His eyes were on fire as they seared into my soul.
Hooking my fingers into the waist of his pants, I lowered them, revealing his thick cock. I licked up the length, the scent of him forcing pre-cum from my own dick.
His nostrils flared. Throwing his head back, he arched beneath me.
I took that as my hint and closed my lips around the tip.
“Fuck,” he whispered, his chest rising and falling with ragged breaths.
Taking him farther, the length of him slid down the back of my tongue when suddenly his phone rang.
“Shit.” He reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone. “Fucking hell.”
When I was about to pull off of him, he cupped the back of my head and began to thrust.
The ringing stopped but quickly started back up as soon as it ended.
He ignored it and began fucking my throat.
The hold on the back of my head tightened.
I released him, kissing his hip. “Who is it?” I asked him, wrapping my hand around him.
He groaned, his hips bucking. “I don’t give a shit who it is.”
My hand tightened around him, picking up speed.
“Fuck.” He covered my hand, stopping me but never removing my hand from his cock.
“Sunny?” I squeezed him. “Who’s on the phone?”
Sunny muttered a curse. “My ex-wife.”
Sunny
I WAS YOUNG AND stupid once. After Shade and I had drifted apart for a year or so in the beginning, I met someone and he did the same. Although she didn’t do it for me like Meadow had last night, Roxanne Wilson had been convenient.
“Roxanne,” I greeted. “It’s been awhile.”
She snorted. “It has. You keep missing your payments.”
I rolled my eyes. “Those kids aren’t mine. They were never mine.” I stuffed my aching cock back into my pants and leaned forward. I gave Shade a smirk.
He chuckled softly, shaking his head.
“They should be,” she said, sniffing.
I bit back a heavy sigh. Although I had loved her kids, she confessed they weren’t mine after I demanded a DNA test. Add on the fact that I found her fucking her yoga instructor. It was so damn cliché, it made me twitch. And she had been trying to get me to pay child support ever since. I used to pay it. I used to want to pay it. But after finding out that the kids weren’t mine, I got my name removed from their birth certificates and cleared up by the courts, so I didn’t have to continue supporting kids who weren’t mine. I helped when I could but that was it.
“You promised,” she reminded me.
“No. I only promised to help you before I caught you cheating on me. And even after that, I still continued helping you like a damn sucker. Remember what happened after that, Roxanne? You kept the money for yourself.”
Her breath hitched.
“I also told you that I would help them through school when the time came. But they’re not even out of high school yet.” Even though everything inside of me told me they weren’t mine in the beginning, I still believed her and had claimed them as such. Twins also didn’t run in my family, so that was a big indicator, but I was still hopeful. I had always wanted a family of my own. When the tests came back saying they belonged to someone else, I left her. I still loved them, but I couldn’t stay with their mother. No matter how hard I tried in the beginning. And now they were the ones who suffered but thanks to social media, I still kept in contact with them.
“Sunny,” Roxanne said gently. “I need your help.”
“No, you don’t. You need my money. That’s it.”
“It’s more than that.”
“Really? What is it then? You know, you haven’t contacted me in quite a while. Did your current boyfriend, husband, fuck-buddy throw your ass out? Is that the problem, Roxanne?”
“You were actually nice once.”
I grunted. “I was a lot of things once.”
“Something…something has come up. I need your help.”
Years ago, I would have caved and heard her out but not anymore. “We keep having the same conversation each month, Roxanne.” I covered Shade’s hand and locked my fingers between his. “I’m not doing this shit with you again and again. Take care of yourself and leave me the fuck alone.” I hung up and put my phone on silent, knowing she would call right back. For the third time.
“She’s still trying to suck money out of you?”
I nodded. “I have no idea why I married her in the first place.” I had felt sorry for her. I was also hurting when Shade and I weren’t talking at the time. As much as it made me look like an asshole, I used her as a distraction. It worked. For a little bit. Even after I had left her, I wanted to help in any way that I could, but cheating was a deal breaker for me. I could be a domineering dick, but cheating was unacceptable. Although it was a normal thing in the biker life, it wasn’t me.
“You were bored, and you didn’t have me around.” Shade winked.
I chuckled. “Yeah.” I released his hand and stared at my best friend. My partner. A man I loved. Also a man who had started giving me a blow job only seconds before. It had grown from a friendship to something more rather quickly, but it still never became physical until today. “Why have you waited?”
Shade crossed his ankle over his opposite knee. “Because I would rather be with you and not fuck you, than to not be with you at all.”
“But why? There are other men and women out there who could make you happy.”
“Nope.” Shade turned toward me. “I don’t want them. You make me happy. Even when you’re grumpy, old man.” He leaned toward me and placed a soft peck on my forehead before pulling away from me. “I’m going to take a nap and dream of that sweet little thing we spent the night with.” He headed to the hall leading to our bedrooms. “If you want anything, Sunny, anything at all, you know where to find me.” Instead of waiting for me to respond, he headed down the hall, the sound of a door closing a moment later.
My body stirred, my mind conjuring up images of what would happen if I did follow him. But I didn’t. I couldn’t. I wasn’t sure why but a part of me was scared. And I didn’t know if that fear would ever go away.

(Meadow)
“Hey, Meadow.”
I glanced up from the newspaper I was reading and saw Gigi coming toward me. “Hey.”
She placed a mug of coffee on the table and sat beside me. “How’d you get home? I thought you were coming back to the motel.”
“I was supposed to.” I had every intention of driving back home with Gigi and Piper but Sunny drove me on his bike while Shade followed us. “You got home early.”
“Yeah.” Gigi slumped in a chair across from me, holding her mug of coffee like her life depended on it. “I woke up hungover and needed some grease. So Piper and I stopped off at McDonald’s on the way home.”
I was a little jealous that she could eat her weight in crappy food, and it wouldn’t affect her at all.
“Meadow.”
I placed the paper down and waited. Something was off with her. She usually spent some time each morning giving me a hard time about reading the paper. I liked reading the paper. It was more reliable than technology was. And if I was cold, I could burn it. It was a win-win if you asked me.
“Where did you go last night?”
“Why?” I bit back a smirk. After Shade and Sunny made sure I was okay, they dropped me off at home this morning. I was able to slip into the front door without anyone seeing me.
“You went to see those men,” Gigi said, taking a sip of her coffee. “Was I that drunk that I never noticed?”
“Are you going to sit there and judge me if I say that I did go see them?” I asked, waiting for an answer.
“I don’t judge.”
I laughed. “I love you, Gigi, but yeah, you do. You get that trait from our wonderful father.”
She huffed. “I don’t mean to judge.”
“It’s human nature.
I paused. “Don’t worry about it.”
“How can my younger sister have more of a sex life than me?” She scowled. “It doesn’t make sense.”
“You know there’s ways around that, right?” Hell, if it were me, I would have been all over that. Vincent Junior was hot, and he didn’t act like your typical nineteen-year-old. I’d also bet my life savings on it that he was a dirty fucker.
“What’s that look for?” Gigi asked, narrowing her brows.
“Just wondering what it would be like to fuck a guy younger than me.” I tapped my chin.
She coughed, her cheeks reddening.
I raised an eyebrow. “Wait…” I pointed at her. “Why are you blushing?” My eyes widened. “Did you fuck him already?”
She stood from the table and started stretching. She did that whenever she was stressed or backed into a corner.
“Gigi, it’s not a big deal if you did.” I didn’t know what their deal was, but I had seen the way Vince looked at her. Something was definitely up between them.
“Yeah, I know.” Gigi rose her arms up and over her head. “The twins are coming by sometime today.”
Before I met Sunny and Shade, my body would have reacted in some way to the fact that Ashton was coming over. But now, there was nothing.
Interesting.
“Is everything okay?” Gigi asked, frowning.
“Yeah. Why?”
“Because you usually go to your room when I tell you the twins are coming over. Even when they’re not coming over until hours later.”
“I guess…I don’t know. Ashton and I aren’t sleeping together anymore anyway.” It had been short and fun. So much fun but now that I found the two men who did everything for me and more, I was addicted. I should call them. Or text them at least.
“I’ll have to meet these two guys. Again. When I’m sober.” Gigi laughed. “If they were able to get you off of Ashton’s dick, that’s saying something.”
I coughed. “Who are you and what have you done with my sister?” Gigi normally didn’t swear or do anything that would be considered bad for her. She had wine every now and again or beer, like the night before.
“Yeah, yeah.” She finished stretching. “So, tell me about them.” She waggled her eyebrows.
I laughed. “They’re nice. They took care of me and were gentlemen.” Until I got them in bed that is.
“Good. I’m glad.” Gigi grabbed her mug from the table and headed to the sink. “I’ll be going to the center if you want to join me.”
“Sure.” The Dove Project had been created by all of our moms when they were our ages. It was to help human trafficking victims. It helped them get jobs, schooling, shelter, and family. No one was turned away. No matter the gender or age, everyone was welcome. The center had grown so quickly, our fathers ended up expanding the place. It sat on the outskirts of town and was well-known by the surrounding cities and towns.
As Gigi and I stepped out of the house and into the late morning sun, my phone rang.
Gigi paused in her steps. “Who is it?”
I glanced at the display, frowning. “Hey,” I said, answering the phone.
“You free, babe?” Ashton asked. “Aiden wants some of that weed we smoked a week ago. Or maybe it was longer. I can’t remember.”
“I don’t have any on me.” Truth was, I hadn’t smoked weed in a few days. And I hadn’t even thought of it. “And besides, my contact won’t take money from me anymore.”
“The fuck? Meadow, you selling your body for that shit?”
I rolled my eyes. “Listen, I appreciate you getting all protective but no. I’m not selling my body.” As much as I loved weed, I would never stoop to that level just to get it.
Gigi raised an eyebrow.
“My dad would kick my ass if I did that.” I continued walking to Gigi’s car with her following beside me. “But listen, Gigi and I are heading to The Dove Project. Aren’t you guys doing some work there?”
“We just finished,” Ashton said. “We were going to come over.”
“Gigi told me. You guys are done working already?” I stopped at the passenger side to Gigi’s little beater of a car.
“Yeah, we’re fast, baby.”
I laughed. “I’ve known you guys my whole life. You’re not fast at anything. Especially if you’re getting paid by the hour.”
Ashton chuckled. “True. Listen, you can come over and we can have a little party of our own.”
“Sorry, handsome. I’m not Piper. I don’t want you both.”
Ashton’s laugh deepened. “Aiden has shit to do. And I wouldn’t invite him anyway.”
“You want me all to yourself?” My thoughts traveled back to the night before and this morning. “Listen,” I said before Ashton could respond. “You know this is over. You said so yourself.”
“Yeah.” He sighed. “I know. I’m not the brightest it seems.”
“You’ll find someone. I know you will.”
“And so will you, Meadow.”
My body heated at the two someones who had invaded every inch of me only hours before. “We’ll see you guys later. You are still coming over right?”
“When do we not come over?”
“True. See you tonight.” I disconnected the call before I could get anymore flirting from him.
“Is it weird now?” Gigi asked when I sat beside her.
“It wasn’t but I also hadn’t slept with Sunny and Shade at the time.” I scrubbed a hand down my face. “I don’t know what I’m doing but I know that Ashton is not who I’m meant to be with.”
“Has any of the guys you’ve been with ever been who you’re supposed to be with?”
I glanced at my sister. “No.”
“Listen, you’re young, Meadow. We all are. You have years to decide who you should be with. Hell, I don’t even…” She stopped herself, shaking her head. “Doesn’t matter. Anyway, just don’t rush into anything.”
“Yes, mom.” I crossed my arms under my chest and stared out the window. “I’m not rushing shit. I’m having fun. Which you should do too.”
Gigi scoffed. “Right. And who am I going to have fun with exactly?”
“Vince of course.”
“I’m too busy to have fun,” she grumbled.
“You’re never too busy. Sometimes you need a moment to yourself or with a hot, young thing that could help you get your head out of your ass.”
Her head whipped around. “My head is not in my ass.”
I laughed.
She sighed, a smile tugging at her lips. “I don’t want to talk about it anymore.”
“Fine.” I smirked. “But you know it’s true.”
“Will you stop?” She laughed, shaking her head.
I giggled.
“It’s difficult. Ever since Vince went off to school…it became…I don’t know. Weird I guess.” She only shrugged but didn’t elaborate.
I remembered the first time he came home. It was Thanksgiving. We hardly saw him. He had made some excuse that he was visiting friends. The pain etched on my sister’s face at the time would forever be burned into my memory. For that, he deserved his ass kicked but I had a feeling that my sister was doing that all on her own.
Once we pulled up to The Dove Project, my heart skipped a beat. Every damn time. It was like the large compound had a life of its own. It had amazed me as a kid and still amazed me to this very day.
“This place keeps getting bigger and bigger,” Gigi said, pulling the car into an empty parking space.
“And I think it’s only going to get bigger.” Once she put the car into park, I stepped out of the vehicle. A ding sounded on my phone, indicating an incoming text.
Sunny: You free this week?
I grinned, my body heating.
Me: Depends.
Sunny: On?
I thought a moment, my grin widening.
Me: Am I getting both of you or just one?
The dots moved on the screen. Stopped. Continued moving. And
stopped again.
I laughed to myself, leaning against Gigi’s car.
“You coming?” she asked, heading toward the large building.
“In a moment,” I called after her.
My phone dinged, startling me.
Sunny: Depends.
Me: On?
Sunny: Think you can handle both of us again?
My body lit up.
My phone rang that time.
“Sick of texting, old man?” I laughed.
Sunny chuckled. “This is easier and then I can jerk off to the sound of your voice.”
I coughed. “Well, that’s an image.”
“A good one I hope.”
I laughed. “Yeah, a very good one.”
“Good. What? Yes, I know.” A muffled voice sounded in the background. “I’m about to ask her if you untwist those panties, Shade. You’re worse than a woman. Ow. Fucker.”
“What are you wanting to ask me that has your boy riled up?” I jumped up onto the hood of Gigi’s car.
“We want you to come over for dinner,” Sunny finally said.
My stomach tumbled when I realized he never commented about me referring to Shade as his boy. Maybe things were finally looking up for them. Or they had talked. Or fucked. I was betting on the former. I wasn’t sure Sunny was ready to take that next step yet.
“I can do that,” I told him. “I’m free Thursday night.”
“That works for us, pet.”
I shivered. God, I loved when he called me that.
“We’ll see you then. Oh and, Meadow?”
“Yeah?”
“I suggest bringing an overnight bag, but you won’t be needing any clothes.”
I smirked. “Do I get a say in this?”
“Nope.” And with that, Sunny hung up.
I shook my head, stuffed my phone into my bag, and headed into The Dove Project. I was greeted by the receptionist. Giving her a small wave, I hiked the strap of my bag up onto my shoulder and made my way to the kitchen. I needed some therapy and baking would be the only way to do it.
