Trusting Trace: Christmas at the Dungeon

Page 7

by Aimee Brissay

  “Yes, Sir.”

“Good. On your feet. Hand at your sides.”

Without waiting for Robbie to comply, Trace went back to the table and selected one of the ropes. Robbie followed him with a hungry gaze. Folding the rope in two, Trace returned to Robbie.

“Hands behind your neck. You can clasp them together.”

Once Robbie was in position, Trace ran the folded rope around Robbie’s chest in two layers, making sure the cords weren’t straddling one another. He tied a knot after each layer, taking his time arranging the rope as he wanted. He checked the fit of each layer by placing three fingers between the rope and Robbie’s chest. When he was happy with the progress, he moved onto the next. Two layers of rope were set above Robbie’s pecs, and two below. Once they were settled in the position Trace wanted them, he moved on to tie them together using intricate knots. Trace checked each connection and knot thoroughly, before moving to the next portion of the model.

Sweat broke out, covering Robbie’s forehead, the intensity of the scene and the weight of all the eyes trained on him taxing. His muscles protested, the strain of maintaining the position for so long taking its toll.

  “Lower your hands.”

The muscles unclenched, and he made and unmade fists, getting the blood flowing again. Needles shot through his fingers, making him realize just how tight he’d clenched them, and he forced himself to relax.

Trace raised one of his hands, lifting each of the fingers to check the reflexes. Satisfied, he brought another piece of rope, much shorter than the first ones, and wrapped it around Robbie’s bicep, in several layers, just as he had the chest. He knotted everything together, making sure it wasn’t too tight. Then he moved to the wrist, following the same pattern. When he was happy with his work, he started on the other arm.

At some point, Robbie stopped focusing so intently on what Trace was doing and simply immersed himself in the feelings. The crowd watching them faded, leaving only the thrill of their presence.

Moving to Robbie’s legs, Trace repeated the actions for each of them, tying the bands around the thighs and the cuffs around the ankles.

  “Kneel.”

The word pierced through the haze of fascination, and slowly Robbie obeyed. There was no sign of Trace losing his patience; he watched Robbie with a serene expression.

Once Robbie was on his knees, Trace gently bent each of Robbie’s arms, tied his wrists to the bands around each bicep, and then brought them together in front, securing them both to the chest harness. The position was uncomfortable, the fit tight, but it wasn’t painful. Heart rate increasing, Robbie took deep, calming breaths. Trace paused, giving him time to adjust.

With his pulse back to normal, Trace secured each of his ankle cuffs to the bands around his thighs. Trace kept his movement slow—much slower than when he’d secured Robbie’s arms, and he kept glancing at Robbie’s face, to assess his mood.

But while his efforts were appreciated, Robbie had pushed passed the moment of panic, and a wave of serenity had engulfed him. Even when he swayed, his balance precarious in the new position, the endorphins coursed through him in a steady rhythm.

He didn’t know how long he remained tied up in that position. Time flew. The worries, the problems, and the stress melted away, until he remained alone, clean, and pure. The crowd and their gazes no longer mattered, yet they empowered him. The pressure and the tightness of the hold no longer felt oppressive but liberating, and at some point, he closed his eyes, the better to enjoy the sensations.

When he came back to himself, he was no longer bound. He was lying in Trace’s arms, on top of the mat. He was shivering, despite Trace’s efforts at rubbing his arms.

  “Thank you.”

He could feel Trace’s smile against his cheek. “Welcome back. How do you feel?”

  “Amazing.”

Trace used his thumb to raise Robbie’s chin so he could look him in the eyes. “Do you mean it?”

For the first time, Robbie could see the worry behind the gaze. The concern. And the care. The carols pouring from the sound system brought warmth and winter cheer, and for once, he let himself hope he could have more with Trace. He could have everything.

  Meet Aimee:

Born in Romania, land of the Iele and Vlad the Im
paler, AIMEE BRISSAY has spent all her life surrounded by stories. She has ridden side by side with d’Artagnan and The Three Musketeers to retrieve the Queen’s diamonds, set sail on the Erasmus in search of the Japans, fell in love with Rhett Butler and roamed the Wild West alongside Old Shatterhand. She has walked in the footsteps of the Olympian Gods and searched for Zalmoxis’ sanctuary in the Carpathians. In her mind, she’s never been the damsel in distress but rather the knight in shiny armor fighting for a cause. Aimee Brissay loves each and every one of these characters with a passion, and has always had a soft spot for the men-on-men fellows.

With a background like this, turning to writing was no surprise. Aimee discovered Men-on-Men erotica early in life and has never looked back. After that first story, she devoured all the books she could find. And when she ran out, she decided to write her own. Aimee Brissay has over 10 stories published, varying from contemporary to fantasy and BDSM, men-on-men, men-on-men-on-men or on-women, and anything in between.

She can write anywhere, even in a crowded room or a busy subway station, but she loves solitude. When she’s not at her evil day job or she’s not torturing her characters in her latest WIP, she can be found writing or playing with her cats. Or her newly adopted dog, because 5 cats are just not enough.

She welcomes messages from readers and promises to answer all of them as soon as possible, though that can mean anything from one hour to a month.
