didn't want to disturb you," Caliphar spoke stepping up to Aurelia in a defensive motion.

"While I appreciate the thought, I would have appreciated it more if you had come to me the second you got back," Sif replied.

"Well I apologize, Caliphar and I were packing supplies for a mission," Aurelia interrupted.

  "What mission?"

"I asked Caliphar to come with me, we're going to find a bunker owned by those soldiers and send them a message," Aurelia explained.

"You should take Koriphus with you, it'd be good to have a sniper in case someone tries to ambush you two," Sif insisted.

Aurelia and Caliphar exchanged looks before turning back to face Sif.

"I'd worry more about a Destroyer sneaking up on you than any number of soldiers," She continued when they remained silent.

"I suppose that's a good enough reason, we can't take Eros or Zxeron with us, they'd blow our cover," Aurelia said in agreement.

"Get your gear ready Koriphus, meet us outside," Aurelia announced turning to face Koriphus.

She walked past him and stepped over to one of the two Jeeps parked in the hangar.

Caliphar threw his and Aurelia's backpacks into the back of the Jeep behind the backseat before climbing into the passenger's seat.

Aurelia climbed up into the driver's seat and turned the key in the ignition, the engine roaring into life.

"Hurry up Koriphus!" She called spotting Koriphus coming out of the supply room, his rifle now strapped to his back, carrying his backpack now full of supplies.

He ran over to the Jeep and tossed his pack into the backseat as he jumped into the back, taking up the backseat as he stretched his legs out across it.

"Ready and willing boss lady!" He announced with a chuckle.

Aurelia steered the Jeep out of the hangar and sped off across the tarmac through the entrance to the airbase.
