  Shaking my head, I grabbed the pitcher of water from the refrigerator. “You are going to kill me.” Pouring the water, I walked back and crunched over glass as I handed him the drink. Unbelievably, his cock was stirring.

  “Drink up,” he advised. “You’re going to need it.”

  “Maybe, but I can’t do anything else in that chair. I already ache. I’m going to grab you some shoes so you don’t hurt your feet.” Bending down, I kissed him long and slow. “I am definitely going to need a shower.”

  “How about a bath instead of a shower.” Reaching up, he tweaked my nipples. “A bubble bath for two.”

  “I do like that idea.” Kissing him again, I straightened and headed to the door to get his shoes. Hearing my phone vibrate, I made a quick stop and pulled my phone out of my purse. It was a text message from a phone number I didn’t recognize.

  Do you really think you’ve saved him? It’s only a matter of time before they fall. They always do.

  “Blythe? Is everything okay?” Jack called out.

  I cleared my throat, my heart beating hard in my chest. “Sorry, I’m coming.”

  Taking a deep breath, I tucked the phone away.

  Tomorrow. I would show him tomorrow.

  Tonight, I wanted him all to myself.
