And the humans again did appear before Woden, and he instructed them to go out into his garden and each return with a flower. And it was so that one human was a priest, and he returned with a white rose, and the other human was a warrior who returned with a red rose. And Woden did command that they would each found a temple, one of the white rose and one of the red rose. And here they would teach a new class that would be of both the White and Red School. Templars would they be called, and they would fight with arms and with magic against all cruelty and injustice and unnaturalness. And they would take only the strongest warriors and wisest priests as novices, and even then very few of the novices could ever be called Templar. And the priest begged, “Great Woden, how will we know which novices are worthy of being Templars?” And Woden did answer, “You will know the chosen ones, for they shall be knighted by my own hand.”
