Regally Bitten (Blood Alliance Book 3)

So much sensation.
Intense.
Hot.
Erotic as hell.
Silas kissed me again, then Edon captured my mouth, and then Silas claimed my lips once more. And all the while, an inferno built inside my lower abdomen that begged to be unleashed.
Their touches turned molten, Edon’s shaft a brand, his body shifting in a way that stroked my clit even as he met that aching spot deep inside.
And Silas.
Fuck, he was everywhere. His hands, fingers, tongue, and lips. I swore he kissed Edon, too. Licked him. Nipped him. Adding to the insanity of the moment, blending it all together into a tornado of feeling.
This… I never could have anticipated this.
Teeth scraped my skin, growls rent the air, and heat unlike anything I’d ever felt singed the atmosphere around us.
I moaned both of their names, uncertain of whom I touched, but knew I held them both.
And then I was kissing Silas again, his mouth grounding me as Edon took me to new heights below. God, he could move. So much strength and power, his wolf inching along the surface as he dominated me in the oldest of manners.
I raked my nails down his back, claiming him.
“More,” I demanded, arching into him and teetering on the brink of an explosion that would likely destroy me. But I didn’t care. I wanted this—wanted them—even if just for tonight.
Or maybe longer.
Something to evaluate later.
Because holy wow, they were kissing again.
My orgasm erupted, shrouding my vision in black and stirring a loud, erotic sound from my throat. I shook beneath the onslaught, my limbs tensing and vibrating, my breaths coming in pants, and through it all, I felt them licking and sucking and stroking.
Edon shifted his weight, leaving me empty, and then Silas was there.
I arched beneath him, groaning as he set a slightly softer pace, easing me through the pleasure and kissing me soundly. Edon knelt beside us, stroking himself lazily with one hand while drawing his opposite palm down Silas’s spine.
My breath hitched as I realized his intent.
Silas grinned, glancing up at Edon. “I’m not afraid of you.”
“You should be,” the alpha replied.
“Maybe,” he agreed. “But I’m not.”
“Mmm. Another challenge.” He tsked. “What am I going to do with the two of you?”
“Fuck us?” I suggested, my voice raspy and well used.
“Oh, that I will definitely be doing. And soon, little mate, it’ll be you in the middle. But as Silas is the one with more experience, I’ll take his ass first.” He punctuated his statement by doing something that made Silas jolt above me.
Readying him, I suspected. Oh, sweet mother of lycans…
I’d seen this done before, but never for pleasure. Males did this to harm. Yet Silas seemed accepting, his expression expectant in a hungry way, not a scared one.
His mouth sealed over mine, drawing me back to him, to his cock, to his movements, to his expert touch. I quivered, my body still reeling from the oblivion of moments ago. There was no way I could come again—or so I thought—but his knowing strokes fought to prove me wrong.
Fuck.
This was insane.
How could I possibly fall apart again? Wolves were known for their stamina and sexual prowess, but this was too much.
Although, I’d witnessed it countless times. Not necessarily in the females, but definitely in the males. They were insatiable, their drives overwhelming and unstoppable.
Yet I’d been the one to come multiple times. Not Edon. He’d only orgasmed once down my throat earlier, then faked a second.
Silas groaned as Edon positioned himself behind him, the two of them joining in a way I couldn’t see but felt beneath their weight.
“Fuck,” Silas whispered, his head dropping to my neck. As the sound that followed wasn’t one of agony, I assumed Edon had used some form of lubricant. But he certainly wasn’t gentle. He drove in hard, Silas receiving him with a grunt, his own cock pistoning into me at the same time.
I marveled at the intimate dance, the way our bodies locked together in such a unique fashion that guaranteed all our pleasure.
Edon’s words replayed in my mind.
And soon, little mate, it’ll be you in the middle.
“Ohhh,” I moaned out loud, the idea of it heating me from head to toe.
Because yes. Yes, I wanted to experience that. And if the expression on Silas’s face was anything to go by, I’d enjoy it immensely. He kissed me again, unleashing all his emotions with his tongue and forcing me to swallow each one.
Edon chose our pace, somehow angling himself in a way that didn’t crush Silas into me even as he gave in to his more violent urges. Growls, groans, and words of approval spiraled between the three of us.
So different from what I’d observed in the past.
This wasn’t about dominance—not entirely, anyway—but about mutual gratification. Edon whispered his lips across Silas’s neck, his gaze capturing and holding mine. I reached up to brush my knuckles across his cheek, then returned Silas’s kiss and lost myself again in the rapture of the moment.
Silas groaned, the intensity seeming to rip him in two as Edon propelled us into a frenzy. I lifted my hips, touched them both, nipped at Silas, watched Edon’s expressions, and felt the ball of liquid fire churning once more. Until I couldn’t see or think or move.
And I was falling.
Falling over a cliff into dark, all-consuming waters of ecstasy.
I felt Silas stiffen, heard his sounds of approval as he followed me. His teeth punctured my neck. Or maybe it was Edon who bit me. I really couldn’t tell, too overwhelmed and engrossed in my liquid heaven. But I felt Edon come, his roar one I was sure everyone in the territory heard. It vibrated through Silas and directly to my heart, shadowing me in a protective layer I accepted without thought.
Everything just felt so right.
Complete.
Whole.
I refused to fight. Refused to think.
Instead, I closed my eyes, drunk on the sensations floating through my body, the tingling of my limbs, and the overall satisfaction warming my insides.
This was a life I could enjoy. At least for a little while.
I allowed it to follow me into my dreams. To ease me into a state of being I’d never before felt.
A state of happiness.
Of peace.
Of harmony.
Of home.

Edon
Luna slept peacefully beside me, her cheeks flushed, her hair tousled, and her lips swollen. Silas rested on her other side, his palm on her hip and his chest pressed up against her back.
Protection radiated from him, his eyes closed but his body alert.
I’d never spent much time with a human turned lycan. Most were too weak to survive. Silas, however, proved all the odds wrong. He thrived in his new form, already rivaling the strength of those three times his age. A natural-born enforcer, at least according to my instincts.
And he was mine.
Everyone in the pack assumed him to be a regular mutt without much skill. I wanted to keep it that way, at least for now. Not only would it give me a playing card for the right moment, but it would allow him to continue to grow and master his skills.
It also provided me with additional security for Luna.
Whatever was happening here between the three of us defied the natural order. Alphas mated other alphas. Yet somehow Silas had inserted himself in the bonds meant for Luna and me alone. I sensed his presence deep inside, his earlier bite a mark that claimed Luna as his even though I’d already identified her as mine.
And when I’d bitten him, something additional snapped into place beyond our sire bond.
I needed to go to my grandfather, to ask him what the hell was happening. Not just between the three of us, but with the pack in general.
Like how my fat
her had framed Luna for Bianca’s murder.
That shouldn’t be possible.
“What about the vampire?” Silas asked softly, his eyes still closed but his mind clearly attuned to mine. It seemed he’d finally realized the bond went both ways. Or maybe I’d telegraphed loudly. Either way, he was awake and listening and thinking. “The vampire we found smelled only of pack, not a specific culprit. Did your father orchestrate that as well?”
Light blue irises flickered at me as he lazily lifted his lids, his expression one of serene comfort from our fuck fest over an hour ago.
When I told him I wanted to take his ass, he hadn’t even flinched. His studies had included such activities, but I knew from his mind that I’d taken the most care with him despite my harsher thrusts. I’d actually made it enjoyable—something that had shocked us both.
Because the whole experience was new for me.
I’d fucked females in a variety of ways, but never a male, and I doubted I’d ever desire another in such a manner. However, Silas? Yeah, I intended to do that again. And again. And again.
And eventually, I’d take Luna, too.
“You’ll need to warm her up a bit more before that can happen,” Silas mused, proving to be inside my head. His lips curled. “And what a fascinating place your head is.”
I snorted. “I can block you.” Mental walls were something my grandfather had taught me how to build. He said they would be necessary for when I gained access to the pack psyche—which would happen as a result of my ascension. No one would be able to just pop into my head, though. Not like Silas, anyway. Or Luna when we completed the bond. Those connections would always be unique.
“Maybe, but you won’t,” Silas replied, referring to my threat to block him.
“But I could.”
He smiled. “Sure.”
His arrogance should have irritated me. Instead, it merely amused me. Probably because I was much too relaxed to be annoyed. “Regarding the vampire, I think you’re right,” I said, returning to the topic I’d been mulling over before my brain fled downward to my dick.
“Did I tell you I smelled more the other day?” Silas asked, his brow furrowing. “Or I smelled something. It was before I caught Luna running. She distracted me from it.”
“No, you didn’t mention it.” I frowned. “Where was it?”
“Out near the border, in the marsh.”
Meaning it was in Clemente territory, just outside of where the elite members of our pack resided. There were hundreds of wolves within our borders, but only a handful of carefully selected lycans lived at headquarters. Everyone else resided outside of the marsh areas in run-down towns or other patches of wilderness. “Have you smelled them anywhere else?”
“Prior to the dead one? No. But I haven’t been out there recently.”
Luna began to stir between us, her lips parting on an adorable little protest that said her body wasn’t ready to wake yet. Given the events of today, I wasn’t surprised. She’d already recovered from the beating—mostly because the pack hadn’t been given enough time to do any severe damage. But sexually, Silas and I had exhausted her.
Something I would not apologize for.
Not when she wore the results of our affection so fucking well.
We should run the borders in the morning, Silas said, switching to our link.
I need to see my grandfather first.
Jolene. He seemed to be pondering the name, having clearly recalled it from earlier. Why haven’t I seen him?
He doesn’t socialize with my father’s circle often. However, he lives nearby. I’ll introduce you soon.
Surprise sparked in Silas’s gaze. He didn’t comment out loud, but I sensed his quiet pleasure at the potential opportunity. Nothing we were doing here was considered normal. Me—the alpha heir—introducing a newbie mutt to a former pack alpha? Yeah, that didn’t happen in our society.
Yet something told me my grandfather would more than approve of my breaking that unspoken rule.
Can you stay with Luna tomorrow while I visit with my grandfather? I asked.
Silas grinned at me. A request instead of a task? I need to let you fuck me more often.
I scoffed at that. I don’t need you to let me do anything. A simple demand and you’ll go down on all fours like a good little wolf.
He arched a brow. Yeah? Now who’s acting arrogant?
I nearly laughed. We both know it’s true. Just as we both know you’ll guard our little moon tomorrow.
“She’s my little moon,” he whispered, his arm sliding around her possessively. “And your little mate.”
“And what nicknames shall we give each other?” I wondered out loud, pitching my voice low so as not to disturb the sleeping beauty between us.
Alpha, he taunted.
Omega, I returned.
Not the most original of names. But then again, maybe we didn’t need any.
“Maybe Luna and I can run the border tomorrow together, see what we can find, while you meet with Jolene,” he suggested quietly, proving to me his worth as a potential enforcer.
Silas’s ability to focus appealed to me, his mind sharp and on task even during intimate moments. I supposed he had to be constantly analyzing situations given everything he’d survived over the years.
“I could bring her up to speed,” he added. “Help us all prepare for whatever trial is next.”
I nodded. “Yes.” We were approaching the upcoming full moon. Whatever task my father meant to throw at me next would be the harshest. Because he was running out of time to incapacitate me. So either it’d be something to take me out of the running, or—
“He’s going to try to kill Luna,” Silas finished for me.
Because I couldn’t ascend without a mate.
And my father had made it pretty clear these last few days that he saw her as expendable.
“It’s not going to happen,” I said.
“I know,” Silas agreed.
I held his gaze for a long moment, noted the possession flaring in his pupils, and nodded again. “I know,” I repeated. “Because he’ll have to get through both of us.” Something my father would never anticipate.
Oh, he might try to take me down.
But Silas? He’d never even consider it.
And that would be his ultimate failure.
Get some sleep, Silas whispered. You need it more than I do. I’ll keep watch.
It seemed odd to rely on another, having spent my entire existence looking out for myself at every turn. However, for once, I obeyed another, and allowed my eyes to close.
Because he was right—I needed rest.
Good night, Edon.
Good night, Silas.

Luna
Warm. I snuggled into the source of my happiness, content with the heat blanketing my skin. A chuckle graced the air, deep and low and deliciously amused, followed by a kiss against my forehead.
“You appear well rested, little moon,” Silas mused, his hand drifting up and down my spine.
I stretched against him on a sigh. “Mm-hmm.”
Light peeked in through the drapes, illuminating Silas’s features as I opened my eyes. He grinned down at me, the picture of ease. “Good morning, beautiful.” He glanced at the window, his smile growing. “Well, afternoon.”
“What time is it?” I wondered out loud, searching for a clock.
“Time for lunch and a run,” he replied, nuzzling my cheek. “Edon wants us to check the borders.”
“For what?”
“Odd scents,” he replied, sliding out from under me. “I’ll explain over lunch.”
I grabbed his nape and pulled him back to me for a long, indulgent kiss. Mmm, he tasted like peppermint and smelled of soap. His wet hair confirmed he’d taken a shower while I slept, but he hadn’t bothered to put on any clothes. Something my hands were very grateful for as I explored his warm, muscular torso.
Fuck food.
I wanted to lick and tas
te him instead.
My wolf came alive with the idea, her fur smoothing out beneath my skin as I gave in to the urge to sink my nails into his nape while my opposite hand slid downward.
Silas smiled against my mouth.
“Careful or Edon will be jealous,” he warned as my touch went south to his growing arousal.
Firm. Hot. Smooth. Perfection.
“Where is he?” I wondered aloud, referring to the alpha male who had awoken all these forbidden ideas inside my head. If this was all just a way to prime me as his mate, it’d more than worked. Because I wanted more. So much more.
“Edon’s meeting with his grandfather,” Silas replied, stretching out on top of me. “He left an hour ago.”
I ran my tongue across his lower lip, my legs parting around his shifting hips. “Does he know we’re awake?”
“He does.”
“Are you talking to him right now?” I asked, my damp folds embracing Silas’s hard cock and sliding against him in invitation.
He groaned, his forehead falling to mine. “I am.”
“Mmm.” I kissed him again, sighing as he entered me slowly all the way to the hilt. I didn’t even need foreplay, my body already strung tight just from waking up beside him. Which was insane after everything that happened last night, all the orgasms ripped from my body.
But wow. I was addicted now. And I refused to stop.
Silas kissed me deeply, his hips setting a lazy rhythm that teased my senses. I squeezed him with my walls and wrapped my legs around his waist to encourage him to go faster—harder—but he maintained the same pace. Almost as if he was trying to taunt me.
I scratched my nails down his back, eliciting a hiss from him. He bit my lower lip in reprimand, then smiled. “Eager, little moon.”
“Fuck me.”
“I am.”
I nearly growled. “You’re playing.”
“Yes,” he agreed. “But still technically fucking you.” He punctuated the point by thrusting deep. My back bowed off the bed in response, earning me a chuckle from him.
“Does Edon know you’re inside me?” I asked, grasping his shoulders as he repeated the motion.
